Worth the drive from Boise. Ordered a Bronco Sport seven and a half months ago and took delivery yesterday. I see so much employee turnover at auto dealerships I was concerned about having to deal with strangers when the car finally but this wasnt the case. Same team that sold us the car was still there. Felipe, Alex, and Austin were great to work with. They went above and beyond for us and were great at communicating thru multiple delivery delays. Again, worth the drive from Boise.

My wife and I recently moved to this area. We used the FordPass app to find a local dealer. We made the service appointment through the app, super easy. The dealership responded very quickly via email and text with the conformation date and time. They also sent a few reminders as it got closer. ( Which I found very helpful because I can’t remember #@% :) Once I got there Jackie was very friendly and they got my truck in quickly. They did an inspection and Jackie was great! She explained each repair that was needed and exactly what the cost was going to be. While I waited in the showroom the receptionist was awesome. She came over a few times to check and see if I needed anything. She turned on the tv, handed me the remote, told me where the coffee and water station was located. ( I truly think she would have made me a cup if I had asked her :) The work was completed in less than an hour and came in below the estimate. Dont see that too often. Just wanted to thank all involved. I made another appointment to have our other vehicle serviced there next week.

My truck blew the turbo and I had to have the truck towed to a repair shop. I was from out of town and had no clue where I would be able to get it fixed. I had my camper on the truck as well as towing a trailer.Thank goodness I decided on Auto Ranch in Ontario. Anthony in service told me to have it towed in on Monday and they would get to it as soon as they could.On the shuttle ride to the hotel Eddy the shuttle driver reassured me that Auto ranch would take care of me. It was encouraging because I was pretty distraught. When Anthony called me Monday and explained my options he told me that they could get the parts fast but they were slammed busy when it came to the diesel techs. I told him I was staying in a hotel and had been on the road a month. Anthony told me he would get it fixed as soon as possible my friend. I believed him and felt I could trust they would. Well they were true to their word and got me out sooner than expected because of their dedicated tech Johnny who stayed late to make sure it would be done you ROCK Johnny! Thanks Grant for getting me on my way.If I ever decide on another truck I am going down to Ontario you guys are a team that works together well and are true to your word. I bought my truck at meridian auto sales 2 and a half years ago. I also purchased what the sales man called a bumper to bumper warranty. It was either 48000 miles or 4 years which ever came first. It was very expensive. and I still have tens of thousands of miles left on it and a year and a half. Up until I had to use the warranty I had a favorable opinion of them, but when it came time to use the warranty they claimed it wasnt covered .I thoroughly drilled the salesman about what was covered on the warranty and he assured me everything from bumper to bumper. Well that sales man lied to me just to sell the extended warranty. My truck is still under warranty but they are not honoring it. It put me through the roof. Salesman are as dishonest as politicians.

Mandatory dealer addons that are not reflected in the advertised price of course. 300 dollars for window etching that cost them five bucks? 400 dollars for a pulsing third brake light, that part costs like 20 bucks? I was able to get the window etching charge taken off but not the insanely marked up brake light circuit. I give three stars because the salesperson was fine and the price even after paying for extras I neither wanted or needed was still extremely competitive. I would actually buy from them again if the price is right. Just be aware you will be charged seven hundred dollars on two dealer added profit items. They are extremely old school in their sales tactics as well. Overall it was a fairly stressful buying experience but I understand they mark their cars down more than most places and then try to get more money later. If you are a person that reads your contracts carefully and doesnt have a problem saying no and negotiating I would give them a shot. Otherwise plan on paying at least 700 dollars over the advertised price (which still might be a good deal) and that is assuming you dont let them add an extended warranty for thousands more.

I have never written a negative online review in my life but I feel like I have to for this. I was remarkably disappointed with my experience at Ford auto ranch. After my van broke down on the way to Bend I got my car towed to auto ranch. I thought it was a huge stroke of luck that there was a Ford service department two miles from where I broke down. When I called the next day I was quoted “somewhere between 5,000 and 15,000 dollars” and that it would be finished in three weeks. When I called back a week and half later the date was pushed to the end of June. Then another call on July 1st resulted in the date getting pushed back til the end of July! The car hadn’t been diagnosed and parts hadn’t been ordered. Nothing had been done in 5 weeks. Then the final straw was when I had it moved the codes on the car were cleared to make it more difficult for my new mechanic to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Through the process I felt like Harry was dishonest about the timeline and the capabilities of his service department, and since having it towed to a different mechanic with my own money I now feel he was also dishonest about what the car even needed repaired. I feel really disappointed and disheartened by my experience.

Great experience, brought my car in to get a couple things fixed a couple weeks ago. Everything went great, went to pick it up and it was vacuumed and well cleaned on the outside as well. Recently I brought my car back to them with having other issues not relating to issues I had first. I got a hold of Harry and he was able to get it in the next morning. He then called me later that day and said it was fixed. I then went to go get it and my car once again was clean inside and out. Not only that but my problem is fixed. Harry treated me very well. I highly recommend going and talking to him.

