I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from these guys in 01/2021 and we were in their office from 10am-7pm, it took us the whole day. Funny thing was, there was a lady that came in that day demanding for her money back because the car they sold her was bad, they kept apologizing to us about that whole scene the lady caused saying this has never happened before, or maybe they just wanted us to stay there until we closed the sale. They had so much energy and they were so nice. On April 2021, when the car was due for oil change, the mechanic found out that these guys didn’t close the cap on the oil, causing spills all over the engine. After a few weeks, we reached the miles for service and the oil light came back on, so we scheduled with rainier dodge to get our car in for service but they assured us that it would be ok, even though we mentioned that my husband works 30 minutes away. Last week, 05/11/2021 my husband drove home from work and the car burst out in smoke, and when we towed the car the electrical light, the oil light and engine light came on. We had the car towed to our house because all the auto shops were closed by then. We took the car to MIDAS the next day to get an assessment and we found out that the engine was toasted, it needed a new engine!! We called these guys and ask for a new and safe vehicle to replace our car and they started out by telling us to wait, five days later we’re still waiting and the next thing you know they’re ignoring our calls now!! They know our phone number so they’re ignoring us now. I filed a complaint with the attorney general’s office about them and I’ll be posting this on every social media platform to spread the word because where was the same energy they had when they tried to sell the broken jalopy to us now that we need help fixing it!?? My husband quit his job yesterday and the boss was so kind to ask him to reapply when he gets a new vehicle because they know how hard he works and these guys don’t give a damn what people are going through. All we needed was another vehicle safe for our family, and if you’re ignoring my calls than I’ll do everything to get your attention through everything I know possible!!!!!

Best car lot I have ever been to! Matt and aaron definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Something was wrong with the truck and they knocked money off the price so my husband could fix it. After about a week of having it we needed to replace somethings on the rear end and they helped with parts when they didnt have to! They are very honest, caring, and take pride in their vehicles they sell! Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! We will be back in the future thats for sure!

I arrived at Olympia Auto sales with an older woman that Im helping take care of. Shes very small and walks bent over with a cane and wanted something she could sit upright in and see out of comfortably. Aaron came right out to help us and after telling him that we wanted to let her sit in a few vehicles of different kinds to see what kind of seating position would work for her, he obliged us no problem walking around a lot with us and letting her sit in a few vehicles and driving a couple. We had only stopped to look at some cars, not to buy, but Aaron had a good selection available at very good prices and he was very accommodating and patient and after being fully transparent with his sales methods and the fact that he doesnt work on commission he actually showed me the small amount of money he was set to make on the sale which Ive never experienced that used car dealership. That kind of honesty and openness goes a long way towards trusting somebody when youre going to buy a car for a 75-year-old woman and you want it to be reliable and inexpensive. She found a Hyundai that she really liked and Aaron took care of everything despite interruptions from his staff. It was The best car buying experience Ive had on a used car lot with a used car dealer, And we recommend checking out Olympia Auto sales if If you dont want any BS. Aarons not looking to make a million dollars off his customers I honestly believe hes just looking to keep lights on and keep his guys working You can always tell when somebodys greedy greedy greedy and wants your money regardless and will tell you anything to get it, that will not happen here. I just got a car from these guys and they were so beyond nice. They went out of their way to talk through every question I had, and I had a lot. They were super knowledable about each car I looked at and they ended up giving me a great deal. Dont buy a vehicle here, they sold me a truck with a bad transmission. Had to pay $2000 to fix it.

The car was a trade in they got from someone. So far the car has been fine. Itll be a week on Monday. However there were .mice living in it .The trunk near the backseat was full of chewing and mice droppings .The astray was TOTALLY FULL, there wasnt a gas cap. The car was filthy. I detailed it .No spare and it blue booked at excellent at 550. I paid 890. Then they charge a 175 fee for the paperwork.

Looked at a car here and had it brought to J&H auto for inspection. Car had oil leaks and bad bearings and the guy wouldnt budge on the price. Be careful when buying! Have either inspected by a reputable mechanic!

The salesman is very nice. However, we bought a 2000 honda civic for our son. Weve only had it for two weeks and so far weve had to put four new tires on it, new radiator, thermostat. Thought that would fix it all, nope! Took it for a spin, kept overheating. It now needs a new water pump, and timing belt. My advice, inspect the car thoroughly, we thought we did. From now on Ill stick with DJs Auto, never had a problem, ever.

Bought a car, engine blew up within 6 days of owning it within 800 miles. They have not worked with me. They have not called me. It is tied up with credit card company. Do Not Buy A Car From These Guys. Their costomer service is trash.
