On the road, headed to Pennsylvania and oil was at 5 %, 9 o clock at night. Called him and he answered promptly. And within 30 minutes he was on site. Satisfied in the service and his pricing was very reasonable. Now I’m back on the road.

Called to schedule an appointment to come fix my car. He was quick to respond and said he would be here at 9 am the next morning… 11 am and he’s still not there claims his wife is in the hospital and can come later that afternoon. 5-6 pm still no show then he claims he would come later tonight and here it is almost 11 pm at night! I wasted this whole day waiting on him when I could of used somebody else!! .5 out of 10 for a rating.

Justin is the man for the job! My Belt shredded off on I-10 at 9:30pm. And remember, part shops close at 9 or 10pm. Justin delivered me a belt in about an hour and after inspecting my car noticed that the belt would break or slip again because of a bad water pump(it actually was bad). With it being so late, no part shops were open but Justin said he’d come back ASAP in the morning with the parts, which he did. Part Shops open at 8am, he got to me at 8:30am and Did the Job, Never asked for money up front, Funny guy, super honest. Wouldn’t have gone with any other mobile service.

DO NOT utilize this so-called business! This man is a convicted criminal who is not authorized to own a business. He was asked to perform a simple task on my automobile and then destroyed my steering column as a hustle to extract more money from me. What was a simple key tumbler cylinder repair, ended up costing me almost $3,500 at Billy Navarre due to his incompetence. He destroyed my entire steering column THEN he conveyed veiled threats per our text communication AFTER i employed certified professionals to look at his work. I, as well as my insurance company will be suing this dishonest felon. BE WARNED. I also doubt whether this man is bonded, licensed or his parole officer is aware of what is going on. He has no tools and drives a Dodge truck which has no inspection sticker or Texas valid license plate.

The dude did a cheap diagnosis didn’t even find out what’s wrong with my car took my money then burned off and kept makin excuses why he couldn’t make it back out this guy is a joke

He was supposed to be at my home to repair a truck on a Saturday . He kept texting me Im ony way but he was a no show . He said at 830 that night he was in bfe on a family emergency and his family comes first even before his job. Well I don t have that many days off and put off what I should have been doing to wait on him . Total waste of my time will not call this business again

He was willing to get the job done later on Saturday evening.

Said he would come showed a day or so later. 85 dollar service charge claimed computer was problem. Said couldnt pay for computer over phone because it was a wholesale account. He claimed he found computer for 150.00. So he charged 300 total. So I payed him computer was suppose to have 1 yr warranty.... was suppose to be back 2 days later at max. Never came back called him everyday for a week one lie after another excuse after excuse. Finally a week into I had to drive to Vidor where he was supposely broke down. Did he not give me my computer back he took off he gave me 2 more that came from a junkyard . Needless to say I did the work myself and none of them worked. So three hundred dollars later still truck not fixed.He also stated after the fact that he was a convict and wasnt even suppose to be in sulphur la. So people be careful.!
