Ive been going to this shop for about 5 years now. Ive had my stereo systems installed as well as tinted about 6 cars. The quality of work is amazing. Ill continue to come to this shop as well as refer family and friends.

So I wanted to leave this place a five star review because they did a amazing job on my windows for my Ford fusion. He also told me that if I came back he would do the front windshield for $80. I ended buying another vehicle and ended coming back around a year later to get all the windows tinted on my Honda pilot including my windshield and also schedule a appointment to get my fords windshield done. He told me that my Ford would cost 150 and I told him about the discount he previously gave me and he said he could take $20 off which I was fine about, it had been a year. So he took my Honda and applied the tint to all the windows. After that was done he decided to insult me and my car and went on to say how disgusting the car was and how their was dog hair everywhere (probably the door jams) but I thought it was funny because I dont own a dog and have never had any animals in my car and ontop of that I had a window regulator replaced and my mechanic had no problems. But after he went on about how horrible my car is and how if he knew how disgusting it was he wouldnt have done it. It was funny because I had just gotten it detailed 3 days before I took it here. He then gave me the key and I drove over to Starbucks to just get a look at everything, look at the doors and open everything up to see the difference and he DESTROYED the car. The carpets are torn up, they are now completely black, my seats have shoe prints on them. They never installed my interior door handle back on they spilt something all over the seats and had marked up the outside paint with some nasty stuff. The also broke my window switch in the driver seat. So I ended up going back but they had just closed up so I ended up calling the next morning to cancel the windshield appointment for my 2018 Ford Fusion and I told them the situation and they apologized and then said that again it was my fault because my car was so bad and had a bunch of hair everywhere but they did say they would fix, just bring it on by but I live an hour away so that wasnt really an option. So we hung up and then the owner called and again apologized and said they would give me a really good discount on my windshield and I could take my Honda pilot their anytime to have it cleaned up and fixed. So I decided to keep the appointment because I thought hed give me a good price now. So I got there and he took the keys and went on again about how the car was nasty when they got it but they had no problem cleaning it up for me, ended up making me feel bad about something THEY did. So I ended up seeing the tint and he told me I couldnt reinstall my dash camera because it would cause issues to the tint which was I would install it on the dash or something. He then charged me the SAME AMOUNT that he already said, no discount no nothing he took twenty off like he said he would because I was a repeat customer. Finally when I got to my car it was all hazy from them installing the tint which I understood but after that I noticed that they had cracked the windshield but again they were closed now at this point. So I ended up calling and then the next day which now is yesterday may 19th 2021 I called probably a dozen or so times throughout the day because they said they were open but then I decided to drive out there but I had to pay to get a baby sitter because I have two kids and wanted to get there before they closed so I ended up driving about 55 minutes there to find a make shift sign that they put up that day (picture included) saying we are closed today. It wouldve been nice if they posted that online on the website on Google, their answering machine anything. So I ended up them drive an hour and twenty minutes back home. I then called him today may 20th and he told me basically it isnt his fault that my window was cracked. He said you wanted the tint installed luckily I had my fiancé recording the conversation on her phone because it was just completely unprofessional and rude. I also posted pictures of my cracked windshield

Been coming here for years and do not plan on stopping. The owner does great work and that is why I continuously come back with every car purchase. Since 2011, I have had numerous family members and friends use this shop. After being a new customer years ago, I have never had a bad experience with this shop. His prices beat the other competition around the area and there are choices for the tint you want. Light tint for my luxurious cars and darker tint for my commuter vehicles (Had my 2020 Hyundai Elantra tinted today!)- This place is great from service, options, and convenience of scheduling. I highly recommend using Audio Tint Connection if you are looking for a great tint service in Ontario!

They got done quicker than estimated, and did a really good job on it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The guy I talked to didnt try pushing me to get the upgraded tint I chose, but clearly explained the differences between the two.

I had a new radio and backup camera installed a few months back. Several weeks later the camera went out, and I went back to them to fix it, and had to pay another couple hundred because they messed up the cameras wiring. Since I got it back the 2nd time, the radio has been switching between working normal and not even turning on, so I constantly have to go in and fix it myself because I dont want to pay them even more money to possibly cause more problems. Wouldnt recommend to anyone for getting electronics installed.

