I feel theyve done a great job but charge a little more than they should have but great work

Honestly its a 1 because of customer service and attitude. When asked why I had come in I told them I needed a tire. Was met with a smart reply well we might have one. And no it wasnt said fun and jokingly. Couldnt find me in the system. No big deal. Wait 45 minutes for them to finally look at my car, again understand I was a walk in. Guy walks over to me and says, Yeah you were right you will need a new tire. Yes. Im unsure where the confusion was. What got me was instead of walking out to look at what tires I had initially when I first arrived they just now check and surprise surprise they dont have the same one in stock. So my options are to have wasted nearly an hour and have no replacement or have a tire that doesnt match. That might sound petty but I do take pride in my car and its embarrassing to have multiple brands.On top of all that Ive sat in the waiting room listening to them talk trash about nearly every customer. Making snide remarks about they called and said customer service was bad. Yes. Your customer service is horrible. Anyways take it or leave it I wont waste money or time here again.

They are always honest. Timeframe on service is reasonable as is price. Highest recommendation.

Do not deal with TOM if you go here. RUDE. VERY RUDE. All I wanted was 2 trailer tires. I had exact size, brand, and told him all I wanted was to buy them and come back another day to mount. He had an attitude the entire conversation. I had called 20 min previous before arriving because a nicer gentleman answered and said they had 2 in stock and would get them for me. BUT I wont be going back for even just the mount after dealing witht[?. Heeez I it was simple. Dont work there if you cant control your own issues.

The staff is always knowledge and helpful, especially Tim. The work performed has always been very good and reasonably priced.

Wife’s van had a tire (front passenger tire) develop a bubble on the sidewall so I took it in to have the tire replaced on 4/19 at the Olive Branch location. The tires were put on there and we had the warranty plan on them so I left it with Jessie and told him to check the wear on the others tires especially the front driver’s side as it looked low for the amount of miles on the tire. Jessie called back later that day and said the tread/wear on the rear tires was in line with the mileage and life (I agreed, just wanted to confirm) but said that the wear was 5/32 on the driver’s side front tire which he agreed was low since it only had 30K miles on a 65K mile tire. I told him to warranty that and to go ahead and replace that tire as well so there would be two new tires on the front and the two rear tires were both at 8/32 and were put on at the same time so the tires would be even in terms of life all around the van respectively. Went after work that evening to pick up the van and after paying and about to leave I noticed that the driver’s side front tire was not changed. Walked around the van and saw that they had replaced the front and rear tires on the passenger side. I went back in and asked Jessie why the front tires had not been changed as discussed, he said they were, at which point I informed him they had not been and so we walked out to the vehicle and he looked and agreed that the work was not done correctly. I informed him that we needed to put that rear tire back on and change the front left as agreed on, or change the front left and they would be responsible for the rear tire they changed erroneously. He disappeared for 15 mins or so before returning to tell me that the rear tire on the passenger side had been sent off for warranty but that they could get it back the next day and put it back on and change the front left tire. Obviously this was an annoyance and inconvenience with work and scheduling but I didn’t have a choice so I agreed.Came back on Tuesday evening to pick up the van and the tires had been replaced correctly this time. The next day after I am already at work my wife informs me that the driver’s side seat has a tear/slash on backrest portion (where your right shoulder blade would be). Friday was the first time opportunity I had to go back to the store to question and show them. I explained to Jessie that this tear/slash was not there when we dropped off the vehicle, showed that it was a fresh/new tear, etc. etc. He took pictures and explained that he would talk to his manager and get back with me, but I could tell from his expression that this really wasn’t going to go anywhere, but I figured id let them discuss and respond before saying anything else. Sure enough, the following day he called to say there is no proof, they don’t know when it could have occurred, their guys wouldn’t do that, etc. etc. The seat was not torn prior to dropping the van off and forgive me if I don’t believe someone who can’t even change tires correctly couldn’t possibly accidentally damage a customer’s car and not report it. Who would know, they don’t check the work done to make sure its correct so how would they know.As it stands now they have lost a customer for life and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this business and if for w/e reason they have to go there to take time stamped before and after photos of their entire vehicle prior to having any work done.

