I should have written a few weeks ago but life seems to get in the way. I’ve shopped at this location for 4 years now. I came back from vacation to find new staff. I was looking for my Amaretto only to find out if stock the sticker on shelve was gone which tells me it’s no longer available. I must have been in the store for 10 minutes and no one asked if they could help me. (I guess I got use to the employees that were there before). I got in line to ask if they had my item, he went and looked and none on shelves, he looked on computer to see what was in stock after he asked how to spell Amaretto. They showed 12, unable to find in stock room said it was a mess. A young woman, I guess the New Manger, took my number and said she would look and call me before 12 the next day. Well she did and said she would hold what I needed, 6 bottles. My husband went there 20 minutes later only to be told she forgot to call me back to tell me she did not have it!!!Really why did you call in the first place!I will never go back to this store again, they lie, rude and disrespectful.

Used to go to ABC all the time in Middleburg and they were always great. Today just reminded me why I never go to this location since the one in Middleburg closed a couple years. I went in today to make a purchase and the cashier was very bitter. At one point she yelled at my merchandise for not scanning and it made me jump. I used my credit card to purchase and once the key pad said approved the lady then walked away without saying anything. I really wanted my receipt but thought maybe I should just go and not worry about it today. I can understand if someone is having a bad day but this more seemed like the person really hated there job and maybe even the world. Other than that the store is always clean and carries a great selection.

I was in the store on September 19th at 5:30 p.m. my wife and I walked in to buy a couple bottles of vodka and a couple bottles of bloody Mary mix. The store had an advertised price of two for $4 on master of mixes loaded bloody Mary mixer so we picked up two of those because it was an exceptional deal to go along with my wifes two bottles of vodka we walk to the front counter. When we got there the young lady rang them up and they did not come up at 2 for $4. I informed her that there was a bin tag that said that they were for two for $4. I even walked back pulled the bin tag off of the bed off of the rack and carried it up to the counter to the young lady that was ringing it up she saw that it did in fact say that it was two for four dollars and still refuse to honor it. I had her call her manager her manager even refused to honor the pricing knowing that the bin tag said to $4 telling me. Their excuse was that anyone could have put the tag there. But it was placed nice and neat exactly like it should be within the bin tag. I find this to be very poor customer service. I called their corporate office this morning after being given the phone number by the young lady at the register three times and have left a message all three times that I have called and have gotten no response I have even emailed the company about this with no response. This is very very poor customer service and I will not be back. Needless to say I ended up paying $6.99 for one bottle of bloody Mary mix that should have been two for $4.

I dare you to find a better store with a better variety. I have not found any local establishment who can even compare with the selection, customer service, and quality. Take a look at the pictures. Youre going to see things you couldnt even imagine. Do you love cigars? Do you love to drink what the stars covet? Do you want to come in and try free samples? Of course you do. Highly recommended. Make sure and sign up for your ABC perks card. Ask for Eric. He can show you exactly what you need and give you the best possible combination for the price. And say hello to the assistant manager Allen, he can direct you to what you need. Fantastic customer service, great knowledge of the product, and store uses a third party company called Shipt. You can have your order delivered to your door.

Some of the comments below saying the employees here were rude or whatever I honestly cannot imagine and would wonder what the customer might have done to create the other side of the story lol. I’ve been in here a few dozen times over the last year and I’d argue these are some of the FRIENDLIEST employees I’ve possibly ever encountered. I have no reason to blow smoke, these are some nice people, come to think of it the other customers are always very friendly and happy too….. MiKe always makes me laugh, but make sure I’m happy too, he is a great asset to have at your company.

Mike was horrible. Your establishment closes at 8pm not 7:55. To be that rude to a customer and to refuse other customers entry before your even closed is crazy. I hope the owners know the employees they have closing this store are a joke.

Service was friendly and informative. They are also very polite even after a customer behind us dropped a bottle and proceeded to blame the bottle for being slippery. The employees first concern was the customers well being. Will definitely patronize this store again.

Not nice people there. I have gone into this store on two different occasions there wont be a third. I am a very observant person and I noticed how the employees would ask me if I needed any help, but when the other customers walk into the stores they were not asked that question; not once and they walked in the store the same time that I did or after me. You decide.

Liquor store, very convenient location, prices reasonable. Clean inside, well organized, friendly staff, always willing to help find what you need, and do a little explaining if you are looking to try something new. We went once, and they had a free tasting table set up. FREE....turned us on to flavored rums. Kind of skeptical about buying something new and unknown. So it is a great concept. Probably would never have tried it. Who wants to spent 15-20 dollars on a bottle, then not like it, and end up pouring it down the drain.would definitely like to see more free tasting tables, or whatever the official name is. Lol

The staff is very friendly. The store layout is not user friendly unless you already know where everything is. I shop for Instacart and it took way too long to find 3 items.

I make home deliveries and I know next to nothing about wine or spirits. The ABC staff are both knowledgeable and always more than happy to help. A pleasure to shop there. They have All kinds of wine and liquor. If you want something alcoholic to drink, I bet ABC has it!

This location like others we have been to do a good job in helping you if needed. They have a large selection of wine, Liquor and beer to fit anyones budget. Plenty parking spots people to help you.

My once a year Christmas shopping trip for coworkers. The young guy helped me find everything I needed to put together gift bags. I shopped for 5 people in ten minutes. The sales guy even boxed everything up for me and carried it to my car. Service was perfect.

Awesome they have a she is awesome they have a table will about seven different bottles for taste testing they have a bourbon and Irish whiskey butterscotch liqueur a Cognac and a couple others I forget the names of them but they werent too bad I definitely enjoyed myself tasting each one! LOL! Anyways I definitely recommend ABC Liquor I never used to like it I thought it was overpriced and it closed early I was never a big fan but now they have great deals and the chase things are pretty awesome if i do say so myself

Rude employees. 3 women on duty were talking to each other behind the counter, no one ever asked if I needed help finding anything even tho I very obviously was wandering around searching for what I went in for. They were too wrapped up in their own conversation to even say hello or goodbye to me, and when the woman who rang me up handed me the recipe she basically tossed it towards me as she walked back over to talk to the other 2 employees.
