Excellent! Went in for a flu shot, and the pharmacy staff were beyond excellent. Prompt, and very empathetic (Im a wimp). We did a little shopping and every associate we encountered greeted us and offered their assistance. Excellent customer service!

I have been shopping here for the last twenty years. They have everything I need and the staff is extremely curtious and helpful. They added cart storage recently that before was very difficult to return their carts. It was a great addition to the shoppers.

Myint the sushi chef is the best. Ive been buying sushi from him for almost 20 years! So friendly and his sushi is delicious! Especially for a quick lunch, he makes restaurant quality food!

My favorite grocery store to shop. Staff is so kind, everyone polite and helpful. Shelves stocked and their deli has the best sandwiches!

Found everything we needed and then some. The staff was friendly courteous and professional. Also the store was clean n organized. Ihad lots of groceries but the checkout person was very efficient and fast, including the bagger!

Everytime I come in here it is always clean and friendly people. The self check is amazing and the bags are already open for you. So far this is the grocery store that I have been too that do that.

Clean store with friendly, helpful employees. Parking is usually busy but lot is well designed for egress and ingress. Fairly good stock for items that you may not find elsewhere. Dot not like that cold items are at both ends of store. Would rather they all be at one end of store. Pleasent shopping experience so far.

Its a smaller Publix, so they dont always have the complete selection of a large grocery store, but they are so kind and helpful! Love my local Publix!

I drove all the way from Edgewood Ave to get naked chicken wings because they are the best in all the town.I ask the guy if they were fresh and what I wanted.I get home ready for supper and it was 8 piece chicken heavily breaded and so much salt it was unbeatable. Sad occasion. No more.

Publix itself, is always great. Parking is extremely limited in this small plaza. And there is literally one cart corral for all the shoppers which means that most people just leave their carts scattered across the parking lot.

Only two stars because the place was neat and clean. Other than that the manager stared at me and my service dog instead of asking me the two legal questions. Which made me VERY uncomfortable. An employee rolled his eyes and gave me a dirty look because some old man petted my service dog and I told him not to say that my service dog is working. Which I am in my right to protect my medical equipment(under law Service dogs are medical equipment). I honestly wouldnt come here again...

Great place with super helpful employees. The meat manager Toby is very nice and knowledgeable.

New meat dept manager is the best! Brought out some more Ribeyes for me, as the ones out were a little picked over!

Publix is always great but there was a lot of traffic to get to this Publix.

Next time you get a chance, pull a few things off of a shelf and actually look at the shelf. Touch the floor with two fingers and rub. Squint really hard at dividers and doors. Nothing is clean; this place is disgusting. The salad dressing aisle smells like urine. There’s dirt and uncleaned stains everywhere. Touch anything for long enough and your hand will come away gray.

Love this Publics. They have everything I need, staff is friendly and social distancing is observed. Manager is very quick to find a resolve for any unsatisfied customers. Store and bathrooms are clean. Bakery and Deli have a great selection of products.

I love this place. Its really close to my house, its always clean, and all the employees are extremely nice. They always take the time to help me whenever I ask them anything. Sometimes when I dont ask, and they notice that I seem to be looking for things, and they just offer their help. I couldnt ask for a better place to get my groceries l.

Great deli menu with fair prices!

The managers all have an attitude 😳 The manager of the bakery was arguing with me about the Chantilly cake ... about the frosting... they put whipped cream on the cake, nobody was help at all ... this is not acceptable for Publix 🥺 Dont get a Chantilly Cake from this Publix...I tried to resolve the situation with the store manager and the guy had the same attitude with me, when they dont even try to understand the problem which was small and turned into a very big issue😡 🤔

Couldnt get the sub I wanted which is the whole reason I went there to begin with because the lady behind the deli counter was in a full-blown conversation with some woman she knew who was also getting subs. after seeing multiple people walk off because they knew it was going to take forever at the pace she was going and the talking she was doing I decided to join them

My go to shopping place. So friendly and super clean.

Never a bad trip, but their meats were very mediocre this last visit. I do recognize they dont control this and the Covid issue compounds availability. The meat guy was very apologetic and acknowledged the steaks had very little marbling. All this said, its still my favorite market without a doubt! Im not changing my 5 star rating as one visit out of years of visits is an anomaly.

Worst Publix ever! Don’t waste your time, the employees don’t care, so sad. We drive 10 mins out of our way to shop at another Publix.

I love this Publix. I would give 5 stars except for the check out delays. Ten items or less should mean ten items or less!!!!Also, cahiers should tell the customer to insert their credit card when the checkout begins, rather than wait till the customer finally realizes that the order is complete, and she/he is what is holding up the process.

What happen to customer service in this store Publix dont train these cashier to greet the customer anymore? I said good morning to the cashier this morning and she didnt respond at all The bagger responded by saying good morning but that cashier which was African American did not respond to my greetings of good morning I repeated more than five or six times and she looked at me and didnt even say nothing in return whats going on with Publix in this store? I would have to really think about going back to the store unless they change their customers service attitude!

Having been a customer of Publix for 40 years and traveled to States outside Florida with Publix, this is an average store. An example this morning I was picking up Half and Half, I noticed that they stock was not rotated. Older product was in the back of the newer product. As a former stock person this is not correct. Store was clean and about 50% was smiling and only 2 Associates greeted me as I walked through the store. Today was not a typical Publix experience.

Ordering Chicken (Fried)Two Euro-American woman, took our order with attitudes & rolled-eyes. I guess I only get impeccable service when I have SCRUBS on. This is my first visit dressed casual/urban. I’m completely disgusted, this location needs immediate Diversity Training!I called Corporate and filed an escalated complaint!

Amazing staff with a great selection of items. Very clean store and...theyve donate their leftover produce and bread to an animal charity (CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm) for the past seven years!

I have visited this Publix many times because it has many products at fair prices and has a vast variety of products and goods for groceries. And the location is also close to home and I dont have to worry about driving a long distance for grocery shopping. The staff is also very friendly and are willing to help when needed. I highly recommend this Publix for those who live within Orange Park and who are looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
