Ive been bringing my car to High Tech for years! Ben has always been so helpful and efficient whenever I need maintenance done for my car and his prices are so affordable! A dealership tried to charge me over $100 to snake my AC line which takes 3 minutes. High Tech took me in immediately without scheduling an appointment. Great service!

I had a passenger window in my BMW that wouldn’t go up and needed a new window regulator. I checked prices in the Orange area, at Lemay Auto, up the street, he wanted 450. The owner here charged me 260. Took two hours, and was honest about pricing and timing and used genuine BMW parts. He is definitely a little quirky, he kind of berates you in a funny way, I didn’t mind his humor at a fraction of the cost to go somewhere else and get swindled. I’ll be back.

I only go here for emissions testing: they are nice, professional and do things on the schedule they give you. No complaints, good price, thank you very much!

There two professional mechanics in this car repair shop. Gerenally they did professional repair work and Benny would not charge you if there was just a very minor issue, which is wonderful. If your car is going to do a major work, you better google car repair labor time guide first. This shop is professional but not a cheap one.

Wish Shawn had more input on fixing vehicles, turn away customers if a big job is needed. Need to listen better when requesting repairs. Owner Ben is beyond rude and does not take the time to hear you explain your issues with your vehicle. Got cursed at because I needed a job done and he said its going to take 2 hours just to bypass me for other cars. Never would recommend anyone to him.

I never had a issue getting my oil change I got a new battery that didn’t even fit first it was $120 but he ended up charging me $140 for it battery lasted for a month and killed my car dead on the highway with my kids in it at night called about it and he hung up in my face won’t even let me return the battery and get my money back I’m done using this place

Emission test was hustle free. Took me approximately 15 minutes end to end.

Not qualify mechanic I lose my money for them keep changing not the right parts to fix my car.

Definitely deserves NO stars. Like everyone mentioned something is very much wrong with the owner when it comes to respect and service. We spoke on the phone and he told what he would do for me. I drive down there and he told me take it to a dealer and get out of here! Never explained why he couldn’t help me or do what he said he would on the phone. Don’t water your time or money like I have.

I dropped my truck off to be fixed he told me it would be done in a week and he will call I never received a call and went back the following week to check the progress my truck was sitting in the same exact spot and told me it will be another week, the next day my husband went to check on the truck and he was told a whole different story than I was told we decided to just take the truck else where to be fixed never again will I bring any vehicle back there. If the job was to big to do all they had to day was it couldnt b done.

Been customer for many, many years and have brought new customers as well! Told me me bring my car in next day to replace my radiator and charged me flat rate over phone. My car sat there all day and was told by Shawn next they would get to it if they had time. When I went to pick up car Ben charged me double what he said since 4 hrs of labor and was only 2 1/2 ! Ben got very defensive, rude, called me lier several times, and cursed several times stormed into his garage. I never felt so humiliated and belittled since there were many customers in VERY small waiting area. I think he should be fined for not obeying 6 FEET social distancing!

Took my car to get door locked checked. Man said take to body shop because he saw it had a scratch. I explained scratch was there for a yr now.. had nothing to do with door lock. He said he couldnt do nothing. Waste of time.

Nice honest people that work here, they charge fair price for brake pad change, and they are also certified for emission test. I always go here for small fixes, they are a trustworthy local shop.

Broke down on the Merrit Pkwy. Had my truck towed there at 2:30 in the afternoon with a destroyed water pump and serpentine belt. Called my at 4:20 that my truck was all set. Great fast service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The owner Benny and another mechanic seem honest and reliable in auto industry a field I am not familar with at all, but I trust them to fix my car, and have a peace of mind of never getting frauded or scammed.

High Tech has no FB account as I looked, but even still there are personal messages posted about their honesty, wonderful work, and service. They have gone the extra mile, stayed the extra minute, and been there for us. We originally came over eight years ago from the positive feedback from friends.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They offer impeccable services with reasonable price. VERY GOOD EXPEDITED SERVICE as well as customer service. Ive been coming here for a year and will continue to. There is no need to take my car to a BMW dealership when I can come here.

