If possible, I would leave a 0 star rating. I made a road side assistance call this morning and was immediately referred to this business. Upon being given my approximated wait time I did call the business just to confirm. After speaking with a young lady she did quote that they would arrive to help me by 9 or 9:30 a.m. The wait time was an hour and a half. Understanding my situation, I was okay with that. At this point it is past 9:30 and I have been contacted by my car insurance company in regards to my wait time. I explain to them that I am still waiting. My car insurance company calls the business and they say that the wait time is 30 to 45 minutes more. I called the towing company personally after having already spoken with them almost 2 hours ago. I could not even get out five let alone ten words before I was put on hold and then given to a representative by the name of Tracy. Tracy got an attitude with me and did not allow me to converse with her at all. Had someone explained to me that they were going to take another 30 to 45 minutes I would have been understanding. Tracy told my car insurance company that they never spoke with me nor did they ever tell me that the representative would arrive to my house between 9 and 9:30 a.m. I would never recommend this business to anyone and now I am at least another hour late to my job thank you to this terrible business.

Worst experience ever!!! I got an eta of 8:57 am at 7:00 am... 9:10am called the help desk for an eta and the lady said that it would be another 30min.... 45min later still waiting!!!! 9:57am and still waiting!!!! This company was selected by my insurance I would NOT recommend NO ONE TO use this company!!!! I had an appointment to be at the dealership for 9am its 10am and still NO ONE IS HERE!!!!!! ONLY REASON ITS GETTING ONE STAR, IS BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST MY REVIEW!!!

I have roadside assistance and my insurance placed me with this company. 2 months ago my vehicle cut off in the middle of a busy intersection. I spoke to roadside assist and explained to them that my vehicle and I were in an unsafe place. They dispatched me to this company. The eta was 90min(which is quite long when I’m in the middle of an intersection). Several men where able to push my vehicle to a nearby gas station. I waited in the heat for over 2 hours. By that time, my family member was able to pull my vehicle to the mechanic. These fools called saying that they were on the way 4 hours later! I had already called roadside assistance to cancel the order, but they acted like they didn’t receive the phone call. Now my vehicle was down again and I was dispatched to them(the same 90min eta). I waited in the rain with my car for over 2 hours. I called well after the eta, because I had to be at work, and the person on the phone said that it’ll be another hour. Over 3 hours, and they hadn’t shown, I called roadside assistance and complained, so they sent me a “double dispatch”. The other company came in 20min. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. My husband called for roadside assistance and this is who was sent. He was given a 90 minute ETA and ended up waiting 3 hours! He specifically said that he needed to ride with the driver because the car was broken down at work and he didn’t have another ride- the driver showed up with a passenger and didn’t even have room for him in the truck. I had to drive 25 minutes to go pick him up, and somehow we still beat them back to our house. We called and asked where they were and he said “I stopped to get me a biscuit. I was hungry.” Then another 15 minutes went by and we called again, the guy then said “I’ll get there when I get there.” He finally shows up (4 hours after the initial call) and drops our car off and leaves. Never once got out of the truck to drop the car or apologize for being so horrible. Absolutely horrible customer service. Completely unacceptable. Do not ever do business with this company!

Very unprofessional especially Tracy. I would never recommend this service to anyone, if you are looking for good service this would be the total opposite. She was rude they gave me an estimated time of 75 min and 2 hours later no one showed up even after explaining I was stuck on the side of the road at 1am by myself 3am came and no one had showed up yet just horrible horrible horrible 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst towing company in the world! Tracy / receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Told 90 minute eta and aft 2 hours Ford called to see if they had picked up our car yet and then called Diesel Doc and they said another 15-20 min. 20 more min later I called them myself and the receptionist was so very rude to me and hung up on me and the cancelled our tow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! Management should fire Tracy immediately. She has no business talking to the public! Ford is investigating and will hopefully remove themFrom their list of vendors!

