I purchase vehicles for my company and it can be quite the pain. I called the dealership on Tuesday after finding a Smart ForTwo electric drive on the site and had the pleasure of speaking with Lew! He was courteous, kind, and cared for our needs. We were able to close the deal that night and my boss and I went in the following day to pick it up. Again, Lew and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations, keep in mind I spent over 15 years in car biz myself. In and out in an hour. We will definitely be using Lew again!

We originally went to Awesome RV in Olympia to inquire about an RV trailer. I met the salesman Chris there. What a great guy, absolutely genuine and kind. He was super flexible on meeting me at anytime I needed to discuss the trailer, and later to discuss a tow vehicle. Ultimately, my husband and I bought a Tundra in the I-5 Auto Group down in Chehalis. Chris was with us the whole time and we didnt have to change salesmen. The experience with Chris was great, just an up-front, good humored, no-nonsense kind of guy. We would definitely recommend him for friends and family.

Joe was awesome from the first time we spoke on the phone to the moment we pulled out of the lot! I told him all about our bad credit and how we have been denied from a few places already. Our second car broke down and we were in desperate need of a new vehicle ASAP. We also told him over the phone that we really didn’t have the money for a down payment. He told us that we would probably need a $1000 down payment which we just couldn’t do and an hour later he called back to say that if we could come up with $500 he could get us in a very decent car as soon as today. We could not believe it and it seemed too good to be true. But after just a few hours of our time at the dealership, he made it happen and got us into a car that we never would’ve expected we would qualify for with only $500 down. It was amazing and we are so grateful for the whole experience. We were just waiting to sign the paperwork to have him completely change the price that we were told and that never happened. He was very transparent about everything and made the experience so easy and with no stress! We will definitely be recommending Joe and Washington auto credit to any friends or family that are in the market for a new car and next time we are in need of a car, we will definitely come back!

No pressure and very accommodating.Update: after only having the jeep for 5 months it is back in the shop for the second time. First time was oil pan seal. Covered in the $3000 warranty we bought. Second time is all the door seals. $700 and not covered. Not pleased with the product we got. Dont buy from them. Not worth the hassle

This review is simply in reference to their service departments lack of consideration and not directed toward the quality of service or any of the sales staff.My wife and I bought a vehicle, and started to have some issues with one of the seat latches which was covered under warranty. My wife took the vehicle in and they told her that they would have to order the parts and that they would call within a week to schedule the service. Ten days pass and no call.Yesterday, we called them and they said that the parts came in and they were ready to schedule. They told us just to bring the car in anytime tomorrow.Now tomorrow is today and I called this morning. I was told to bring it on in and it would take just a couple hours tops. I figured I could take my dog along and go for a nice leisurely stroll in the sunshine to kill the time.Two hours passed, so I called the service department. No answer. Left a voicemail. Half hour later, still havent heard back. I call... No answer... Leave voicemail. Wait another half hour (now been waiting a total of three hours) and I called and finally Bob (service manager) answers.I told him that Im about 3 miles away on foot and wondering if I should start heading back to the dealership. He tells me not to head that way yet, and a technician is working on my vehicle but it will be at least another hour.So the two hour job is now going to be at least 4 hours? Dont get me wrong, I understand that stuff happens, but weve been the ones having to initiate ALL contact in order to get this seat latch fixed, and now theres no rush to get this thing out of the shop.Upon walking back to the dealership, hitting the 4.5 hour mark, I see the vehicle in the parking lot. So my vehicle was done, and still no one bothered to call and let me know!Even when Bob brought up the invoice for me to sign, he didnt say a word to me. He just handed the invoice to the salesperson, told HIM about the repairs, and walked off. I was standing right there but he treated me as if I wasnt even in the room. I felt even more insignificant.Having worked in customer service for years, one must always be proactive toward the customer so that the customer feels that they have been served. Thats why its called service.Only take your vehicle here if you are ready to do self-service in order to initiate the proper repairs being done. Also, dont expect any form of communication or status updates.Sorry, Bob, but you are currently earning a D- and are in danger of failing this class.ON A POSITIVE NOTE: When I entered the dealership with my dog to pick up my car, one of the salesmen (I wish I knew his name but he was a built, African American fellow) asked permission to pet my dog. He was incredibly friendly. He noticed my dog panting from the heat and asked if he could get her a cup of cold water. My dog was very happy to drink up all the cold water hed give her. I would definitely recommend that gentleman to my acquaintances based solely on a fantastic first impression. He knew that I was picking up a vehicle and hed receive no commission from dealing with me, but he chose to serve me nonetheless. That really made my day after I had walked in steaming under the collar due to the service department.

Just purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado from Terry. He went out of his way to make not only the purchase easy but made the buying experience fun with no pressure or stress. He was able to work the deal that put into the truck. As far as the dealership itself they are taking care of a small dent in the rear at no extra charge. It was great to be able to call in to look at a Jeep Wrangler and have it and David Moore ready to show it to us and drive it to see if that is what we wanted. It wasnt and after some casual conversation about what we wanted, our price range, and our needs Dave had a few ideas. After walking through his inventory to see what we liked and didnt like he sat down to his computer and showed us some inventory he had at another lot. Dave drove us to the other lot and we drove it back and bought a beautiful Toyota Tundra. Everything was easy and stress free. Pat in the finance office was quick with all the paperwork finding a great rate so we didnt have to call our bank ourselves. Pat gave us extended warranty options without being pushy. I really enjoyed my experience! This is the second time I’ve had my oil changed here and both times have been great. I was offered a discount with out asking myself if there were any. They told me it would take an hour, hour and a half the longest and it took an hour on the dot. They offered me something to drink and the service staff checked in on me a couple times to make sure I was doing okay. They came to me when my car was almost finished and told me I needed to replace a certain filter. I asked them how much it would be and they and answered my question but went on to say “we will apply a $5 dollar discount for that too to save you some money”Overall, I had a 12/10 experience. Thank you very much!
