We always love 💜 stopping by this particular Publix every time we are in Orange Park. Clean, kind, and always helpful folks. Even if we aren’t grocery 🛒shopping that day we still stop by for a Publix sub. Lara created our fresh delicious Publix Ultimate sub last night and Sherry took care of us last visit. Noah rang us very efficiently with the biggest smile on his face.

Always great customer service. They appreciate me bringing my own bags!! Store always clean.

Stopped by for some ice but decided to pick up some cookies and noticed the Fresca was on sale, so picked up more than we needed. Checkout was also quick and the cashier was very friendly. Oh, they also have a ton of the racecar carts for the little one.No complaints.

I find the people at the deli counter to be very nice there.

This Publix is a farther drive for me, but the benefits outweigh that. The store is very big, the parking lot is for the most part easier to navigate than the other in Orange Park, outside of the exit being at a light.It is clean, the staff are very friendly and ordering pick-up from the deli is always on time. Recommend this Publix if youre between this one and Pine Tree.

Love the customer service at this location and the quality products. Always feel like family. Store is very clean and tidy.

Pretty average Publix. The deli can be a bit slow and they do not toss the chicken tenders in sauce for the chicken tender subs like most other locations do. Staff is always friendly. Not the best location when it comes to people wearing masks but its Florida, so you shouldnt expect people to care about others here.

Lots of fresh produce. When I cant find something at other stores, I go to publix and they rarely disappoint

We went grocery shopping today and stopped by the deli/bakery for cut ham and a sub. We were so grateful to have Ms. Chrissy help us today. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. Employees like her really make shopping a great experience.

Good place! One star has been deducted due to not having items in stock both times that I ordered a sub online. Thus making for a change in the type of sub. Otherwise, its good!

As we all know no store is perfect however; this store has rounded up a group of people that consistently try their best to make my shopping experience as acomidating as possible and I shop for my parents as well as my home.

I like this Publix a lot - good food products, nice neighborhood staff.Prices are steep though. Wish they would lower their prices.

This Publix is huge! Its also well stocked. Their chicken tenders and fried shrimp are great. Plus the associates are so friendly and helpful it makes shopping fun.

This place is packed busy and his Moxy and attitude are great!By far the best Publix in Orange Park. I drive past the Kingsley location and I dare not visit the location at the corner of Blanding and 295.I typically visit the Publix locations in Fleming Island or Fruit Cove because the Orange Park locations are very poor in quality by comparison.However this location is great! Lots of square footage means a breathable, non crowded feeling while shopping but thats just the cherry on top.The quality and cleanliness of this store are superior to other grocery stores and especially the other Publix in the area. The deli food is fresh and good, Travis at the Deli has exceptional customer service. Hes helped me out a few times now.Shopping is a pleasure here. The other 2 locations north on Blanding could learn a lot from this store.

Shopping is always a pleasure when visiting Publix. Its very rare when the cashiers arent smiling. The employees always go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. And theyre nice about it! They dont look like theyre being forced to be nice. It looks like they genuinely like working there. And because of that, I like shopping there.

I shop at this location occasionally when I’m in the area. While there, I overheard a supervisor gossiping to another employee about a team mate. I mean around customers.. REALLY?! Well, I hope the team mate finds something better. This explains why they can’t keep employees. I thought Publix was better than this!

All the workers were very polite. I dont usually go shopping because I cant go straight to the things Im looking to buy. But here, you dont have to look for help. The employees didnt act as if I slapped their mama because I asked for something, like at many stores.

This Publix in particular is amazing. They always get it right when it comes to their chicken and sandwiches, but the cakes, are the BEST in all of North East Florida. The BEST!!! The entire crew and staff of this location are a pleasure to deal with. I live two miles from another location (which I will not mention), but I Always drive out of my way for this one here in O.P. I have been going here for 15 plus years. Should you need help in the Bakery department, ask for Michelle. I just keep giving the deli chances and they just keep disappointing. Never in my life have I seen a more disorganized, poorly staffed Publix deli than at this store. If you make the mistake of ordering anything in advance and picking it up when they tell you it will be ready, 1 of 2 things is bound to happen:1. You’ll get there and the hour and a half lead time they gave you to pick up an order still won’t be enough and you’ll still stand there waiting on your order or2. You’ll get there and the food packaging will be scorched from sitting under the heat lamp so longAND in either of these scenarios, you have about a 70% chance your order will be right.I have a family of 5 and between myself and my two teenagers shopping, we are spending money in this store a minimum of 4 days a week. I would blame all these issues on Covid if it were a recent thing... it’s been happening for 2 years at least. Today was the tipping point for me, $50 in meals from the deli for my kids and their friends and talk about dissatisfied. None of them got sauces with their meals, one of them got 2x as much food as another and it was the same order. Get it together. I’ve called and complained, brought food back even because it was so egregiously wrong and all the manager has ever said was ok well let’s get you a new one... sorry to complain I guess? You’re not exactly giving the food away for as much as you charge for things... how about address the issues. People expect a level of quality from Publix, that’s why we pay more for it.