I have received excellent and accurate service every time I have come to Raleigh Tire in Olive Branch. Before leaving a 3-or-less-star review on this page please ensure it was this location that did you wrong. I say this as a customer, I dont work there and wouldnt be qualified to.These guys are great most or all of the time, but Ive been to other Raleigh locations in Memphis that didnt serve me right. After one visit to Bartlett for brakes, my brake bolt came loose 1/8-mile or less up the road and the Bartlett location was deer in headlights and tried putting it back on me. It was awful coincidental that timing. But that was Bartlett location. OLIVE BRANCH location has been good to me EVERY TIME!! Although they are so good that some (occasional) weekends their previous day runs into the next so you might have a good wait (one time its happened to me). However, I never go for work not expecting to wait, its a tire and auto service place! It can take time to do the work right on each vehicle.

Not too bad pricing. Really fast! Got 5 tired from them and they were done within the hour.

I currently bring all of my vehicles by here on a regular basis to get serviced and I would recommend them to anyone! They do a awesome job with communication as well as the quality of work.

Just got a new set of tires here from Mr. Larry. Everything went smooth!

I always find the employees very helpful and nice. Sometimes they are very busy, but you dont mind the wait as they are so nice. They told me a time my car would be ready and they were pretty much on the dot. I wandered around while waiting there is a Jimmy Johns and a nutrition shop just down from them on the same side of the street.

I showed up last minute about 25 minutes before close with a flat tire and flat spare. I had to be towed in. They helped me very quickly and even saved the tire! I was very grateful for their kindness and help!

While new to the area and looking for a tire place used Raleigh. DO NOT USE THEM! Told I needed an alignment. Took car back and waited over an hour THEN they come out and say I need other service. This is after changing my tire and recommending the alignment in the first place. DO NOT USE THEM!

Great customer service!! Price for the work that was done was reasonable. The guys there were very nice. I wish I could remember their names. They did an excellent job on my car. I live in Nashville, and if I need other work done it will be worth the drive and time!

Professional and caring at the same time. I always leave this Raleigh Tire establishment with the feeling I have been treated not only as a customer but also as a person. These gentlemen are very considerate and treat me with the respect everyone wants to feel in their day to day endeavors. I also appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain and even show me what is happening under the hood and chassis of my vehicle. They let me see where my money is being spent. I repeat don’t go to this place, I got my wheel alignment done and a week later my whole front end brake system needed a replacement, I didn’t have any prior problems with my brakes. When I took it back up there ..they try to charge me over $800 .They’ll try to take advantage of younger people and people that dnt know anything about cars.Very disapoppointed

When I walked in the two men at the counter wasnt helpful answering my questions.There vibe was disturbing. And The whole staff outside in the garage wasnt professional with my car they were rude and not doing there job well. So I took my car to another shop ASAP.

I took my truck here after visiting relatives that live in Olive Branch . Came in at about 5:00 on a Saturday ( they closed at 6 ) to get a tire checked out . Gentleman at the front desk said they wouldnt be able to get to my truck until about 6, no big deal . Sat there for about an hour, service technician ended up pulling my truck around and simply spraying some water/soap solution to diagnose a leak . Said there was nothing wrong with the tire . Mind you ; I sat there for an hour . My tire was completely flat . I explained that I was traveling from out of town and that I needed the tire to be in the best condition . Tech said he couldnt fix something that wasnt broke . After visiting relatives, started my way back to Florida . Tire was flat again after about 40 miles down the interstate . It was Memorial Day weekend, a tornado hit ; no surrounding stores were open let alone had power . Ended up changing my tire with the spare - thankfully made it home to Florida . Took it to a local shop here and they repaired the tire within 10 minutes, put the original tire back on the truck and hung my spare back up free of charge . This is quality service ; Raliegh Tire is garbage . Do not take your vehicle there . If they cannot simply repair a valve stem they need to close their doors . Thanks for nothing ! Wish I could rate this place 0 stars !

