Alexis Wright a store associate was amazingly helpful and patient when me and my friend came into the store with a dead iPhone 6. She patiently walked us through the options. My friend got a new phone,transferred the old phone and stuck with us through the whole tedious process. She spent almost 2 hrs with us. Holding our hand patiently through the whole thing. We got our phones from a store in Winchester, VA, and they were just given to us with no setup.... were older folks that have no idea what to do! We came into this location for help and the service was night and day! They were able to get everything transferred, get the phone activated, and help show me around my new device. Jonaton was FABULOUS! I brought my MIL yesterday to upgrade both our iPhones. We had some hiccups with missing passwords and transferring data on one phone in particular missing an Apple ID password (and no longer having access to the attached email). Jonaton was kind, patient and professional. What would have probably taken an hour took about 3 because of OUR issues. He handled each issue patiently and I never felt rushed. I know he probably missed his lunch because of the time we were there. Jonaton was solution oriented and had a “can do” attitude.I’ve worked at Nordstrom for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in providing great customer service. So when I receive it as a customer, I feel it should be recognized. Came in to get a charger for a phone I had but I didnt like. I had a offer on my account to get a Moto z4 on a promotional buyout I had to take advantage of. My bill only went up $10 and I think I like this phone better already. Thanks guys you were super!!

I came in looking about switching carriers and after Mike helped me Im back with Verizon. I usually go into the store in the big shopping center but decided to try the new store. The store looks amazing and I was happy to be greeted immediately. Your reps were very knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly he catered to my needs and gave Me excellent reasons to switch today. A+ and highly recommended.

Awsome service. However the store was super hot. we asked the employees if it was normal and they said it. since they had no access to adjusting the thermostat. also seats are super hard. like they dont want you to be there for too long.

He then updated my new iPhone 7, helped me choose a case and screen protector, and made sure the phone could receive and send calls on the network. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited twice before buying a phone and they sat with me for 2 hours and helped me find the perfect store. They even let me play with like 8 different phones to see which one I liked the most. Also unlike most Verizon stores, there is virtually no wait. Its very clean, laid out nicely, and has a ton of stock of everything. Its fairly new to the Olney area and its way better than the store on Spartan Rd.

Came in to fix my tablet and got outstanding service tonight. Im very glad this store is here in the neighborhood. On top of fixing my Issues I ended up upgrading as well since there was a good promo going, and saved some money changing my old plan! Beyond thankful for this experience. Incredible experience today switching my old iPhone to a Google pixel.Derrick was very helpful and is an exceptional employee - went above and beyond to ensure that all of my Apple storage was completely backed up and ready to be converted into the Google software.