I always love publix but recently I have been ordering online at the deli and so far so good until last week I picked up my order of spiced ham and instead of number 2 cut which I asked over the phone,it only cut thinly like maybe number 1. Then theres a lot of Rhine on the side of the meat which is very disappointing. The one that did my order should never be assigned in the deli area if she or he doesnt know what she or he doing.

I just moved to the area from TN and I have to say that this Publix was more organized than any I have patronized in GA and TN. The customer service was superb. For a easy, stress free shopping experience definitely suggest this Publix. Oh and since I am not used to it have to mention this Publix also has a liquor store. Oh man! Lol

Don’t usually come on fridays but today I decided I wanted a Publix sub !And I met Angela she was very amazing and is the only person I’ve came across that makes subs that is happy an nice to her customers the other people who make my sub are never happy.. so it was very nice ending my day meeting Angela I will be back on fridays now versus sundays.I gave four stars due to lack of forming lines between the hot food and sub sections it’s very hard to get behind the right person so you don’t “skip” somebody. One lady raised her voice at the customers because she had no idea and that disturbs customers.Also whoever worked in the hot food section tonight younger guy raised his voice at his co worker about the chicken basket that accidentally dropped an older lady should never be talked to like that..Other then that I would have given 5 stars.Angela thank you for making my day. Kindness goes a long way. :)

HORRIBLE, I called at 10 ish to place deli order. Went to pick it up here they gave my order away to someone else. Had to wait for 40 minutes more to get another order, one person waiting counter n one cooking on a holiday weekend. So ridiculous

Publix was great had everything I went in for plus a couple things extra.

Wanted cupcakes with the graduation picks, the lady in the bakery said they were too busy to go look in the back..there was no one behind me. . Very disappointed in Publix today..their attitude was what I expect from Walmart not Publix.

Only needed to pickup my prescription but young lady was sweet and answered all my questions. Usually the fruits n sweets i go in for are fresh and in stock. Prices are a little high but thats because they dont offer a variety of different brands like walmart but the shopping is always pleasant.

I could not get any frozen casseroles like broccoli, or sweet potato. But great store. One thing you need isA cover over the ATM, you cant see because if the sun shining on it.

The meat section is different from most Publix, we had trouble finding it.

My wife and Iove Publix for a lot of reasons, one of which is if you ask anything of an employee they stop whatever theyre doing and go to extremes to please. Sometimes I try not to bother with trivial questions so as not to disrupt an employee and such a time as that happened last night. The shelf was empty where a 2 for 1 softdrink special was featured and I walked past thinking not to worry with it except perhaps to tell the cashier after I was sacked and headed out the door. A few isles later an employee stopped and asked if there was anything they could help me with and without thinking, I told him. My reason for not wanting to tell in the first place was sort of selfish in that I might feel obligated and have to wait . As it turned out as I was about to check out the soft drinks that I wanted got plopped into my cart. Thanks Publix, as it so happens Im enjoying one of them as I write this note.

Publix is the best place to shop. Stores are always clean plus you can find a lot of sales. Their butchers are top notch plus if you eat fish its fresh.

Their pseudo mask policy not enforced. A lot not wearing masks. I usually shop Winn Dixie but their lack of mask policy concerns me. Went to Publix on Hibernia and everyone I saw wore a mask. Made me feel safe. Went to Fleming Island yesterday and several wore no mask I know their are medical exemptions but most without masks were young adults and older teens. There were no announcements ad they advertised. Just the ostrich in the sand philosophy. If I don’t look I won’t see it. Won’t go back, totally unsafe
