Replaced a few bulbs in our car...headlights and a tail light. Helpful staff. Let me use their tools right there in the parking lot. A staff member offered to help, which was nice. Not needed but nice. My only gripe was that they seemed be training several new staff and it took forever. Overall they did a great job and I will return whenever needed.

Fantastic experience. This location is open later than any other location in the Valley, and Johnny was incredibly helpful. He started after closing to help us when the parts didnt seem like they worked, and gave us a refund when one of the parts turned out defective (cant blame the location for the corporation). Great experience!

As I walked into the store an employee yelled across the store and asked if he could help me, I answered no thanks. I got the items I needed an went to the register. There were 2 employees on the phone at one of the counters with gray shirts and an employee with a red shirt eating a sandwich. All 3 of them saw me standing there. Then another employee with a gray shirt on came from the back looked right at me picked up a part and went into the back again. After close to 2 - 3 minutes I asked if someone could ring me out. The 2 employees on the phone ignored me, the employee in the back never came back out and the employee with the red shirt looked annoyed, put his food down and walked over to me. He never said one word to me, didnt ask if I found what I needed... nothing. I asked him if they still did drop/stop 30/30 and he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about. I have shopped at AutoZone for 30 years and that was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. Oriellys just built a store much closer to my house and if I have another experience like that I will be changing my shopping habits.

Had Sam D help me with replacing my car battery in my wife’s car. He was super quick and even when the system said that the car battery was too difficult for the company to install he came out and took a look at it and said that it shouldn’t be an issue. It says to prepare for 45 minutes for the installation and it took him about five minutes, great store and grace for their help!

The staff I worked with were super kind and helpful. I just needed a steering wheel cover, but the one I bought didn’t work, so they helped me find a new one. I struggled to stretch the new cover onto the steering wheel, so they even helped me install it! Very nice guys.

My date and I had a romantic evening playing the alphabet game at this AutoZone. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the ambience was serene. 10/10 would recommend visiting this fine establishment.

I took my car to NAPA auto parts to get a battery, but they wouldnt help me install it. I ended up calling Auto Zone and Im SO glad I did. The guy that answered the phone helped me right away and told me he would install my battery for me. I was already late to work and I let him know. As soon as I pulled up, this sweet gentlemen had everything ready to go. He installed it and was super professional and kind. Did the whole thing with a smile on his face.This was such a good experience, I will always recommend Auto Zone and especially this location.Thanks guys!

BIG shout out to the pros! My car dash lit up like a Christmas tree (usually a BAD sign) then it wouldnt start. A fellow jumped the battery and got me running. Ran over to AutoZone and they tested the battery, and a few other items to make sure we were replacing the right thing. Then he made sure to help me choose the best new battery for my car and installed it! Im so grateful for their help today. (Temps of 93 in the parking lot with grandbabies along for the ride!) In and out in 20 min! Thanks!

I needed a new battery and I expected the worker to just sell it to me and that was all but he went out to my car and just changed it for me. I didnt expect that. I needed a trailer hitch so I came up with a budget of $50. I got help and the staff gave me the wrong pin (1/2” diameter) for my trailer hitch (5/8”) I didn’t know the diameter at the time I just took their word for it. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I only have in store credit for the hitch pin. I then went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and they helped me get the right size. I’m sure Auto Zone is good most of the time but I don’t like wasting my money because of unnecessary mistakes.

Amazing people. Excellent service. My mirror got smashed and I went in for a temporary one, And one of the employees spent a lot of time looking for what i was trying to describe. Then he was out there shivering in the cold making sure everything fit correctly with the car. he picked out the right bolts and nuts all while standing out in the freezing cold helping me to install it. I had the tools and the knowledge, This kind soul did not have to help me but they did anyway. 5 stars all day for this place. They are great.

I was extremely impressed with the help I received at this location. I had to fix my front brakes and stopped by for parts. The employee let me know about a deal with some of the items I needed that I had almost forgotten to grab. He also explained a trick on compressing the brake calipers that saved me some time. There were quite a few bits of wisdom that were dropped that saved me significant time. Definitely glad I came to this location.

