The Tmobile store in Olney is totally useless when it comes to helping customers with phone problems. When I was there Saturday needing help with a recurring problem, the employee was rude and implied the problem was with me and not the phone. The problem was with mms not downloading automatically.One employee said that maybe I needed a new updated phone. I have a Gallery 9 and only 3 yrs old and dont need a new phone yet bc the employees cant troubleshoot problems.

Amazing store with outstanding service. I have been in several times. There us never a long wait, the staff is courteous but best of all, they are very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. Overall GREAT service !

I went in the store earlier today and was greeted and helped by Dre. He is a awesome worker. He helped me trade in my iPhone XR for an iPhone 12 with their great bundle deal which came with a case and screen protector For only 6 dollar more. How can you beat that ! I highly recommend This location and be sure to ask for Dre !

Amazing Service !Great price !5 G coverage !I used to pay AT& T over $75.00 per month for 1 line ..Dimitrik and David helped me switch and save a bundle with zero Dollar switching fee.To top it all off, they are paying me $650.00 towards paying off my existing phone .You have to be crazy not to pay them a visit and get much much more with your plans.Vat a kontry !!!❤️

Worst customer service ever- Demitrick Brown literally looked me in the eyes and lied to me and my family in order to make a sale about costs/ promotions. We came to the office looking to switch to T-Mobile and he scammed all of us. When we called him back about the issue, he literally told my family Too bad, not my problem anymore. He made us activate our phones in store because he guilted us into helping him get commission- even after scamming us. It took SIX HOURS To get everything taken care of because he just kept helping everyone else and putting us to the side. We have been forced to call the TMobile customer service multiple times to work this out because of the lies he told us that we need to fix. We are working to get out of T-Mobile already due to him. DO NOT go to this store. DO NOT work with Demitrick.

Worse experience ever at a T mobile store. I came in and asked if they had apple watch in stock. They said yes. I patiently waited for almost 2 hours for them to say they only have one color and the smaller size. i left without the watch and COMPLETELY upset for have lost precious time that I will never get back. Never going back to this location.

Waited over an hour to be helped and they let someone go in front of me. horribly slow.

STAY AWAY! Be careful this is a store that will scam you and not sell you a phone unless you buy their accessories! They went all the way through the trade in process and I had to question why they were scanning in a screen protector and a case and they said they require you buy their accessories. What a joke. Be careful because cause there is a good chance they snuck it in your bill!

Not great if you have a problem. They are obviously sales only.

So I went in there the other day to start a new service and I’m not very knowledgeable about this stuff but thankfully David, the guy that was working there walked me through it all and help me understand and gladly got my service started. I hope everyone else gets treated as well as I did by David!

I had an incredible experience! My wife and I both started new service with T-Mobile and The salesman, David, made our start with a new company nothing short of spectacular! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Hope T-Mobile will treat us as well as he did!

Very good service and clean and organized store.

I was told by Sprint/T-Mobile online technicians to take my phone to the store. I selected the Olney store and made an appointment. Took time off of work to do so. When I arrived, the tech was too busy doing her own texting to really pay attention to my issue. She looked at my phone for 2 minutes and said looks like your SIM isnt connected to your account, and went back to her texting. I then went back online with Sprint techs, and they told me the store clerk should have given me a new SIM card; my current SIM card WAS connected to my account, but something is wrong with it. Now, I have to go back to a Sprint/T-Mobile store. This persons horrible attitude was only surpassed by her ineptitude.

Yesterday, We went to get some info and idea to change from sprint to tmobile and add some new lines From MetroPCS. We got more confused than what we got info from website. Not a knowledge staff and could not explain well the transfer, deals, free new line we are eligible. Gave 2 stars for Gregs (probably supervisor/manager) customer service . Today we went to Wheaton TMobile corporate store (Mr.Matt 👌)and great customer service, great knowledge and understanding. Greatly we got 2 +5 lines transfers, 1 new lines(total 8), free phone . Go to Wheaton CORPORATE store rather than dealer/ frenchise.