My son was driving my car and it died on the side of the road. We called for a tow and was told it would be 90 mins. They weren’t there so we called back and was told it would be another hour. We were told it would be ANOTHER hour. It’s now been ANOTHER hour and a half on a sat and they are still not there. They were disrespectful rude and uncaring. They never did show up and my ins company ended up calling someone else to pick up the car after we had waited for over 5 hours.

I am calling my insurance company and tell them to NEVER refer me or anyone else to this company again! Upon making my roadside assistance request, I was told that there would be a 75 minute wait, which was fine. After waiting and no one ever came, I called to get the ETA and I was told it would be ANOTHER 30-45 minutes, which ended up being an hour and a half. I called again and asked them AGAIN for an ETA and was told someone would be on the way. Another 15-20 minutes. What was supposed to be a 75 minute wait ended up to be a total of FOUR HOURS!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! And lets not EVEN talk about the rudeness and nonchalance of the person(s) answering the phone... The driver was nice though.

Dispatcher was very nice even at 3:00 in the morning. Driver was very pleasant. Will definitely use this company again!!

If I could rate them a zero, I would. I have roadside assistance and was placed with this company, a disaster. Estimated time was 60 minutes and when they hadnt show up after 90 minutes, I called the company. A rude woman answered the phone indicating that it would take at least another hour before they could get to me...like it was my fault!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is not the first time that this has happened with this company when my insurance company dispatched this same company, previously. I have no idea my companies still use them!!

Worst experience Ive had with any service anywhere in a while. State Farm chose this company for me when I filed a roadside assistance claim. Called at 08:00 and was told they would arrive at 09:50. Waited until 10:30 and was told it would be 11:00-11:15. Truck arrived at 12:30. Driver was nice. Dispatch was awful.

They estimated a 1 hour and 15 minute pickup time. After 2 hours I called and was told it was going to be almost another hour. The last on the phone then proceeded to be rude and canceled the tow!! Absolutely do not recommend!!

This is by far the worst company in Desoto County Mississippi!!! Roadside assistance booked this company and they never showed up. When I called the company the rude heffa had the nerve to get an attitude because they were late! She told me that her tow driver was waiting for a customer to show up and she couldn’t tell me when they would be available. She was biligerate and irritate and screaming as though I had done something to her. Then she hung up in my face. I then contacted my insurance company which it’s 3 hours later and they knew exactly who she was and stated that she has done this to many of their customers and they have sent in several complaints and called to speak with the lady and she hung up on them too. Save yourself a headache and just call Kimbles towing service they are quick and reliable. They actually have professional customer service agents.

The only redeemable quality this company has is that the driver was nice. I called State Farm roadside assistance and waited over 6 hours for them to arrive. Theyre in Olive Branch and Im in Horn Lake. That is ridiculous. I called multiple times to see when they would arrive and they kept saying 20-30 mins..... Over the course of 6 hours. Ridiculous. I couldve pushed it to the repair shop faster.

Use Lazer Towing from now on. If there was a way to rate this company a zero I would. The single worst case of road side assistance in my life. I was also referred to this company through my road side assistance Like many others in this thread. After waiting 3 hours, after being told it would be 90 min. I called to see what was going on and the dispatch woman was incredibly rude and started screaming at me. I then asked her to stop screaming at me and she said she would cancel the tow altogether. Companies like this one should be shut down due to incompetency. I’m filing a formal complaint through my insurance and hope to see them removed so that others won’t experience what I’ve had to endure today.

Let me just tell you, if you need your car towed do not ever go through this place. I have been waiting since 2:15 and it’s not 4:15 (ETA WAS 4:08) I called and asked politely where the towing car was and the lady screamed at me on the phone, and I told her not to be so rude because I was just trying to see how long it would take, and she told me she would TAKE ME OFF THE TOWING LIST AND LEAVE MY CAR!!! Worst tow experience Ive ever had. They didnt make the ETA consistently lied to me and my insurance company while the driver riding around having fun with an unknown female possibly a co worker. The driver was nice but i wouldnt send my dog there. Worst 24 tow service period!!!

