David Barron is the hardest working man in the Ontario Porsche Center.I give him an A+++ in his professionalism. He is an excellent professional that needs a promotion and recognition by his boss. He is an excellent employee and I will like his boss to give him an Award of the Best customer service of the year 2021.

This is the first time Ive taken my car for service in this dealership and Im very impressed. My service advisor is Jaime Avila. I didnt have to wait long for assistance as soon as I drove in. He was courteous and professional! My loaner was also ready for me so I was in and out of the service department in less than 20 minutes. Jaime communicated with me during the day regarding updates and progress of my cars service. Im very satisfied and will definitely bring my 2 Porsches here in the future. I recently came in for 4 years services and my service adviser was Jaime Avila he did an excellent job hand down the best service adviser I experienced!! He is professional and quote me the price I end up paid few hundred less. Its always a pleasure having service at Porsche Ontario. I had an issue in the rear end of my car. I took it to 2 other Porsche dealers who stated it wasnt abnormal. I met with David Barron (Service Manager). He made me feel heard, took a test drive with me, jumped on the problem, and made the necessary corrections. I moved from the Mercedes family to the Porsche family and this customer service has validated Porsches level of perfection.

I took my 911 in for annual maintenance and Jaime Avila was wonderful and very professional! Porsche Ontario is relatively new but I would come back here again for future services. The only drawback was the long wait for a loaner, which turned out to be an Audi instead. Otherwise, the dealership is immaculate!

Porsche Ontario is relatively new, not having been open for that long yet, but their Service staff is well-seasoned and very professional. The location is clean. Porsche owners expect a high level of service, from technician proficiency to the customer experience. I dropped off my car for annual service and picked up a loaner for a few hours. The tech sent a video assessment of my vehicle while it was in the air with some details as to what he saw with the vehicle.Kevin is a great service advisor. He was very helpful and professional and did not try to sell me any parts or services that I did not need. I will definitely return to Porsche Ontario for my future service needs and may well purchase my next Porsche from them bases on this experience.

I purchased my CPO 911 Turbo S at another Porsche dealership; however, after a tour of the new Ontario Porsche for my PCA Riverside Region given by Mark Marchant, General Manager and Manni Viana, Service Manager, I elected to take my car to Ontario Porsche for service. It was a well made decision because I received the deluxe treatment I was promised during our PCA tour. My Service Advisor Kevin Hayes gave me expert advice and handled the service perfectly. My Turbo had sand blast damage to the windshield so after discussing it with Kevin and Manni I elected to have the windshield replaced with a genuine Porsche windshield.. When I picked up my car it was undercover and sparkled like a jewel, my car was presented to me in perfect condition. The windshield installation was perfect and there was no sign that it had been changed. My Turbo S has found a home away from home and I plan to take my car to Porsche Ontario any time it needs service.

The service advisor, David Barron, is the best example of a true professional. He is on point and very exceptional at what he does. Will keep coming back simply because David is there. Overall, the dealership is amazing in all aspects.

A couple of days after purchasing a 2020 Cayenne from an LA area dealership, I noticed cracks on both tail lamps and wrinkles on the rear seat. So when I got the vehicle customer satisfaction from PCNA I informed them of the issues. Half a yr later still no word from PCNA. Fortunately, Porsche Ontario has opened and Kevin Hayes was there to rectify them. He even arranged for a loaner w/ the exact int/ext color of my car. Thank you Kevin.Also shout out to Mycal Heffner for the initial arrangements.