The staff were extremely nice and we’re really helpful. I know nothing about car, so when I leave mechanics sometimes I feel scammed, but honestly I don’t feel scammed after going here. They felt really honest I would recommend going here to EVERYONE. Thank guys.

After taking my car in to get a new ignition switch and tumbler installed, which took a week to get installed. I finally called and was told the vehicle was ready. I went to go pick it up the next day and was told sorry you were not called to notify that it was done as it apparently had been ready. It was not a big deal to me so I paid for the service.Once I paid they went to get my key but could not find it. I went to look in the car upon their request for the key and only found the tag on the center console but no key. As I looked I also noticed not all the panels had been put back on. They put them back on but still no key. It was no where to be found. The service department asked me to wait in the lobby and they started the process of making a new key after looking for the key and not finding it.I waited for about an hour and asked if they had a loaner car I could take as I needed to run an errand. They did not have one. I waited for another 30 minutes and one of the service members finally came out and they said they had found the key and it had been tagged wrong and that they were sorry. Needless to say that I was and still am very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service department and will not be returning again. My car has been sitting at the dealership for three months now, and each time I am actually able to get ahold of the service manager, the return date is pushed out even farther. It took over 3 weeks before I was told what was wrong with my car, after calling multiple times with no answer, and never getting my calls returned. It took 6 weeks before I was given a loaner car. Each time I have called, I have been given an unrealistic timeline of when my car will be done and excuse after excuse of why it is still not done. I am told over and over again that I will get a call by the end of the day with an update or a time to come pick my car up, and I never receive that call back. I am told over and over again that my car will be done by the end of the day or the end of the week, and have yet to get my car back. The communication and honesty in the service department is terrible. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning again.

They have a very long way to go to be as good as the other Ford dealers in the valley or in other areas in the west. Sometimes wish it was still Gentry. They have made some staff changes recently, will see if that helps with some of the issues. Unfortunately the sales manager is still the same. Poor leadership offers poor results for customers and staff.

Dishonest and they couldnt care less about helping me get into a car I was happy with. I had to go get a loan on my own and go through a different dealership because they were so shady. Id never recommend this dealership. Also they rented me a car with expired insurance.

My wife and I had been shopping for a used truck for over a couple of months, and we had been working with so many other dealers and received great up front service but no follow up or much help at all. The guys here are the ones that got me the help I was needing. They got me a good price on the truck We were wanting, and were very straightforward with everything, and were friendly without ever feeling like I was just getting a sales pitch or the run around. I just about didn’t make the trip because of the drive from Melba, however Im glad I did and I think it was worth it. This is edward and dale Godfrey we have bought several vehicles from ontario auto ranch. We purchased a dodge 3500 dodge dueley paid with cashiers check bought a Ford trausa paid by personal check . Then we fianced a 2015 Ford focus in July 2018. When we first looked at this car it wont start and it would make weird noise so we walked away. Well the bank told the sakes manger it had to be under 13000 dollars. So our salesmen call us and told us that they had found one and need to come road test. My wife was driving it when the car wont shift wont acclarte so she did a u turn and went back to dealship and it went to shop to have transmission worked on. Nowwe just had in back in Ford shop for work. Same work that was done in July 2018 and in 2 years we will be back in shop for same issue. We are sorry we feel like we werent treat very good

I found a 2018 F-150 these guys were selling on Craigslist. Filipé held it for me and had the financing all drawn up before I showed up. The rig was running and ready to test drive when I pulled in. She found one that was 95% what I would order, ever offered to order exactly what I want. She gets 5 stars.Dealership only gets 2. The management couldn’t close the deal. In my opinion. Having your vehicle worked on by the Auto Ranch is asking for a disaster. They worked on my truck and shortly thereafter it was a ball of flames in my yard. Their answer to this disaster was “not our problem “. I don’t recommend anyone taking a Tonka truck to the Auto Ranch let alone your vehicle. Their lack of compassion for this expensive error was the worst excuse I have ever seen for customer service.

Pulled in on a holiday weekend, not knowing what to expect. Parked in the back, due to pulling our 5th wheel. As we were walking toward the front, greeted by a tech and he help us find the service dept. Once there, Richard helped us right away, smiling and ready to help. Richard sent Lucas out to read our code. Lucas explained the code, answered a few questions. We never felt rushed. Cleared the code. Bought some DEF and off we went. Thank you! Specifically the service department:After a sour experience with another Eastern Oregon Ford dealership, I was worried that I would run into similar issues with Ontario Auto Ranch. I did not.Auto Ranch has very accommodating hours (including some Saturdays), and when I showed up for my appointment, everything happened exactly as I I had been told it would. The service (an airbag recall) was done slightly earlier than expected and the staff was very helpful in walking me through the work that was done. I intend to come back here for my future service needs.