DD was extremely busy when I needed towing for blown bearings on one side of my travel trailer. It took a couple hours, but they showed up and decided to help me by fixing the problem on site. 11 pm at night with no hope to get it fixed for weeks by area RV dealers ... I was in a mess. These guys found the right parts somewhere and got the job done. They dropped off my trailer at my hotel at 3 am. They are amazing guys ... all I can say is thank you.

Makes NO SENSE that a person has to wait an entire work day in order to have a vehicle towed. Seriously why is Nationwide or any other insurance company in business with them. Is there a negative 5 star rating?!?

Weve been waiting since 11:30 today. First, State Farm didnt properly dispatch the tow. Then, when it was finally done, I was given a 4:54 pickup time 🤔. Still no tow....dealerships service department closed at 5:00 pm. Im not sure why our insurance still uses this company when the reviews are so low. If your insurance company dispatches this tow company, please find someone else to do it for you. By the way, customer service is horrible. Im not sure how this company survives.

DO NOT GO HERE THE DISPATCHER IS RUDE ! AND IT TOOK THEM 3 hours to get to me. They was suppose to arrive from 8-9 am and I didnt get anything until 12 PM . The manager Tracy is the person who spoke to me and just went if saying the tow truck will get there whenever they get ready then my insurance company called.. she went off in him and he reported it. My insurance is going to do termination of services with them and then she called me terrorizing saying my insurance need her and that they are #1 for them. RUDICULOUS !

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a tow truck service...probably the worst experience that I’ve ever had with any type of service. Not only are the ETAs total lies, but the customer service representatives have the worst attitudes, but it seems my experience isn’t unique. Just shut it down!

The WORST.... very unprofessional. This company was chosen by my insurance company. I was given 3 different times 1 hour apart from each other. 3 hours later no wrecker service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WRECKER SERVICE!!

I called my insurance companys emergency roadside service at 1:36pm and they dispatched THIS company. I waited and waited. When I finally got their phone number (about 6pm) I called and the lady who answered the phone was as mad as I was. She hung up in my face and when I called back she said I was harassing her and consider my tow cancelled. I do not recommend this company AT ALL!

What a Friday the 13th for me ... the one thing that didnt mess up fir me yesterday was my tow service after my trucks water pump went out in the 109° heat. James was on time, experienced enough to get in the tiny parking lot I had to coast into, and a great driver in the Goodnan Roas traffic from Olive Branch to Southaven Ford. I recommend their towing services.

These ppl are terrible my eta was 4:04 and I gave them benefit of the doubt but 4:30 came I called nobody answer so I called my insurance company they called them and they claimed a wreck there cleaning slowed them down another 45 more apologizes from my insurance company then 5:30 comes and I called ANOTHER wreck slowed them down it will be another 45minutes it is now 8:31 pm and my car hasn’t been towed these ppl are terrible and the woman was rude as hell on the phone dogs barking in the background just a Terrible unorganized place Of business.

This company needs to be shut down. I have been lied about an eta since 12pm and here it is 3:18 and IM STILL FREAKING WAITING!!! Each time i called, i got a different eta. First it was 1:20 then at 1:30 i call and im told 40 more minutes: 2:35 i call back anf its another 30 min because the police need a car pulled (TF..are yall operating one tow truck?) then i called back at 3:15 and he fueling up and then I look back at the eta and it says 4:03. Very Poor Customer Service. VERY rude!..I would not recommend this towing service to anyone. We were left on side of the HWY for over 2 hours then dispatch Cancelled my tow service because I said that she was rude!

