The worst customer service in Oneonta, NY. If I could I would give them no stars.I went in the store and stood in the designated waiting area with four more customers for 15 minutes. Not once were any of us acknowledged. I understand that they were busy with other customers but somebody could have said something to us instead of just walking past us as if we wasnt standing there. I dont know how long the other customers were there but I left after 15 minutes.I guess this Verizon store has so much business that they could careless about the customer service. Oh by the way dont try to call them they dont answer their phone either.

The representative we worked with was Caleb. He was very friendly. I went with my husband who was trading his in. Long story short we both ended up with new phones within a week and when I went back to ask about my bill he explained why it hadn’t changed yet and within a couple days things were back to normal. It was the most painless phone purchase I have ever made. Thanks!

Always receive great service, live 20 miles away but come to this store because of the service. I have locations closer to home but would rather come work with Teddy

Definitely the best customer service I have received at this location! They were busy when we first stopped in, so ran a few errands, and they remembered us and got right to us when we returned 1/2 hour later. Logan switched over my son’s phone quick and easy, and got me set up with my first new phone in 4 years. Ryan was still in training, but he got all of my data transferred over- which was not easy on my old phone. They were super patient with my antsy kids- and made some great movie recommendations for the snowy days ahead!😁

Just upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. Ive been a customer for 18 years and have always been happy with Verizon and the service and sales at the Verizon store on Highway 28. The sales person, Jarell, was very helpful, professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and when I called with questions he was the same. Its great to have this store in our community.

I went into the store on 12/24 to ask about adding a line for my daughter. Kayla assisted me and fully explained everything including the changes and charges that would occur. She also took time to explain current promotions. When finished.... we had added a new line and upgraded 4 phones. On 12/26 I went back to the store to ask about changing one of the phones that had been upgraded to another phone since it had not been received. Again Kayla promptly made the change a simple process. I highly recommend the store. The staff very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

I had an amazing experience. When we first walked in, Jarell greeted us. He was so kind and professional. We wanted to upgrade so he picked the best phones out that we would like. Jarell was very informative about the products. He answered all of our questions and he set our phones up very quickly and did not waste our time. He made sure we were satisfied before we left.

Switched to Verizon from a different provider I’ve been with for years! We worked with Ted and got new phones and new service with no hassle! I visited the TCC store in Oneonta NY. My rep was Cass. I have to say she was the most helpful, friendliest and personable sales rep I have ever met yet highly professional. Cass took her time to help me with my first smart phone, to select just the right one for me. Being a senior and user stupid I needed all the help I could get. Till now I had a flip phone. I am very thankful to Cass and will say without a doubt she is a tremendous asset to TCC. Thank you Cass!

My phone completely died (RIP my faithful companion) the day before we were coming up to Oneonta from downstate, so my husband and I decided to drop in to the Verizon store on Route 23 and see what our options were. We were so glad we did! Wonderful Hannah, the Verizon rep, greeted us at the door with a lovely smile and invited us in. After checking the phone, it was pronounced really and most sincerely dead, and then Hannah checked our account and advised us we were due for an upgrade. No pressure at all. When I said I was interested, I chose my phone and Hannah with great patience and good humor spent the time to figure out how to get the trade-in for my dead phone, which saved us money and reprogrammed the phone. It was truly a great experience in comparison to the many unpleasant experiences with Verizon reps we’ve had. Hannah is a gem. Give her a raise!

After Caleb selling my husband a buy one get one plan we got our first bill and found out HE made an error in selling us that plan and we are being charged for 2 new phones. He says he made and adjustment on our account and we should now only be charged 10. Per phone for 24 months but now says we can’t pay off early because we pay full price for phones but get a bill credit to bring it down to 20. We are being billed 36.24 a month and getting a 9.90 credit which does not add up to 20.00. Avoiding my phone calls is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was Calebs mistake and now he’s avoiding rectifying it!

Went to get 3 phones a week ago. They told us the phones would be there in 2 days being they werent in stock and they would call us.. They never called. We called 4 days later the phones still hadnt come in they assured us that they would be there and if they did not come by friday they would go and get them from another location so we could have our phones on Saturday. Went in today and no phones and the sales person could have cared less. Terrible customer service

After months of waiting for Verizon to open they finally did and I got my new phone. Keith was great. He even found me a cheaper plan and got me a discount on the phone.

Amazing service, came in for a new phone and got another free, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. John b. greeted me at the door and took care of everything very quickly and courteously.

I purchased 2 new iPhones in September 2020 and although the salesperson was helpful I was charged a fee for transferring my data from my old phone to my new one. When asked if I would like that data transferred I was not informed of the the 30 dollar fee. I thought she was being nice and helpful for something I can do myself and have many times. When I called the store I was told I would receive a refund, but corporate had to send me a check. 6 weeks later no check. Just a buyer beware. Its not that big a deal its just a bad practice not to inform customers of fees when offering a service and not following through afterwards. Last but not least she was only able to transfer about 25% of the data that was on my old phone.

Sarah was helpful and very patient. She transferred all my information from one phone to another. She may need a therapist after talking with me and the thousands of questions I asked. Thanks Sarah and Verizon for your help.

Visited store to have them check a phone that was not able to take a charge due to a foreign object in the charge port. Store would not even look at the phone.

Needed to exchange phone. Told by online corporate to bring it in and store could help. Arrived to store and staff refused to help.

Prices are outrageous, no reason Apple needs a trillion dollars.But the staff! So helpful and nice, its always a pleasure to deal with them.😊

One year ago my father went into this store to cancel my mothers cell phone service. She had passed away less than a month before. A saleswoman there encouraged him to sign up for some device called Hum which provides a service that neither he nor I can explain to this day. In a deep state of grief, my father signed this paperwork without knowing the product or the terms. Yesterday he found out he has been charged some $400 for this service he has not used because he unknowingly signed a two year contract. He cannot stop the payments nor be refunded.I will not elaborate on my familys suffering both financial and emotional, but thank you Verizon for trapping a wounded widower into an expensive contract. I hope your employee got a hefty commission for her deception.