Raleigh Tire Service is always there for me when I need them. I have been taking my car to them for years and I trust them. They make me feel like a valued customer. Every time I need help with my cars, I know they will do everything possible to make sure that I am satisfied with the service. Safety to the customer is their number one concern. The staff that I encountered at the Olive Branch location were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! When I asked for prices they gave me the absolute bottom price with labor/tax and all. When I questioned what a part was and why it needed to be replaced they took me to my car, showed me exactly what it was and why it needed to be replaced. I felt nothing but comfort knowing my car was being taken care of so it can last longer and I wasn’t given the run around like most other places do and have done! I highly suggest giving them your business. They get right to the point and have your car ready and finished when they say they will. I am very satisfied with this business!

Tom was super helpful and straightforward. They had the trailer tire that we needed; and his team had it on the trailer in less than 10 minutes and had us back out the door to finish our trip. The restrooms were clean and the customer service area was very nice, not that I stayed there very long. :) Thank you so much!!!

I went in for a simple mount and balance with a barely used tire with great tread. Not even 5 minutes after leaving my car was making loud rotating noises shaking, and pulling to the right. I went back obviously, and simply wanted them to check out the tire pressure and the balance thinking, ya know simple fix right? Unfortunately they were very rude and told me they honor no work on self furnished tires. It was probably a simple air and balance needed to fix the issue. The manager, after being very rude told the tech to refund my money, and to not service me any further. I would not recommend ever going to this location, simply because not only did they mess up my simple mount and balance, but wouldnt even bother to just check it, and stand by their work. Not to mention being as rude as they were was pretty ridiculous, and uncalled for.

They had my tire patched up in less than 20 minutes! Also, price checked some services for me and they were by far the least expensive. Great prices and excellent service.

I was on an all day trip just passing through. I got a nail in my tire somewhere in Memphis, TN, which I noticed while gassing up in Olive Branch, MS. A Sheriff at the pump next to me recommended this place. I had to buy a new pair of tires, but they got me fixed up and back on the road as quickly as possible. Mickey and Keon were helpful in showing me the cross threaded lug nut, which I wasnt aware of. Nice guys. Professional shop.

Had a screw in my tire covered under warranty, and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. Wonderful!

My car had a stripped lug nut and wheel stud. They were very accommodating and they had no problem fixing the issue. Probably was there barely an hour. They completed the job within the expected time and the costs were decent.

Very rude service techs, did not complete the work they were paid to do. Spoke with Mike the supervisor and he was rude as well. Will not return nor recommend this company!

These guys at Raleigh Tire truly know what customer satisfaction is all about. I had a wheel balance issue that couldnt seem to be corrected. I took it into a couple of different places and had the tires balanced. No one could seem to get it right. I took my vehicle back to them as I had bought my tires there. What they discovered was, 3 of the tires were bad from the manufacturer. They didnt try to hide from the fact that they were bad. They went ahead and asked if I wanted a new set in the same tire, or did I want to go with a different brand. I went with a different brand, and paid the difference, as they were a little more expensive. Bottom line is they made no bones about trying to make me happy and they even stayed open late to make it right. Thanks Tom & Mickey at Raleigh tire Olive Branch Ms.

Helpful and fast. I didnt think I deserved a 80$ charge when all I did was ask if my suspension needed to be replaced. I figured since I was getting new tires they could just take a look. Id ask ahead of time about a charge if you want any advice from them because its not worth the price.

Prices were fair and the work was quick. The first service place I have been too that they dont force other services down your throat. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

This location is a scam. I wouldnt let them work on my bicycle after going here.