The absolute only reason they got one star is because it’s the only way i could leave a review. I never leave reviews even if the service is terrible. Can you say awful service? The insurance company said the eta was 6:15 mind you we called about 4:15. 6:30 no one, my daughter called them back and they said 25 min. 30 min later i called the lady told me it was one car in front of me and it would be 45 min. It’s now 7:00pm. My daughter called and asked me had they showed up i told her no so she called back and she said she only has one driver so i may as well leave. So i called back and she asked what type of car i told her she said i just talked to you i said no you have not she starts yelling telling me i did talk to you i said you talked to my daughter and you told me 35 min now you telling me another hour and 15 min lady I’ve been sitting here since 5:00 she’s still yelling telling me i need to call my insurance company cuz that’s not her problem and hung up the phone. WOW is all i can say. And the other tow company said they been dealing with their complaints all day. I wanna know why are the insurance companies still using this tow company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! My insurance called them after my 16 year old daughter broke down in the middle of a main intersection. They was called at 6:54 am and we were told 30 mins for an eta then another 30 mins then another 45mins in the meanwhile she is still sitting in the car and now the police have blocked that lane so the cars dont hit her. after the insurance company called the dispatch person for the 1000th time they were talked to rudely and told to wait another 45 mins so my insurance company called Choice Towing and not even ten mins later they (choice towing) arrived and she was on her way Finally at 11:35am. As for Diesel Docs we cancelled that service and I will/would never recommend them EVER!!! make sure you tell your road side/insurance company that you do not want to use Diesel Docs. They might be the cheapest around thats why insurance companies use them, but they aint worth a flip.....

Was given an ETA of 6:35pm. No one called or had the decency to let us know they were running behind. I finally called at 6:50pm to ask for an update and was told it would be another 45mins. They didnt not offer any discount just said they were busy. Called 45mins later and they told us ANOTHER 20-30 MINS! WORST COMMUNICATION EVER.I would not recommend this company if you have a family and rely on a schedule. Also, the customer service was not there.

Undeserving of even a half star in my opinion ..I called my roadside assistance at 3:30They then dispatched diesel doc towing who Gave me an estimated arrival time of 5:06.After a couple of calls to check the updated eta after 5:00 the rude receptionist said they still had to drop cars before they could come pick mine up....i believe they arrived at 5:25. I couldve single handedly pushed my vehicle home quicker than that. LolIt was roughly an hour and half into my wait when i decided to check their Google reviews couldve saved myself two hours Plus had i read these reviews sooner.The driver however was polite and after informing me his shift just started at 5 and he came straight to me i decided to not take it out on him. LolI definitely will never use this company again. Cause time is money and my safety is important to me and my family although its apparently not of any importance to them.

Worst experience ever. They were dispatched to tow me via my insurance company. They said it would take 1 hour, it actually took them 2.5 hours. I made it clear I was stranded on the side of a busy highway, yet they still didnt arrive. When I called to confirm their location they THEN told my insurance company they already had 2 cars on their trucks and theyd get to me NEXT. They never should have responded to the isurance call!!!The driver was rude, he wasnt apologetic for taking an hour and a half longer than promised. I will NEVER use them, neither should you if you value your time and safety.

Useless. Should never have been given a license. Waited 4.5 hours and still had to get someone else to do the tow. Whoever that is that answers the phone is as sorry as can be. Rude is not the word for. Just a BIG waste of time calling these people.

Not even worth one star. Called my Audi roadside and they dispatched this dept. Eta of 75 min. Called towing company 90 min later, claimed never received the order, called Audi who confirmed order was placed, spoke with manager of Diesel doc who then guaranteed within 60 min. Called tow company an hour later and rudely told I still had one car in front of me. Called one hr later and was told above car was still in front of me & then told me my car would be towed to her shop vs my dealership, when I said that was not okay, she proceeded to ask me well Ill just leave it on the side of the road then EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I heard her kids in the background, what makes her think that I dont need to be home to my family. Audi cancelled tow service and supervisor will be calling me tomorrow regarding her disposition.

Called roadside assistance at 9:45am and got a reply that they would be there by 11:08am. At 11:10am I got a automated call saying they would be about 5 minutes late. At 1:48pm the wrecker finally showed up. Not a happy camper...

I can verify slow service. I was initially told 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and was told it would be a minimum of 45 additional minutes. At this point my expectations regarding the truth of that are extremely low.