Bit expensive

Called into see if my car needs could be fixed and owner yelled at me.

I had a check engine light that came on. I got estimates from 2 other shops and they were asking in the $300 range. I took it to this shop and had it repaired for just over $100 bucks. Been going here since !!! 3+ years and going. Basically a no frills auto garage. Very affordable oil changes. This shop tends to get busy so early mornings are the best time especially if you want to wait around for an oil change. Decided to write this review because finding a good mechanic is difficult and can be stressful. Cannot go wrong with these guys. Brought my car in for an emissions test around 9am...in and out in about 20 mins.

Prices are fair and he only charges you for actual work performed. This is my new home for auto repairs.

High Tech Auto is the best garage in the area. They are honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. Benny and Howie will treat you right! Everyone at my work has been using them for years.

I have brought my car here numerous times and have always been impressed by the lower-than-expected prices and same day service. I almost dont want to share this little secret with the world. One time a dashboard panel was loose so I pulled in to the lot, the tech put a screw in no charge and I was on my way. Recommended.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The owner is extremely rude and short. In my experience he doesnt listen or respond kindly to anyone who needs details. I tried to explain my problem, one that Howie very nicely asked me to stop by to get help with, and he said what it probably was without looking & wouldnt listen to what exactly I was saying pertaining to my experiences with my truck. He raised his voice when I asked questions and for further review. Something Howie did do, was willing to do, and help with but unfortunately scheduling conflicts led him to invite me back on a day he was not there. This is not my first time at this shop, about the fourth. Work done twice. The two times work was done I only had contact with Howie by chance. Labor is good however the owners customer service is horrible. & that counts for a lot seeing as how youll only talk to him or Howie.

Said car would be ready that day wasnt ready the next day either and he was rude tried to charge me more than originally quoted. When I finally got car, on the way car was still smoking. Never again.

I bought a muffler by myself, brought it to this store and ask them to install it. They finished in 20 min, and charged me 75 dollar for the 20 mins labor fee, What? Absolutely wont visit again.

I have been coming here for about a year after a recommendation from a co-worker. They are less-expensive than the dealer. Some dealers hourly rates are $125 an hour while High Techs is the standard $85. They will not fix something if they are not sure that will solve the problem, so you may leave without the problem solved, but they will not just start replacing everything in hopes that the problem will be alleviated, like some places.Although if you tell them what you want done, that will be fixed only and they will not start adding on stuff like other places might.

Racist owner. Is an asian but you can clearly see bad attitude towards asians for whatever reason, unknown. Yet turns around 180 for other people. Insanely bad attitude, treating customers like we did something wrong to him when we dont even know the guy. Refuse to give a diagnosis of the problem and straight says it will be really expensive. Disgusting behavior for a service business.

Very poor communication. And racist! He does not understand me when I say car inspection, multiple times! And he continued by asking if I am Chinese! I dont know how thats relevant and how does that help the issue. I am very confident in my pronunciation given that I stayed here for over four years. This is absurd.

The manager or owner was VERY rude when I brought my car in for an oil change. I actually left without getting the oil change and brought my car somewhere else entirely because of the terrible service they offer.

I had a bad expirence. Ben sold me a second hand car, after I found this car was not as good as he said, I came back to Ben, but he got loud with me and refuse to check my car. Ben said he only made a little money for selling this car, so there was no warranty at all.He was not a responsible dealer. I wont go there forever.

Went in for a oil change was very surprised how owner talked to me asked me for my phone number gave it to him then yelled it was not in system yelled at me for another number gave to him and when I said it was first time there e yelled again why I did not tell him that isn’t it his job to ask ask weather or not I had been there before also phone rings and he swears under his breath about it ringing so much very nasty man
