Very good auto parts store. Friendly, courteous and they can get parts not on hand within a few hours. Plus offer a military discount which is nice. Highly recommended.

There is a Young man by the name of Greg at this store who was so rude to me. He was very unhelpful and inattentive. Besides Greg everyone else was very nice and well mannered

A nice store where you wait very little. Less if you pre-order on line.Ive thrown lawnmower, motorcycle and auto parts requests and for the most part.....they have it.Prices are very reasonable.Also, with an extensive database of parts and alternatives on line to help me decide before I get there.Then, theres always the phone where the staff is knowledgeable and nice.Wish they were closer to me and farther from the mall traffic.

They have everything you could need for your car, but they no longer help you when you need it.

The 2008 ford focus motor mount that i bought and told it was a oem equivalent did not fit. It had to be grinded down ALOT. Called to let them know and was told oh it happens like that sometimes . No ..if it is equivalent then it should fit. If the guys there werent as nice as they were when I got it I would have given a 1 star

Have a The Legend battery I bought nearly 5 years ago from NAPA. Recently left headlights on and drained battery to where truck wouldnt start. Brought it in to the store and they placed on charger, took all day but they tested battery and told me it was good. I appreciate their professionalism and standing behind their product. Will definitely buy another when this one gives up the ghost.

Went there for hubcaps and they didnt have the ones I wanted in the store but had them at a different store said they would be there at 12pm it was 10:35am when I went. Went back home and then back at 1150am and waited for them to show up at 12:00pm.Long story short it became 1pm and said it would be another hour so I just left cancel!ed them and wont be back to this store.

Some good service, but largely bad in the end. Word of advice, bring your own tools if necessary. I couldnt even have tools lent to me to change a car battery. The core of which would almost certainly be more expensive than the tools lent. Im lucky to have a portable car jumper, or I probably would have be stranded there.

The store is bright, clean and modern inside. Spacious and well organized aisles. Excellent service. They didnt have the plugs and filter I needed for my Fiat Abarth, but the service tech immediately ordered them for me and gave me a discount price quote because I had to wait. They will get my business from now on!

The only reason this isnt a one star review is because the gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and attempted to be helpful. He also saved me money by inquiring about my veteran status. It went downhill when they could not provide proper tools for me to change out my old battery for the new one I just purchased from them. I had to get a jump in order to leave their parking lot and I will have to drive 6 miles in order to get the core fee refunded. While the guy that helped me was professional and helpful, the other employees were more focused on a project sorting products. One lady had me go behind the counter to look for the tool I needed (in a bucket of loose tools) instead of being bothered to help. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere. Apparently they wont be too concerned about that .

Just had a young lady at the wells rd store get turned away TWO times because Nobody would help her remove a DEFECTIVE Napa battery.She was from out of town and knows nobody that could help her..This has to be the Worst customer service i`ve seen from anyone in a very long time...Shame on you NAPA of OP.

The napa know how is only a know how of how not to make a sale. The answer to everything you need anymore is I can order that in and it will be here tomorrow I could do that on my own online. Napa also doesnt make battery cables anymore so having to find a place that can crimp the ends on or spend the money on a tool Ill use once every 10 years are my only options for that. Every year I can see Napa turning into Autozone but even worse. Autozone hire uneducated people to sell car parts but i have only ever heard I can order it once. No I understand why brink and mortar store are going away. This is a pretty big napa location too. I could understand if it was one of those small private owned stores. Guess I just have to learn that I just wont be able to fix things the same day they break anymore.

Way too expensive. Asked to make sure the my oil plug was in good condition while they were changing my oil. Charged me a half hours labor. Ridiculous. Go some where else if you can.
