Had my car for a month and half to come back and lack them repairing parts of my car and spraying paint on parts of my car I’ve had to clean off myself. Didn’t replace all the broken parts and just acted like my car was good as new. Just not attentive to details.

WORST experience I have ever had with a repair center! My sister was in a minor car accident almost a month ago, and we still do not have the car. They told us 2 different days the car would be done, and it wasn’t. It has affected my schooling, having to work around their inability to give an accurate day. Do NOT use this company!!!

Two weeks ago I called in to get my car bumpers cosmetics fixed and my headlights replaced. They said they would be able to do it on the next Wednesday and had to confirm with the engineers for a time. They said they would call me back with an appointment. Fast forward to last week and they still had not called me. I called in and they said they still had not gotten back to him so they would schedule me for the next Wednesday or Thursday. I shrugged it off and waited for the next coming week. Its Tuesday today and I called in to see if they got an appointment set up. I told the person about my appointment and he said oh thats what that paper was. I can get you in next Monday possibly. I told him about my frustrations in a calm manner about how Ive been rescheduled already, and how I just want to get these things over with. He said he would call the engineers right away get right back to me. This was about 4 hours ago. Wether they call me or not, I will be doing my business else where.

Wonderful customer service. Someone t-boned my passenger side and damaged both doors. They replaced both doors and they did a beautiful job!!! They have a lifetime warranty on their work. I would definitely go back in the future.

These guys did such an awesome job on repairing my car! They were fast getting the job done and the people inside were friendly and awesome to talk to. 10/10 would recommend and this will definitely be my body shop from now on!

Absolutely zero issues. Extremely impressed with the customer service, and their ease and willingness to work not only with me but my insurance company. First claims process for me, and they were professional and talked me through the whole process. They also send text updates to keep you on the loop of what is happening with your car. Will go back if I need services again.

Wow! I was so impressed with Larry H Miller Collision Center in Orem. They fixed my van in a timely manner and when I got it back, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked better than when I dropped it off! They did a great job on my bumper repair and it was so clean on the inside and out. I got in and it was vacuumed out and smelled almost like new. When my boys saw our van, they asked if we had gotten another rental car and I said, No! That is our van! :) Wow! Dropping off and picking up was great too. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will highly recommend Larry H Miller to my friends! Thanks for your good work!

Excellent customer service! Dan was so helpful. It only took him a few minutes to give me a estimate for the insurance.If you only knew the nightmare we had just gone through trying to get a estimate from another company. They had the car for almost 2 weeks. They werent doing any work on the car just giving me a estimate. Holy cow and then to come here to Larry Miller... It was a breeze. Dan was so helpful. Oh my gosh it was a night and day difference!!!Just go talk to Dan if your car needs to be repaired. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other companies. Super fast! Super easy!

I LOVE this place! The employees are always very nice and explain everything you need to know and answer any questions you have. And they go out of their way to make sure you are happy! I had a door replaced but the speaker wasnt plugged in all the way so I took it back then they cleaned out my car to compensate for me having to bring it back in! They have exceeded my expectations every time I have gone in. I would recommend anyone to come here when you have damages done to your vehicle(:

Took my car in to get fixed and it looks better than it did before the accident. They do an awesome job. They kept me up to date on what was happening and worked with me to get the car done as soon as they could. Kelsie was who kept me up to speed on things and she is great! She was professional, sincere, cheerful, and very kind. Give her a raise! A fruit basket! A cookie! Something!

Keslie and the entire Body Shop did an amazing job! Rarely do you find such great customer service. Another insurance was paying for my damage repair and Keslie did an excellent job of working with them in the background and giving me frequent updates. She was quick to answer my questions and make sure that everything looked good. I couldnt be more impressed and Ill be sure to return with any other car repairs I need. Thanks guys!

Dan is amazing. I had taken my pickup in to repair a deep gouge that traveled all down the side. I was amazed with the work. It looked brand new. I did have a concern when picking up the truck, but Dan took care of it immediately. Great customer service.