I needed 7 windows tinted and my amp and subwoofer installed to a stock stereo.. I called several places for quotes and this place had the best prices. They got me in the next morning and my car was done before noon. Im very happy with the service I received here. Would definitely recommend. Note: the owner didnt answer the phone so I left a message and he returned my call promptly.... so dont let that discourage you! Thanks Javier!

Great tint service and great customer service by Javier. The price was good. Great quality and it was efficiently done in an hour and a half. There was a waiting room with cable tv to help kill the time, as well.

Amazing service. Loved the service of these guys. Very down to earth and gave me an amazing price on my stereo and alarm. a day after getting my stereo I found there was a factory defect and they replaced it free of charge and with no hastle. I dealt with owner and employees over several visits, I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered. The owner busts his hump to make sure customer gets taken care of. I drive a fairly expensive truck and other local shops wanted to charge me almost four times more! And for what?!? The cost is what got me in the door (the best prices in the area) but the quality of work and lifetime warranty is why I came back with all of my vehicles and am scheduling a time to have them work on my trailer. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, go in and speak with Javier, tell him Donnie with the Raptor sent you!

I went here for my tint because this is the place my dad goes to for his cars. The guy was hard to get a hold of (the phone was almost never answered) but when I was able to make an appointment he was very nice and gave me advice on what color or darkness to choose. He gave me a receipt and said they were lifetime warranty, and he means it. Like I said my dad takes all his cars there. If I ever need tint again I will be going back here.

Got an alarm system from (audiotint).Bad quality. I cant even lock my door. Was able to lock before I came to this place.They want me to pay to fix their mistakes. They dont know what there doing. Stay away if u want your car to keep on working the right way.

Had my sedan tinted on June 3, 2016. The work was awesome. It is exactly as I was hoping. I spent a little too much time researching what was important in a tint. I chose Audio Tint Connection because of the price and because they use quality brands that come with a lifetime certificate.The storefront advertised $69 for a tint. I paid $139 so Im not sure why theres a difference. But the $139 price is still the best I could find by $40 with the lifetime warranty in a 15 mile radius.The only thing I would change is the friendliness of the manager there. I called and made an appointment and explained I wanted to use three different shades. He was bothered and said he couldnt do it for that price. I explained I would be happy paying extra. He recanted and said that he would do it after all. It made me feel like a demanding customer. When I went to pay a few hours later, I whipped out my Discover card. He told me he didnt want to take that card because it cost more. I told him I didnt have any other cards and that Discover was posted on the entrance as being accepted. He pressed again for another card pointing to my wallet so I ended up having to empty all the cards in front of him to prove the only Visa card I had was a company card.Go here if you want quality work. Just know that you may encounter gruff staff that make you feel guilty for even going there.

Very good at connection con stero

If I could have given them a 0 I would have. They completely ruined my stereo in my truck. Paid $300 now have to pay someone else to fix it! I use my windshield wipers and it makes my radio all staticky. This is soooo horrible, and all they say is oh, its the truck forget that! Anyone else could do 1000 times better!

I LOVE this place! I have NEVER had a problem here. Ive had my radio re-connected properly from when I had another stereo store install and sell me the product. Ive had my windows tinted and it has never faded or peeled. Ive sent AT LEAST 10 people to Javier and they were super-happy of how professional and informed he is. When they installed a stereo system in my buddys car, they cleaned up all the parts and his the wires like a boss. Dont pay attention to the negative reviews; if you want tint, alarms and/or a stereo, then this is the place you DEFINITELY need to go.P.S. hes hooked up my 2008 VW R32, 2008 BMW 335I, my sisters Acura 2015 TSX (I think thats what she has) all look cherry! My window tint is scratched but he says my window was already scratched when I bought it in. Well why wasnt that pointed out to me while he was working on it as I sat in his waiting room? Many of these poor to fair reviews were not here before I bought my car into Audiotint Connection. I wish they had been, would have saved me from a very negative experience. Lucky for you that they are here now. His attitude by the way was that of the backyard, shade tree, underhanded, get your money type. Beware.