My boyfriend and I watched a YouTube video on changing brakes and thought we would be able to do it on our own. We bought the stuff and quickly realized we were in way over our heads. We asked a quick question and instead of only answering the question an associate named Valente came out with us and showed us how to change the brakes on the first tire. He was amazing and you now have customers for life at this location. He’s amazing and went above and beyond, there is no way we could have done it without him!

Whoever is the sales manager or higher up here, Im not sure what the title is called; but he needs a raise!! This man was of excelent service to me when I was needing a battery replacement within my warranty period. Ive never had a bad experience at this AutoZone, and literally the whole team Is always there to help me whenever I have any car or truck related questions. Other AutoZones in Utah have I would say, fair service. Yet this location is absolutely amazing. Would recommend 10/10 to go here for parts instead of any other part store. They won’t help you!! Went over for a question about the brake fluid. The staff appeared be annoyed and he just left “I don’t know how your car works” and didn’t even look at me!Went to a different Autozone in the end, the staff was friendly and willing to help. He provided me options I can choose. Problem was solved after 5 minutes.

OK nonsense reviews aside. The guy that helped me order my triplesquare set in the Orem location was: smart, quick, understanding and relatable. Do something for him. Hes earned it.

Every time I go into AutoZone, they instantly asked me if I need any help. And if I ever have any issues. They quickly help me to solve them. I recommend this AutoZone on 12th North and State Street in Orem to everybody. I will continue to shop there for the products I need.

THEY NEVER GIVE YOU ANY REAL HELP! Today I went to buy stuff and there were 2 people that were attending at 7:30 pm at night and it was really unpleasant they were so disgraceful and disrespectful they paid no attention those 2 men who looked like brothers. I know that you have to wear the masks now because of the COVID 19 but it really is unfair of somebody pointing out that you are not wearing a mask to the whole store when you did have it on.

Auto Zone in Orem Utah I visit when we travel to Saratoga Springs, Ut. Although I know NOTHING about cars or repairs this particular one is a favorite because our son works there and is assistant manager. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant even though we dont buy anything . Not being prejudice ...but its a nice clean and a very tidy store that offers so much help to customers .

My husband has been working on our car and this is where weve been going to get most of the parts he needs.

I have a 04 Rav4, and the alternator went bad. I went to get it replaced at this location and they were ALL super helpful. Price was a bit more than what I was quoted on online shops. I needed ASAP, so I didnt have much of a choice. Lifetime warranty for the new alternator though! Anyway, I had some trouble installing the new alternator, and one of the employees (dont remember his name) assisted me with the installation. Now my Rav works perfectly!If any of you guys at the State St. location get around to reading this review, thank you so much! I seriously appreciate all the help. Autozone customer for life!

Eric T. really knew what he was doing in providing great service, knowledge, and support in all aspects of my vehicle needs. What he didn’t know, he professionally researched and shared what he found. Finally fixed the last issue of many. Autozone has walked me through some great steps to fixing my vehicle up again. They saved me probably a couple hundred dollars!

You might think that OReilys, Pepboys, and AutoZone are the same thing but the employees at this AutoZone have taught me that is not the truth.They have great inventory, good pricing, and they recharge car batteries for free. This is not the closest location to my house but it is the one I go to because they are great.

Awesome! I came in for a battery. I met Max who works the counter. He was absolutely awesome. He made sure I purchased the right battery then he can out and completely cleaned the battery case and put in the new. Unbelievable service!!Thank you Autozone for having a guy like max!!

My wife and I went in to find out if I battery needed replacing. Moments after entering into the store, a wonderful worker quickly tested our old battery, helped us find a new battery, and installed the new battery. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes and it was an excellent experience.