The customer service was atrocious, I was told my car would be ready by feb 14. The car went into the shop Jan 30. Then the date was moved to February 28. Which was already upsetting. Then I talked to a representative and they said for sure it would be done the 28th and so I returned my rental car the 28th, only to get a call a few hours later saying it would be several more days. So there I was without a car and with what minimal information I could get from the body shop. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Though there were some delays (not fault of Collision Center, just common occurrences) they were consistently informing me of those delays, and continually keeping me posted and updated on the progress of my vehicle. They were very professional, and the car came out looking great. Customer Service was superior and I was very pleased with how I was treated. Great place to do business. If one needs a place to take their car after being in an accident, Larry H. Miller would be ideal.

We hit a deer with our brand new vehicle. The entire front end of our car had to be repaired. We also had to replace the radiator and other items inside the front of the engine cavity. They contacted us with an estimated timeline. It was delivered within a few days of the original guess. It looked fantastic. It has been a couple of months now. It still looks as new and shiny as the day we bought it. It runs like a champ. Thank you for the quality workmanship.

I have to admit that the customer service at Larry Miller collision was excellent, keeping me informed on how the work was progressing. I never had to call them once, unheard of in this industry. When I picked up my Audi A6 I had a problem that was not handled by them very well until I received a phone call from the management team stating that they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I told them I had an issue and they resolved the issue immediately, anyone can make a mistake, it is how they handle the mistake that makes a difference. when they corrected the mistake quickly I was 100% satisfied and would use them again

These guys are awesome! I took in my car with a bent fender, and they took care of me in no time. The bend ended up being simple enough that they fixed it in the parking lot and sent me on my way with no charge.

I was rear ended but don’t tell anyone because they won’t believe you!!!! It looks great, the office staff is amazing, kelsie handled my ornery ex husband like a pro!!! They also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my car. I have 3 kids, drive carpool and run a daycare so there are kids in and out of my car and it was a mess when I dropped it off but I got it as clean as if I’d just bought it!!!!! I will forever take my car here for all future repairs.

I would not recommend this place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was in an accident in December. It took them almost two weeks past the day they told me it would be done for me to finally get my car back. They kept telling me It should be done tomorrow, well call you. that went on for a week and a half. Since then I have had to take it back three times in the last four months (taking a week or two each time) for them to fix the problems, which werent actually fixed. This last time I took it back because the air conditioning STILL wasnt working. When they looked at it they said it was the compressor and would have to send it to a dealership to be looked at. If it wasnt related to the accident I would have to pay for the diagnosis. I waited a week for them to do the test. When I got my car back it still wasnt working I called them and was told the compressor didnt look like it was damaged in the accident and that they couldnt find anything wrong so I wouldnt have to pay for anything. I later found out they didnt even send it in to be tested. I decided to take it to a different dealership to have it looked at. He showed me the report of what was damaged during the accident. They had replaced the compressor with a bad one and told me that is wasnt damaged during the accident. This location is really shady and I would go somewhere else if you can!

They fixed my truck this winter after my accident. Kelsie and Bryce took great care of me and did an amazing job fixing my truck. Would go back to them again.

Worst experience! Dont buy at this dealership, they dont give you any warranty unless you pay like 3700$ additional, if your almost new car breaks after less than 5000 miles you got it, they tell you is your responsibility.

I was not satisfied with this center in the slightest. I brought in a car that had very minor damage from a hit and run on the side panel and they kept making up excuses as to why it was not done in a timely manner. They kept saying it was because I didn’t plan ahead ( as if you can plan an accident) customer service was horrible and instead of just doing the repairs and handling any issues with my insurance company they kept calling and making me call in adding unessesary stress. I would never recommend this center to anyone unless you like being talked down to, or would like to have low quality work done to your vehicle. They couldn’t even match paint very well.

My car was rear-ended and I was able to bring it in the same day to get a bid. Later I left it there to be repaired and they took care of it so fast! Would come back here in a heartbeat!

