I took my iPhone to the store to simply replace the battery. The battery fix was fine but I realized after picking it up that there were functions on my phone that were not working, including the fingerprint passcode. The phone was old so I didn’t make a stink of it but it was incredibly frustrating, especially for someone who likes using that function of my phone for Apple Pay when I am walking around downtown.Sounds like this is a repetitive issue here...

A friend of mine took his cell phone here to get it repaired and the price was amazing and I couldnt believe it myself. The man does a grate work. I will be taking my device to him to repair. I dont know when he is open! I went last week and pc pro solution Inc was closed. I come from Dansville ny to visit family and I always look to see if he is open but I see no activity in the store.

I just read a review of exactly what happened to my phone. I came in about a month ago for a screen repair. at first it worked fine but as of the last 3ish days the corner went black, then it started to glitch, then the bottom half of my screen became unresponsive. I had to turn my phone sideways to write this review. Id love for them to fix their mistakes, but I refuse to pay for it as I see this exact problem happened before and it absolutely should not have happened again. If the owner would like to contact me about a free repair since they clearly messed it up, that would be excellent and I would gladly edit this review.

As we spoke with the young man there, we decided that it might be time to upgrade to an iPhone 7. This was on the recommendation of our millennial children who were visiting. The young man suggested we talk to Ali who owns this store and another on Long Island, so we did. Ali was extremely knowledgeable and accommodatingand we ended up buying a refurbished 7 for my wife and I moved from a 5s (love the size) to a 6s. This process was not without a few glitches caused mainly by a combination of needing to get a Verizon 32gb and me not asking the right questions, Alis travel schedule and, mainly, the restrictions caused by Covid-19. Ali addressed every bump in the road and we are both happy with our phones and the transaction. Ali spent considerable time with us programing our phones and teaching us new skills. All of this at a very reasonable price for the products and the extra attention was free.Added to that was an hour I spent (after picking up my phone) watching him instruct two of his technicians on disassembling an iPhone, changing parts, and putting it back together. This guy is a surgeon and has a wealth of knowledge.If you need any of the services he provides, go there. you will not b e disappointed.

This location is one of the worst businesses I have ever endorsed. I ended up spending more time waiting for this business to fix their mistakes than it was worth. I came into the shop with a broken screen and was told I would only need to wait an hour or so. Over 3 and a half hours later, I left the shop with a fixed screen, but a broken earpiece, battery life and home button. The man who worked on my phone had ordered me a new button that was set to arrive in the next couple of days, and I was still charged $130. Over the weekend, I got a phone call from the manager explaining that this employee was terminated and that I could come in for free and get my phone repaired. When I returned to the store, a younger associate fixed my phone for free. However, less than a week later, my phone decided to stop working. Frustrated with this company, I took my phone straight to apple. They told me that due to the internal third party installations (the new battery, specifically) I would need a whole new phone. I walked into this shop to pay for a screen replacement and ended up spending OVER $500. Do NOT shop here.

Nice place. Guy is very friendly. Took my wifes apple phone to get battery replaced. Place is busy. Two hours and will call when finished.

Absolute rip off. Horrible service and horrible people. Charged me 220 dollars to “fix” my phone, took him a week to do it. 2 months later my phone stops working again. Went to Itech in the mall and they did it for almost half the price and gave me a case. It only took him 15 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE

This is a terrible place ran by people who do not know what they are doing. I went in there to have my cracked screen fixed. They said it would take an hour so I said ok, came back after an hour still was not finished. Finally came back after 2 hours of waiting and it was fixed, and the guy handed me the phone. I instantly noticed something was off because the saturation on the screen was all wrong. I asked the guy if he was sure he put the same screen that I had on before and he said yes. I thought that maybe I just wasnt used to having my screen not cracked so I went with it. After about 15 days of having the new screen, I noticed weird glitches but they went away and I did not think much about it. Then another 15 days went by my phone was not functioning. It is glitching a ton, has a dark corner, and part of my screen literally does not work. I cant send texts anymore now and cant use the phone without it going crazy. I went in to complain and kindly ask for them to fix it because I paid, and the guy working said my 7-day warranty was over and that there is no way to prove it was their fault. I never dropped the phone when I got it back and was very careful with it. They clearly messed up and do not care about their customers satisfaction. Do not go here, it is a sketchy place ran by a bunch of unprofessional idiots.

My computer had water damage and stopped turning on. Apple told me it would be a minimum of $500 to get fixed. I took it to Pro Solutions and they got my computer on and working in less than a day, and I only had to pay the $50 diagnostic fee! They really helped me out. Also I chose not to get the liquid damage cleaning because I have time sensitive work i need to do, but they were only going to charge me a total of $150. They said when and if I decide to get it done, the $50 I already paid will go towards the $150 cost to get it cleaned. Great customer service and they get the job done, and theyre affordable.

$325 to replace a screen when the insurance is $150....😂😂😂😂😂 NO! When I called a man barely speaking English asked me what Kind of phone I had and once I provided the info and the screen cracked information he gave me the price of $325. It actually only cost me $29 with my phone insurance through the phone co. Idk who is there working for you but in person quote is not what I got.

No words can explain how helpful this store is from the second I walked in till i walked out I was given the utmost care and attention by Umair Ali and his staff . They went above and beyond to help me out and made sure that all my phone needs were taken care of. If you ever have problems with your devices go here first.

This place ruined my phone. I went in to replace my battery and phone screen and they ripped me off. They replaced my battery with another old battery they just wrapped up to appear new, ripped out the piece of my phone that stops it from reacting to touching my face during phone calls, and replaced the screen with a screen that stopped working within 3 weeks.

Took iPhone 7+ with smashed hope buttonmd screen in and was under the impression the home button was being replaced. The guy got right to work on the phone and I came back in an hour, like he’d said to. He had replaced the screen ($130) but left the smashed home button, telling me it would be another $75 to replace that, even though I had told him that I needed the home button to work when I had gone in initially. Pretty unhappy.
