Pharmacist always and always helpful no matter who is working or time of the day they are there for the customer or patient we need more people like them in every CVS keep up the good work

This drug store must be suggested because they had all the proper way of storing their items. The area was very clean and pleasant. Surely, all the items were safe. Very accommodating staff!

Everything I had to do was dial the pharmacys number. Thank you so much for what youve done. Your customer service is excellent. The entire team considers you a niece and would go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. All is in order!

I have been a 10 year plus customer but over the last three months each of my prescriptions have been a struggle. They dont EVER answer the phone so my doctor was unable to contact them when there was an issue. She called me herself to ask me to go to another pharmacy saying she had never dealt with such a poorly run pharmacy in her career. I gave them another chance but gave up tonight when they hadnt prepared two of them saying I had no refills but my account online shows I do. They are perpetually short staffed with 6-10 people in line. The counter staff is lazy and didnt want to look and see why it hadnt been filled. Half hour later, I had them filled at another pharmacy.

This pharmacy was incredibly helpful in helping me locate the supplements I need! The pharmacist was very kind and helpful, and she answered all of my questions perfectly! Their customer service has completely wowed me!

This drug shop really inspired my mother and me! For our next order, they served us well and even gave us discount coupons. We really appreciate how their clients are being handled! This store of drugs needs to be identified!

Always has a lot of options. Never too crowded. Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of parking.

Came in looking for cat toys and cold medicine, found everything I needed in a timely fashion. I had a discount from a previous receipt but they wouldn’t take it because I didn’t have the right phone number. Annoying but it is what it is.

Store closed more than 15 minutes before it was scheduled to close. Lazy a$$es or corporate isnt paying enough to attract the right employees.

They should update their hours..i need some medicine for my mom and it says it is open but its closed.

So how long is it acceptable to wait for someone to pick up the phone during business hours? Its been over 66 minutes so far. Not one human voice yet; just crappy on-hold music.

Please save yourself...this is a dirty cvs w actually ignorant, uneducated checkout staff...stay away

I was greeted when I came in the door and was asked if I need help to locate any thing that was awesome.the young lady that help me out was very understanding

Great staff and easy parking. Lines are always short and the place is never busy. Never being busy is a good thing because even with only 4-5 it takes a couple minutes to check out.

Always friendly customer service here. pharmacy and photo services. Updated store they do get busy. THey always have deals on makeup here . Great last minute gifts and they are good quality!

The pharmacy staff is great. Friendly, knows what theyre doing, and fast service most of the time. They say the national average waiting time is 1 hour at a pharmacy. This place is 15 mins most of the time.

Was looking for a USB/ USBC Converter at about 9:25 PM and Maria came out to help me look.Although we had no look finding the product for a GALAXIE 8 SAMSUNG phone, I really, really appre iate this ladys going the extra mile, even looking up the product for me.She is a wonderful example of down home, friendly, and her service has made me a customer,, after being a rite aid customer for several years, Mariad diligence won me over.Thank you CVC

Bad system . I line up to get my prescription when it is supposed ready an hour ago. Prescription is not ready. They asked me to and then call my turn. I have line up again. Waste of time

Super helpful staff in store and Pharmacy. Also a great place to grab basic necessities.

New year, new drugs, new location. Where to go? Ahhhh, heres one nearby and voila!The staff is super friendly. They gave me an estimate of 45 minutes so I decided to browse the store, debated going home for a bit, and while I was doing all that thinking - they called my name and I was in and out in a few minutes with no issues, no fuss and no muss.Store is clean. There are lots of different products here (like facial cleansers) that I cant find at big box stores like wal-mart or Target so I might swing by again.

Dont use the pharmacy. Always promising same day and cant deliver. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Call 11:30 am to prescribe meds for a patient who is having an infection. Was told that I have to wait till pharmacist to return from lunch or leave a voicemail. Called again 12:15, after 5 min ringing and spoke with warren, he transferred me to voicemail. I hung up and called back a couple of times after but never got any voicemails or anything. Finally the 4th call, I got a voicemail. At this point, I decided to leave a voicemail since after 1.5 hour, I still couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help me. Its 1:20 and I’m still waiting for the pharmacist to call back while patient is waiting in pain.

I should rate it zero..but isnt available...expend 20 minutes waiting for somebody to answer me on pharmacy, zips. Planning to transfer my medication Here, but if every time will be the same forget it

They are well organized and friendly.

Horrible pharmacist. Went in at 545 to get a prescription filled and he said we cant fill out we close at 6.... 4 of them there walking around but couldnt full my prescription...

I went today (August 29) for the CoVid19 vaccination. And I was denied service. That because the manager Bannie, changed the schedules 😒