Over the years, I have taken my vehicles to Raleigh Tire and have never had an unpleasant experience. They have always been honest as to what I needed and explained the urgency of repairs. If it was critical or just time for maintenance. Their pricing on materials and labor are fair for the jobs done. Never, have they ever tried to browbeat or intimidate for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Raleigh Tire has always been there for me whether it is to help me purchase a new set of tires for my car or to repair a damaged tire. They have my best interests at heart. The staff is friendly and knows the best products for my car. They do not tell me I need something that is unnecessary for my car. I would not choose another tire store for my car needs. I would most definitely recommend Raleigh Tire to meet anyones car needs!

I have always received the best service at Raleigh Tire. The wait time is minimal and I have never been made to feel I need to buy new tires when a quick repair is all that is needed. On the other hand, when I do need a new tire, they will show me why. Love this place!

Took my car to Raleigh Tire yesterday to get the brakes repaired and they were great. I had previously gotten a quote from Honda, I was about to walk out the door at Raleigh because I felt their prices were too high, but they wanted to keep my business and they matched the price. Took my Jeep in for an oil change today and had a pleasant experience until got home realized not one fitting had been greased when I directly asked the man behind the counter to do so. I call back he tells me sorry bring it back. It is 97 degrees (117 heat Index) on a Friday afternoon and Goodman Rd is a gridlock situation. Yeah no thanks buddy, Ill do it myself like I should have the whole service. I knew better so I guess Im to blame.

I was driving to OK for a funeral and had two blow outs and just made it to the Chrysler dealership in town. The dealership did not have any tires that matched my car so I had to call around. I talked to the manager at Raleigh Tire Service and he did not have the tires but offered to go and get the tires from the warehouse. He did not ask for any money or commitment, just a let me get out there before they close. In the meantime, Chrysler was able to get the tires quicker and I decided to let them do the work so I could get back on the road to be with the family. I called Raleigh back after a voicemail saying they had the tires on site, to tell them I just had the dealer swap so I could get back on the Road. Raleigh thanked me for calling them back to let them know and they did not even charge me anything for their time. Just a drive safe and thank you for the call. A class act company! If you have any car work, they care about the customer and will take care of you. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name that took my calls, please give him my gratitude and thank you again Raleigh Tire!

I came in here after my Tahoes wheels locked up after taking a sharp left turn. I needed it fixed same-day as I was an hour away from home. These guys were able to get it all fixed in less than 8 hours and for what I think is a fair price. I had front and back brakes replaced, drivers side caliper, rear axel actuator serviced, and my motor mount replaced for only 1200.00. I will definitely be back

Dont bother scheduling online. Had an appointment at 7:30am so I could get in and out asap, 8:15 car still in the parking lot. An alignment is advertised for $69, if you are honest and tell them you replaced any parts well that iS $89. I can not find in the store or online where the $20 dollar fee for fixing your own vehicle.

Went in a while ago just to get a price on an oil change. I am a female and I should have known they wouldnt give me a straight answer. The man told me a basic oil change was over $50. I almost hit the floor. I know that is an outrageous price. I asked why it was so expensive. He said Oh its the fee to get rid of your old oil.NICE TRY BUT I DONT THINK SO.

The service in Olive Branch is the best. Everyone knows your first name not to mention the car you drive. Straight shooters on everything. I recommend them to all my friends.

Ive had a couple of tires repaired. Friendly folks and reasonable price

I came in for a front wheel alignment and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After 2 hours, I looked to see they had started working on my truck, it was still in the parking lot. Shortly after inquiring about it they came in and said right barring needed packing, $40. A few minutes later the man came back and said I needed front break pads replaced and would cost $189plus. After 3 hours, finally got my truck back with a list of other things that needed repaired soon. Alway had heard you go in for one thing and they keep finding something elas to and to the bill.

These people are outstanding, going above and beyond just to repair a tire.First went to Gateway and was treated poorly- Bye Gateway!

Went to get an alignment and they wouldnt do it, they said ball joints were bad and wanted to charge me $1100 plus tax to fix, they wouldnt give me the key back till i paid them $40 for diagnosis fee, but i didnt ask for a diagnosis but had to pay for it anyway.Got home checked the ball joints and they had just a tiny bit of slop, so basically they were tryi g to scam me so never do buissness with this company again