We took our 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk in for a minor repair to the rear bumper and repacement of the lower fascia. It was requested by us to replace the current fascia with the trailerhitch fascia designed for the Trailhawk. Upon vehicle pickup (01/18/2019) we noticed that both the finishing trim and the Trailhawk tow hook were not installed. Why? We questioned the female staff who firmly informed us that the correct trailhawk fascia was installed as she used our Jeeps VIN number. We further questioned as to why the hook and trim did not fit (the Trailhawk hook and trim were dumped in the back of Jeep), as the Morpar instructions indicated the hook and trim were compatible with the trailhawk trailerhitch fascia. We were again assured by same staff that the correct part was installed! We know that the female staff did not install the wrong part; but now we are also questioning why the mechanic/technician was not aware he/she was mistakengly installing a wrong part. The mechaniac was incompetent! We also had to wait 10 days for our Jeep and still ended up with this blunder.We were so angry observing that our Jeep Trailhawk had the wrong part installed that that we immediately drove to the Larry Miller Dealership in Provo where we initially bought the Jeep. We went to the parts desk; a parts technician examined our Jeep Trailhawk fascia that LM Miller Collision installed. The Tech firmly stated that our trailhawk jeep did have the wrong part installed and apologized to us.On 01/21/2019 we called LM Collision Center and spoke to the same female staff who informed us that the incorrect part was ordered and installed on our Trailhawk Jeep. We would like to give 0 stars to LM Collision; but the review system did not comply.We will take a trip to our home state ( Oregon) to buy our new 2019 truck. We wish no more dealings with this shop and will review future dealings with the Larry Miller automobile monolopy.

Terrible to work with. A completely lazy and disrespectful staff. Awful customer service and completely unprofessional behavior. They are a waste of time and money. Go to Abra or Harmon’s, their repairs, warranties, and customer service are much better

I was very pleased with the results, they kept in touch with me to let me know the progress of the repair on my vehicle, I couldnt have been any happier with the results they even washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out

Took them 2 months to finish repairs on my Lexus (with excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it wasnt finished). Then after I picked it up, I noticed a scratch along the entire side of the car door (where they had just painted) and then noticed that the paint was entirely wavy and bubbled across the hood and doors, where they had painted. Upon taking it back in, the manager immediately said that the paint job was orange peeled and admitted that the paint job needed to be redone. After two months with my car, they apparently had no inspection process to make sure the repairs were done correctly and that the paint job was proper. I would never take a vehicle here for collision repair again.

Generally poor customer service and unreliable repairs. Woops, they forgot some screws and my axle sheared in half. Yes, that really happened.Tried to give these guys a second chance by asking how much a new bumper would cost over the phone but that was too complex.Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.

Larry H miller did excellent work on the damages for my truck but their office is somewhat disorganized. Be persistent and you can get things taken care of with them.

A woman ran into the side of our car recently. We took it to Larry H Miller collision they were very quick and their service very efficient and overall I was very happy with the service we received.

Very slow and terrible at communicating. When it was all said and done we waited for weeks only for my car to come back with holes in the bumper because they couldnt find the sensors and didnt even put the old ones back in.

Colter was awesome and his team was awesome. Theyve had my car for over a month, and it still isnt done yet. I called 2 weeks ago for an update, and was told it would be about another week at least. Then I called last week & the same guy said it would be another week or so.I drove by after hours today to see if I could sneak a peek before calling again, and my car is outside with no door on it. It could rain, and my car wouldnt be protected...Just ridiculous. I dont understand what the holdup has been, but its insanely frustrating. No telling when itll be done. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I was hit last July and the job is not complete because of parts on back order hoping to get this resolved soon It is now November!

Workers lack initiative and have very poor communication. When they inspected my car they barely glanced at it and then gave me a quote. While they had my car I asked them to call me with specific updates. Never once did I receive a call; I had to initiate any form of communication.Don’t do business here.
