Thomas was the man who helped me just today to buy a Switch. He was cordial and had awesome rapport, making jokes and really solid recommendations. Absolutely look forward to buying from him in the future.The store was clean and tidy, and everyone there is always attentive. Its in a good location too.The only knock is that its smaller, but the space they have is full of up-to-date games and tech. Awesome store.

This specific Gamestop is replete with excellent customer service associates; and being slightly off the beaten path they often have a large selection of discounted merchandise and secondhand games. The current store manager here, Tom - goes above and beyond the call of duty and runs a tight ship; under his tutelage the associates here all shine.

If I can give the place a 0 I would we have been loyal customers at this location for years now I come to buy a game for my sons birthday and we got it no problem spent $70 only to find out that everywhere else sells it for legit $20 cheeper not only did I not get waited on until he was having a conversation with a guy whose purchase was completed but then kinda smerked because I was trying to return the game to save $20 as we are low income and this game was a huge part of our monthly money but then tells me cannot and will not return even though the receipt doesnt say that you cant and offers store credit not even for the full amount of the game bought 3 days ago it was opened but never played rude beared guy treated me less then should have my mind is blown

Snooty little gamer kids, that do not know how to speak to customers who are not snooty little gamer kids! Way over priced used games. I was looking at a ten year old ps3 kids game for my 4 year old and they wanted over 20 bucks for it. If I brought that game in to sell to them they would only gave like $1.00 for it. Asked the sales person if it was negotiable and was told no that was the price and that they had to make there not on it. Wow! Never going there again

**** Never will buy anything from them again, I bought a brand new xbox one X from them not even a year old yet and it stops working... so I called them up to complain, they couldnt do anything because I didnt buy their warranty so I called up Microsoft and they said the system was still under the 1 year factory warranty, so I tell the Microsoft agent, Im glad to know you guys take better care of your customers than gamestop GAMESTOP IS GARBAGE!!! ******

Always enjoy browsing here, but with no ThinkGeek for at least an hour drive in any direction, they could really stand to increase their merchandise stock (especially considering the nearby FYE having closed their doors recently).

Prices are a little high but they are changing this for the better.

Its a Gamestop. The staff is a bit too pushy (especially the store manager) but they do have quotas to fill. Fair price on trade ins but other than that there is nothing special about this particular Gamestop.

Awesome I enjoy going their as often as I can, especially being taken cared of by the sales associate. They always seem to know how to help you.
