I brought my S6 in for its first service since buying it last year. From the time I pulled into the service bay until I picked up my car, Miles Frank made sure it was a great experience. Miles explained the options for service that were available and helped me get a great deal for the value. My rental was awesome and the entire process was efficient and convenient. The service technician even sent me a video of my car on the rack with a view of his findings. It was so awesome. I really appreciate the level of service I received from Miles and the whole service team at Audi.

This was my first visit to this dealership for service. I was helped by Miles Frank. He was very professional and got my service taken care of as well as a small intermittent rattle in the door. They were able to take care of everything in one visit. My car was ready when promised and when I arrived, Miles explained everything and got me out of the dealership without any delay. Miles kept me informed during the day letting me know the progress. He also followed up in a couple days to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely be coming back to Miles and Audi Ontario for my future service needs.

I purchased a 2021 Audi Q3 from Fletcher Jones. I love the car but a couple of days later there was a noise coming from under the car. I took my vehicle to Audi of Ontarios service department to get this fixed. I was not happy because my brand new car was making a noise but Miles Frank at the service department really made my day by providing me excellent service. Even though their service department was booked for 7 to 10 days ahead Miles went out of his way to get me an appointment the same day. My service manager, Miles Frank, did an excellent job on my repair. I was on a road trip from Seattle down to the Inland Empire. My check engine light came on when I got to LA. When I brought the car m, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem as a bad AC sensor. The part normally takes 5-7 business days, but Miles was able to get the part overnighted and get the repair done the day it arrived. The repair saved my summer trip and got me back on the road quickly.

Mr Miles Frank is a professional at the level of service he exhibits towards his customers. Very courteous and shows concern with the visit to the service department. Really good experience at this location. Raquel walked me through everything. She showed me most of the features the car had. Wished I couldve learned more about the car but thats nothing YouTube cant hopefully fix. Other than that, I came looking for a very specific car and left purchasing that specific car. Raquel knew what I came for and showed me what I came for. She didnt try to show me other cars or convince me to buy other things which was awesome since, like a said, I wanted something specific. When we were with the finance person, Dean, he didnt try to push anything on us. He only gave us suggestions and explained why the suggestions. Overall, great experience. Hopefully, in the future, we will make another purchase.

Although it is no secret that dealership service repairs are always a lot more costly than a regular mechanic shop. I will say that the service I received from Jake Narasky is always the best. He explains the services to me in a way that a non-mechanic can understand. He works with me to give me the best advice when it comes to what is most crucial and what can wait. He is very honest, professional and does his best to get my repairs done in a timely manner.

Actually was in a situation where I had to actually take my car to a dealership to get serviced for the first time and it was such a great experience. Any problem I had, they were quick to make the diagnostics and update me with the issue within a few hours. Vincent Wu was great person to talk to and extremely understanding of the situation. Service Consultant Miles Frank and Service Manager Phil M. worked diligently in resolving a warranty repair brake and rotor replacement with my “Audi Pure Protection Platinum Plus” Vehicle Service Agreement. This is an extended warranty plan I purchased when I bought the car new 3 years ago from Audi. There was a debate of coverage for this work from Audi Pure based on mileage compared to when the car was scheduled to be serviced at 48,000 miles which was done right on time. Audi of Ontario was able to honor replacing the brakes and rotors at no cost to me even though the protection plan did not want to honor coverage which would have cost me over $2,200.00. I really appreciated this! Kudos Gentlemen!

Jacob Narasky was very prompt and his team got me out an hour earlier than projected for the 30k and a recall. Pleasant atmosphere at dealership.

I have a 2017 A6 with approximately 15k miles. I was hearing noise coming from the front suspension. I took it to the service center for an evaluation and Jacob was extremely professional and made the whole process a breeze. I scheduled to drop day/time and a loaner car was made available. Jacob kept me apprised of the progress and after picking up the vehicle I unfortunately still heard something coming from the front end at slow speeds at approximately 10 miles an hour traveling on uneven pavement. I called Jacob, and once again he scheduled for me to bring it back in and have it reevaluated. I picked it up in a few days, but first Jacob arranged for me to conduct a ride long the technician Carlos to make sure the noise had been resolved.....and thankfully it was!!Thanks to Jacob for an excellent experience!! I believe great customer service is the cornerstone to a successful business and Jacob exemplified that fact.

I had a great experience at Audi Ontarios Service Department. Luis was very attentive and listened to what I thought my issues were. I was told by the West Covina service department several months ago when I went in for an oil change that I needed brakes soon. They also would not reset a check tire pressure warning on by dash because they said they could only reset it when I get the next tune up. I knew that was not true so that sent up a red flag. It reminded me of the many bad reviews I had read about them.Come to find out my breaks were still 65%. So they are in good condition and I didnt need brakes. They reset the warning light no problem. They did a full inspection of my car and found it fully operational. Luis also let me know my next service isnt for another 2,500 miles. I left not spending a dime and with a free car wash!Its a shame I cant trust the closest Audi Service Dept. to me but at lease I know Audi Ontario will take care of me when its needed.

Vincent made everything clear and simple, including conformation on my vehicle warranty and recommendations. Thanks again for confirming my decision in purchasing my Audi.

I took my wifes Audi Q3 in for service at Audi Ontario on March 11th 2021, to have it service for Coolant issues. Jacob understood the issues I was having, and gave clear communication to how Audi was going to solve the problem. Jacob was very thoughtful, he ordered me Lyft service to be taken back to my home. Jacob, also kept me in the loop with updates of when service will be completed. He gave me a set time when the vehicle will be ready. The vehicle was was done at the scheduled time. When I arrived for pick up, Jacob had my vehicle serviced correctly and washed. The Q3 was spotless. The exit time was less than five minutes. When you go to get your vehicle maintenance with Audi Ontario, make sure to ask for Jacob. Dont get me wrong -- the entire Service Crew was nice. When we reconnected with Leo 1 week later, we asked about the availability of a specific model (Q7) that we had test driven. He said it was available. We made an offer on the Q7, expecting a vigorous counter offer. Upon hearing our offer, Leo immediately took it to his manager and said he would call us back at close of business. When Leo called us back, his counter offer surprised us. We had a number in our head and Leo nailed it without knowing how much we were willing to spend! Counter offer accepted.