Great service and helped me save money! They kept me informed of the deals that were going on. When I went to buy a specific brand that would have cost me more than the deal they had, they urged me to go with a different brand that actually saved me more money than I had anticipated.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received here! I came in to find out why my check engine light had come on, and the store manager, Kel, was wonderfully helpful. He sold me the set of spark plugs I needed, showed me how to replace one, and then let me borrow his toolbox for free so I could change the rest of the plugs myself right there in the parking lot. I know very little about car repair, so I really appreciated the fact that Kel was patient and didnt talk down to me and didnt try to convince me to buy any expensive but unnecessary parts. I will definitely be coming back here next time my car needs anything.

I went with my friend, showing up with a dead lowbeam light, and its 19° cold out... we ran inside, the gentleman with glasses helped us purchase the bulb, but said he had never changed one & couldnt help. After struggling to remove the casing, I ran back in to borrow a screwdriver. A man named Justin asked what we were working on. When I told him, he grabbed his jacket, came out and replaced it, explained how to and even cleaned off the battery connectors when he saw corrosion!! Thank you so much, Justin! I have a feeling he is this cheerful & helpful all year long. We single moms feel better prepared for the future, and really appreciate your kind service!

I walked in there today for some parts for my daughters car. I wasnt in the store more than 5 feet when Ben, one of the employees, very proactively asked if he could help me find what it was I needed. I needed a ignition switch for my thunderbird, I decided to call the orem store ahead of time to make sure they had my part, i talked to Ben and we learned that they had it stock, so I got there about 15 minutes after the phone call, i recently broke my right hip, so I called the store when I got there and learned that Ben had gone to lunch, some how he learned that I was there to get the part, instead of someone else helping me, Ben helped me even though he was at lunch, i will always patronize the Orem store on state and 4th south! Good shop with helpful people. My single-parent cousin stopped here once to get windshield wipers. The clerk noticed she was nervous about installing them and did it for her out of the goodness of his heart. When she told me about it, they earned my consistent patronage. I generally check here first for parts.

Guys and Gals work hard to get you the parts and advice to repair your vehicle at a discount price for us do it yourselves people. And they will diagnostics for free, testing batteries, alternators, reading the system codes, etc.

(Edited)Useless, absolutely useless avoid going here unless you know exactly what you need these people are not parts people they are just normal workers that need a job its not there fault but if I need parts I go to people who want to make it a career who like there job, like napa.I have never been so frustrated the workers are on drugs or in a dream Land and just spaced out I have to ask for service I waited 2 minutes for a guy looking into nothingness I then asked are you okay ? He turned and then served me I was very confused. They have no idea what they have in there store and when it comes to car parts there knowledge is extremely limited. Avoid if possible.After going a few more times because I had to they have fired a few people and things appear to be on the up hopefully they keep improving customer service and knowledge keep up the good work

The time I went previously the guy at the counter helped me out with replacing my wipers, but when I went again recently to buy A/C refresher the workers were just kinda hanging around. When I asked the lady at the counter if she knew how to use the can she basically said to Google it because everyone is busy. Usually this place is good and has everything youd need, but it seems the customer service is 50/50.

Didnt get any real help, just told me they didnt have the touch up paint I was looking for, then told me to try other places, but none had it, had to order it from a dealer the next day.

I needed a battery replaced. They tested my alternator to make sure it was good, and helped me replace the bad battery properly. Great service.

Perfect customer service. The computer wasnt showing the exact part I needed. Instead of telling me to go look at it and let him know, he went outside to look at it.

I went in very uneducated, needing a couple lights on the back of my vehicle replaced. I pulled in, and an employee asked me what I needed before I even entered the building. I told him, and he was so friendly and helpful. After purchasing the lights I needed, I voiced that I didn’t know how to install them. He then grabbed some tools to install them for me. He spent 20-30 minutes doing manual labor without extra pay. Wish I could remember his name. Awesome service!!This is the first online review I’ve ever left, but I felt strongly enough.

Helpful staff, knew what theyre talking about and helped me search for the exact part I needed and thankfully they had it in stock. The service was quick and painless. Definitely would recommend it to others for any autoparts, provided you know what you need.

They have removed all the catelogues to look up filters for various models. Now you have to wait in line with people checking out just so they can look up your filter number on their computer. Not exactly a smooth move, AZ!
