What an awesome experience it was working with the team at Brooks! My Tacoma was involved in a hit and run and had damage to the the bed. Jacob worked with my insurance to get ALL of the parts replaced with OEM parts and even went out of his way to find the exact tire that was popped in the collision.I love being treated like my business matters and thats what Brooks does. I will definitely be referring them and using them for all my auto body needs.

I took my Black Dodge Durango into Brooks about a month ago. I had nothing really major. Just years of use with a small dent here and there along with some scratches and dings. Jacob was amazing. First of all he helped me get the rental car deal all straightened out with Enterprise. A week late when I picked up my 6 year old car it looked like brand new.

Service was wonderful, Jacob was very informative and walked me through the whole process.Customer for life!

Amazing services Jacob has been a big help, had some auto body work done due to a comprehensive claim, my insurance company was not trying to pay out properly and was trying to give me bunk parts for my car. Jacob and the gang went out of there way to make it work for me as for as getting me the original parts. Awesome work could not recommend a better auto body shop will be sending friends and family here from now on.

These guys have become my go to for any bodywork. Have used them for small damage repair and full on remove and replace work through insurance. Quality is always top notch and prices are good for the work and the staff is super personable. Icing on the cake was brought in our Honda to have the bumper replaced for using it as a trade in and they detailed the inside too so it was ready for the dealership.

I got in an accident and my front bumper was trashed pretty badly. I brought it to Brooks Orange Body and Paint and got phenomenal service throughout the entire replacement process. Handling all business at the shop was very quick and they made sure to keep me updated regularly on my insurance approval status, part order, and repair. Once they got the replacement bumper in, they told me itd be done in about 5 days, but they finished in 2. They even cleaned my car inside and out and made it feel brand new. My experience was perfect so Ill definitely coming here for all my body shop needs in the future.

This guys are masters at their craft. I had taken my truck through a car wash and the wash ruined the rack and put dents and scratches all over the bed. I just bought the truck and now its messed up. So we brought it here and decided to leave it with them to fix it up. Now the original time I was suppose to have it back was a week, but it took a bit longer u til they were done. Let me tell you the wait was completely worth it!! My truck looks better than before I bought it. Its gorgeous. I am amazed at how good the guys here at brooks are at their work. Definitely masters. I say if you bring your vehicle here and dont get it back right away just know that your car is going to look incredible and itll be worth waiting a little longer. Owning and running my own business I know rarely do things go perfectly as planned and if I ever need body work again Brooks is where Im going and referring everyone to.

Walked in to get an estimate and was asked to wait for Mark. A white woman came in after me and when Mark came out it was clear he was not going to accommodate me first, even though he was told at least four times that I was there first. Mark... you might do good work. You had good reviews which is why I brought my vehicle there. You have a lot to learn about being a decent human being. I would have given you 0 stars if I could have.

Door fix on Tacoma.Just used these guys for the first time, met Mark.Key point for me was the feeling that I was being treated in a very honest and professional way which I think is very rare in this industry. No over promising, realistic expectations set etc. Specifically the estimate was free, I was very happy with it and then they came in under it. Cant get better that that.

Made an appointment to get my tires aligned. Great with communication regarding availability and scheduling. The alignment took less than an hour. They were professional and thorough. After the alignment, handling the car is much smoother.

Mark is a really great guy he was really good help they really took care of my car and went above and beyond to help me out and get my car into almost like new condition hopefully I thanks to mark and his crew I was able to get it back quick and in pristine condition

I have never been treated better anywhere. These days it’s hard to find honest and fair businesses but this is the place. They did everything they could to make the price affordable and even though the work was more than I wanted to spend for a low value car the quote was lower than anyone else. On a side note I needed to get back to my truck which was parked at a McDonalds a couple of miles away and he thought I was hungry and needed to go there to eat. He offered me a ride anyways. I was floored he would give me a ride to get my truck much less to only get some food. That tells me everything I need to know. God Bless this place.

These guys are awesome! Fixed up my jeep that had a fender bender in half an hour for great price. Theyve been around for 30 years as I understand.
