Attendant was beyond RUDE. Wouldnt let me pay with card after I found out you have to pay cash inside. And OMG the price! $20 for what I can get fully detailed at a mobile car wash for the same price. If I wasnt in dire need of a wash because some bird crapped right where my braking sensor was I would have gone elsewhere.

What use is it that you pay a $ 30 wash if they dont even bother to properly clean your car, it hurts that places like this work and have customers ... poor service.and I have a photographic record as backup, only for some reason it does not allow me to upload the photos.

Really good car wash. The option to just get the outside of my car done for a quick wash at a lower price was really nice. They did a great job on my car. Super friendly people. I wish I lived in the area. This would be my go-to car wash. Lots of soap. Seems like all new equipment. Five stars for sure.

You’re not going to get a perfect wash, but for $6 for an exterior wash, this place cannot be beat.On top of being cheap, it’s fast. And they have staff at the beginning of the wash to pre-wash any super dirty or caked on areas, and staff at the end of the wash to dry down any areas of pooled water and prevent streaking.Other drive-thru washes do not do this. AND they’re slower and more expensive. So if you’re in the area and you’re in a rush, but don’t want to drive around a car covered in dirt, then this is the place to go.

RUINED MY CENTER CONSOLE!!! Dropped my car off for the complete interior detail ($105). Returned 2.5 hours later to find that my center console was absolutely filthy with some kind of oily substance that would not be washed off. I talked to Luis, who I was told was the lead guy on the site,, and he told me he had no idea what that was. After explaining to him that my car did not have this upon drop-off and asking himw what could be done about it, he told me the manager was not there today and I would have to come in on Tuesday to talk to the about. Apart from the fact that, like most people, I work all day Tuesday, I was obviously concerned that the problem would get worse if left unattended to for days. Luis told me it should not get worse, but he did not know what else to do. So, I had to pay $105 to get my interior DESTROYED. NOT OK!

I had BMW steam cleaned here for $75. Jeff, the manager, did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. The service was great and the price was affordable.Orange Car Wash.

Just had my brand new car detailed here, and I am very impressed! Everything cleaned up with clay bar, polished and sealed - no swirl marks! Looking forward to coming back for future hand washes and Orange Car Wash.

My favorite car wash. They run their place like a well oiled machine and their employees are friendly and very hard working.

Ive been going here off and on for 6 years and they do a pretty good job. Sometimes, they take so long, though, that I have to retrieve my car before theyre completely finished. I guess they could use some improvement with the time it takes. There was only one guy working on my car and he seemed of retirement age and was very slow.

Used to be better. They raised prices and reduced services. You used to be able to get a hand dry for free with any level wash (inc the $5...now $6...basic wash). Now you have to get the upgraded wash to get a hand dry. The effects are clear. Im here on a sunny Sunday morning when it used to be packed and its pretty sparse. Probably a third as many workers as before as well.

BEWARE -- they turn on the air without telling so air ran out after about a minute of use. Car wash attendant said I should have known! How would I know that? I dont live here. Lost $1.50. Gas station attendant said it wasnt his problem. Nice customer service.

I love this car wash! I forgot about a little bit of trash I had in my back seat, and they took care of it for me. There were a few things that were not trash mixed in, and the attendees look what what obviously trash and threw it out, but left the rest.I had sap on my car, so I pointed out the few spots where I knew it was thick, and they had no problem getting out.They are courteous and professional here. Its the only place I will bring my car to get a good detailing anymore.

It missed the whole lower side of the car including the front and the back. I prewashed it at a spray and wash before coming here too.

I shouldve paid the $6 for the service I got. I watched as the passanger side rims werent scrubbed, the dryer guy was nice tho, the marshaling-parking guy told me to park over there cuz I parked myself to finish off the drying. There was no over there unless he was referring to the vacuuming area, and he said I was done. Well my dripping car didnt look so. I drove across the street to Marshalls to dry off my car with my own towels. Just pay the $6 and do the rest.

Wash your car they tell you 20 Minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later my car has been done for a Long TIME and they dont tell you. (As I saw it sitting there) Been here a few times over the years and same service every time, do a nice job on the car BUT communication is not good.

They did a great job washing & waxing my Jeep! I paid extra for a full detail, and when I asked them to please vacuum the upholstery, to remove the cleaner I put on, they did so and did great!

WORST EXCUSE FOR A DETAILING SHOP & CAR WASH WITH THE WORST MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! This message is to Lupe Lozano-Manager and Jay Bajaria-Owner.I came on Saturday 12/2/17 morning with my car in a state of emergency as my friend had vomited in the front seat/area of my car. I showed the car wash host at the front my situation and we did a full walk through and I pointed out all the areas where there was vomit. I then confirmed that all the seat covers would be thrown away, and all the materials like papers or things that could not be thrown away to be placed in a bag separate from the car. I then drove my car to the line up to be washed from the outside. The technician there told me he would drive the car in so I got out and did another walk through with him to show him all the affected areas. I was reassured that I would be taken care of and this is something that they deal with all the time and not to worry. Well, when I came back later that afternoon to pick up the car, it was still extremely dirty inside and the center console where there was vomit was AS IS!! nothing had been cleaned or touch nor had the seat belt been cleaned either. The manager at that time Lupe came over and I did a THIRD walk through with him to point out all the affected areas yet again. He assured me he would take care of it and make sure that he personally checked the car. I came back to pick it up as the wash was closing and drove him, the next day I noticed that the car still smelled and there were a lot of dirty areas. The seat belt was still not washed properly and it looked like they wiped it down with paper towels. So I called the car wash and they told me I could bring it Monday 12/4 and theyd do another detail. When I get to the wash on Monday, I open my truck and see that the first crew had taken my VOMIT-COVERED seat cover and put it AS IS in my trunk! Now everything in my trunk was covered and affected by the vomit smell. The second manger who was working Monday helped me take out everything from my trunk and THROW IT AWAY. I put what I could save in a bag which wasnt much. So now this would make it the THIRD time your crew is detailing my car. Not to mention, when I picked it up at closing I came home and in the morning still saw dirty areas in my car. I paid $135 + 10 (air freshers) + $40 tip on the first go-around because I trusted that your guys did the job properly the first time. When I called to speak to Lupe the manager & ask for a refund, he told me there was no way I was going to see my money or get a refund and he told me that I should blame my friend who threw up. How about you take me to small claims and well see if you get your money back. Youll never get to talk to the owner. He said to me. What kind of business are you running where people come to you for expert help and you treat them like this?? I didnt pay nearly $200 to be talked to like that or to have a poor job done 3 TIMES! If you cant hire the right people for the job, then you shouldnt be in the DETAILING business. Its called a DETAIL for a reason--youre supposed to pay attention to the DETAILS!I would never recommend your services ever.