They tried to rip me off on a diagnosis for my 2012 Ford Focus,trying to convince me it would take a minimum of 1 1/2 hrs to pinpoint why my Traction Control would turn back on by itself! I would highly recommend to anyone living near Ricks Custom Rods and Auto Repair in Ontario, OR experiencing any similar issues take their business to his shop.He had me diagnosed and out the door in a 1/2hr.,pinpointing my exact issue.I dont believe I should share with you how little he charged for the diagnosis,he might be upset....Thank you Rick.

Only dealt with the repair shop, who were overall rather pleasant & friendly people to work with. Especially the manager.However, after the insurance company totaled my vehicle out & I returned to collect my belongings.. I was rather upset to find several things missing. Mostly trivial items(cheap tools, flashlights, batteries out of everything, silver change from consol, ECT..). Except 1 thing in particular that was fairly pricy & most importantly EXTREMELY sentimental. A Jesus on the cross pendant. Sterling silver laid over rare African hardwood, handmade.The last gift my mother gave me before leaving my life. Knowing im not exactly a Christian but insisting I keep it close for her peace of mind & of my soul. I was happy to comply & cherished it until it vanished while at the dealership. It still upsets me today. Having remembering it to write this review.

I bought a Subaru Ascent from them. From a pricing perspective, they were the most competitive, beating all other prices we researched by almost $3k. Very satisfied from a pricing perspective. Prior to signing on the purchase, they were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The car needed to be transferred from a different dealership so they gave me an estimated date of arrival and a commitment to keep me posted on developments so we could coordinate/schedule the receipt of the vehicle. My wife & I signed and began anxiously waiting the arrival of our new car. The estimated date came and went, no contact from the dealership. I contacted them to check on progress, it was difficult to find anyone who could give me an answer. When I did get responses they were very vague and non-committal in terms of telling me when I could expect the car so I could schedule my time accordingly. I got so frustrated, I actually had to tell the manager I need better communication - I understand logistical delays, that wasn’t the problem lack of communication/customer service was. I finally got the car and cut a $11.5k down payment check upon receipt of the vehicle. About a month has passed and the check still hasn’t been cashed, that’s a long time to sit on such a sizable transaction. I called them to ask about the delay, they told me the bank sent the check back. Yet again, no contact from them about it, I had to contact them. The response I got was “I don’t know what’s going on, let us get back to you”. Based on all I have experienced, I have no faith they’ll get back with me. Meanwhile, I signed a contract with Subaru committing to the down payment which still hasn’t gone through. I am worried my credit score will be hit, I am worried Subaru will hold me accountable for the dealerships lack of professionalism and customer service and feel I am helpless to do anything with the ball in their court. I suppose there’s a “you get what you pay for” lesson here, questioning if that $3k I saved was worth all this. I am not the type to write reviews, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service they provided, it’s like as soon as the sale was locked in they “lost” by number.

If I could give them a negative. I would. Sells guy didn’t know his prices or what was going on with the car. I said show me cars that would be in a monthly range with good credit. If it works I will let you run my credit. Showed me a few cars and said this may be close if we stretch the terms. I said well ok if the miles are low I would go longer. So said pull credit. Come to me with a monthly payment almost twice what I wanted. So gets finance guy. He comes and tries to explain but is just saying tax and title. How much is tax and Title. Twice the price of the car. So then with attitude he asks well what are you looking for. I said a car in the price range I asked. Not to be shown cars that are more then I want. So then says I have good credit but gives me a high rate. Says has not shipped the banks yet. If you do finance. You see someone’s credit. You should know what your banks are going to give you. Not sit and tell a customer your getting a high rate. Cause I haven’t done my job yet. So be aware. They want you to spend more money. Their finance guy has no clue. I have bought fleets and private cars. I know how people’s should be handled and these guys don’t have it. Stay away. Unless you want to get charged extra.

The service receptoionist lady was a total b**ch.she was extremely rude, I drove there this morning for a scedualed service. The test they did on my car was supposed to take up to 30 Minutes but it took them an hour and a half then she told me to come back at three so we could have a rental while we waited for them to top off the fluids and do an oil change. When we got there at three she told us there was no rentals available and she kept arguing with us and was very rude about it... she didnt go ask anyone if they could do anything about it, or go check to see if one was available, she just sat there arguing with me

Highly recommend AutoRanch Ontario if your in the market for a new Subaru or Ford. We got a great deal on a new ascent when competitors were non negotiable on the price. Felt well taken care of through the entire process! The delivery of our ascent was pushed back, and wed already sold our previous vehicles. The manager Matt put us in a loaner car until it arrived. Our salesman Oner was great to work with and took care of me through the entire process. I recieved daily updates from him until or car hit the ground. There was nothing hidden or pushed on me through finance. Then 5 days after our purchase, I noticed a dent in the drivers door. I called up my salesman Oner and he talked to his manager Matt. They had their dent guy repair it for me eventhough the bumber-bumper doesnt cover dents! I would absolutely reccomend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle without reservation; and we will be back when were ready to purchase again.
