I took my car to Metro to get a quote after my roommate backed into my car and scratched up the front bumper. I had gotten 3 other quotes before coming to Metro and they were all way more expensive -- anywhere from $200 to $800 more for the same repair. So I was already super happy with the price theyd given me. Frank was also so kind and very easy to work with.I drive a bright red car and I was worried about the quality of work I was going to receive on my car because red is sometimes hard to make look good after damage, but when I returned to pick it up a few days later it was seriously good as new! For real! It was like my car had never been scraped at all. I attached before and after pictures so you can see!The only complaints I have were that I called once in August to set up the appointment and left a voicemail and they never called back. I had to call them again a few weeks later, but Frank answered right away and we were able to schedule an appointment. Also, the mat on the drivers side of my car was super dirty when I got the car back, but its nothing that a good vacuum job wont fix -- just a little inconvenient.Overall though, I would 100% recommend Metro Collision Repair for any repairs you need on the body of your car, and Ill definitely come back here if I have an issue again.

The work they did on our car was acceptable, but their customer service was horrendous. We dropped off our car on a Tuesday and it took them until Friday to finally give us a quote, and during that week they never even once reached out with an update on our car. And we only got our quote after wed contacted them and asked what was taking so long. To which Frank replied, Im sorry, do YOU work on cars for a living? We were so shocked and immediately called him out on how unprofessional he was being and he calmed down, but never apologized. He may have been irritated with us because we had been contacting him once a day for updates, but that was only because Metro was taking ZERO initiative to proactively communicate with us and our insurance. Anyway after this particular phone call they finally started to reach out with updates, and our car was miraculously finished just a few days later. In the end our car looks acceptable, but we dearly wished we had taken it somewhere else where we would have been treated with more respect and kindness.

Metro auto did a fantastic job at fixing our car after we were rear ended. Frank is the nicest guy!! Very trustworthy.

Got estimates for auto body repair on my fender and bumper throughout Orem and Im very happy I chose to work with Metro Collision Repair. Frank and his Team did awesome! They did not disappoint and I recommend taking your vehicle there for your needs.

Following my car accident, I took my car to Metro Collision Repair for a quote. I was so impressed with their professionalism and rates that I decided to do business with them. I do not regret that decision either because they quickly fixed my vehicle and it looked brand new afterwards.

They do more extensive work than what I need done and recommended another company that could do the work. Which is good customer service.

They listed used tires on KSL Classifieds advertising them as having 70% tread life left. I went out of my way 30 minutes (1 hour round trip) to come pickup and when I got there I found tires to the replace indicator so basically 15% tread life left. I said thanks for wasting my time and he said have a good night. Messed up!!!

Professional and very competent repairs are performed here. Very pleased with the quality and speed. Awesome electrical work with an on site electronics technician that diagnosed and repaired my truck after a front end wreck. He explained all the details in a way I could understand. I also found out they are bi-lingual. All are fluent in Spanish. Great business and fair prices!

Update: 2021My little brother had a previously wrecked Honda Civic that was 1/2 restored and put back together. He got into another accident in the same exact area. Obviously from my past experience with this store, I went right back to them. I don’t regret my decision at all. The civic looked better than when we bought it. Obviously with crashes vehicles, lines are going to look a little weird, but this car absolutely looks astounding. And Again, THE PRICE WAS INCREDIBLE COMPARED TO OTHER COLLISION SHOPSWow, these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Went and got 5 quotes for the same car from different people (Caliber, Cascade, Rocky Mountain, Ken Garff) by far the best option I had. I could not be happier with my car. I wish I could post before and after pictures

Fantastic service in English and Spanish. Frank was friendly at the front desk and gave us a great deal (2/3 of what a different place in town wanted to charge). They performed their work professionally and according to their bid. We had a scrape down the side of our car from a bump-in with a light pole. I didnt think it would ever look right again. It looks just like new now! We couldnt be happier with the service and they offer a 5% discount on the price if you pay with cash. Very glad to find these guys.

I was very pleased with the work to replace a side-view mirror done by Frank and his team at Metro Collision Repair. Communication was outstanding from first contact and throughout the project. Work was done on schedule, just under estimated cost, and correctly.

So we were vacationing for a week in Utah when my brothers neighbor hit our car. We needed it fixed quickly so we could go home, but their insurance company was dragging their feet. Here comes Frank to the rescue. He walked us through the process and magically got our car repaired so quickly. He was patient with us and the other workers there were very kind and helpful.

I dented my rear quarter panel on my 81 Camaro, and the guys at Metro helped me out! The car had a bad dent and Cameron helped me figure out what needed to be done, and even gave me an unbeatable and very fair price. The guys even painted a primer spot on the front of the car for no extra cost. I am so happy to have found such a cool garage with people who are honest and love what they do!

I brought in a 2006 Sprinter Van that had been crashed on one side Metro made it look like brand knew. Totally blew me away. These guys were really good. Price was also outstanding.

110% regret giving them my businesses because they fixed nothing that was agreed on and they didnt even color match the paint to the rest of the vehicle and where they painted there is paint runs all over. And my fuel rims on my truck that are expensive after market rims have over spray all over them. ALL AROUND THE WORST PAINT JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN OUT SIDE OF A HIGH SCHOOL PAINT BOOTH

Metro Collision Repair did an incredible job repainting our 15-year old truck. We took it in with lots of rust, dents and tree scratches and a rusted-out hole in the bed. It came back looking amazing. A few extras I didn’t expect: they detailed it, and replaced the windshield because it cracked while they were removing it. They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this business.

My wife was involved in a couple of back-to-back accidents in her Lexus IS-350; both accidents involved extensive damage and needed extensive repair. Metro performed both repairs--making car look and perform even better than it did before the accident.
