Can I begin by saying this combination of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and Mint Chocolate chip cone is almost heaven sent!!!ICT offers Ice Cream, Gelato and Sorbet and has a large selection of flavors and specialty cones. We all like options but when it comes to ice cream this is your one stop shop!

It’s a novelty place. We ordered 3 different types of gelato and no one really liked them. Of course you can’t taste them first, because somehow handing someone a disposable spoon with ice cream on it will spread COVID. There are certainly better places to get cream.

As an out of towner this is a great local spot. Ice cream and gelato was delicious, and I love the different cones you can get.

Love this place!! Especially since they have VEGAN Chocolate Gelato!!! Best NON-DAIRY option ever. They were out on this visit, hope they have it back soon. Great kid options

The ice cream we had was freezer burned and wasnt great quality. The fancy cone toppings were good but the cones they were on were mediocre at best. Definitely Instagram focused more than flavor focused.

The ice cream and gelato was just alright. More novelty than quality, but a lot of selections to choose from and the scoops are generous enough that you get plenty from a single scoop.

Me & My Boyfriend found this place last night! The ice cream was so good, haven’t had good ice cream like that in a long time!!! And if you like gelato they also serve that and the flavors are so yummy!!! And let’s not forget all the cones and different ways you can get them! Definitely recommend!

Honestly if you like an infestation of baby roaches inside of the ice-cream machines and all over the glass and counters this place is for you... Never coming here again. Idk why their review is so high. Lady claimed the Roach infestation was due to next doors construction issue but thats a bs story! Please be aware they are small hard to see them roaches.

This is the most creative ice cream & gelato place I have seen in a while. The cones are really edible works of art. We tried the gelato (in cups), and it was delicious. The Nutella did not taste like Nutella, but was still very good. We also liked the Bourbon buttered pecan.

We stopped in just before closing time on a Saturday night. They served us with patience and offered their full menu. Yummy. Well be back. You should go

I cannot fathom why this place has such good reviews. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt, customer service was awful, and the place was not clean. I will not be coming here again.

I’m not typically an ice cream eater, but OH MY this place is amazing 🍦with the most delicious and mouth watering ice cream and gelato I’ve ever had. The ice cream is so smooth, creamy, and rich and tastes like your eating a little bit of heaven. The servers were very friendly and allowed us to try a few samples before we made our choices. The parlor was clean and cheerfully decorated and would be the perfect place for a child’s birthday party or for an after sporting event meeting place. Looking forward to returning soon😋

While this place is very cute, clean and good atmosphere, the ice cream leaves a lot to be desired. Ice cream didn’t have great taste and was freezer burned. Cones were cute but I want delicious ice cream.

Nice environment and tasty ice cream. When we asked about the sourcing of the ice cream the young lady on staff mentioned that the ice cream came from a dairy farm in Ocala which I thought was really neat. Until of course no one on staff was able to give any other details about this fact which was really weird. If management is going to provide these sort of facts for their staff they should really make sure their staff is equipped with actually information. We all learned with the TBT’s Farm to Fable series in 2016 that some restaurants throughout the Tampa Bay have stretched the truth about their sourcing.Also the bathrooms could have been cleaner.Would return, hopefully by our next visit folks here are able to provide more about this farm.

Delicious gelato- I loved the cookie monster gelato scooped onto a gummy bear bordered waffle cone. The employee serving us was really helpful and friendly. Fun vibe even though we went at a quiet time of day :)

My daughter said the Gelato was really good. Many different varieties of handmade on the premises waffle cones. Scoop size was BIG.

Worst customer service! The staff should recognize the customers in line. No greeting or hello. You can buy ice cream anywhere. Will never return and will never recommend....

Freezer burned ice cream.

OH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Order the ice cream burrito with bubble gum ice cream. You won’t regret it!! They also have gelatos and regular ice cream with fun games to play with your fam and friends! Very cute place, has a beautiful aesthetic for Instagram too if you want to take pics with your unique ice cream! They not only present the ice cream in such a beautiful unique way with their use of cotton candy and mermaid tails, but they also make it taste AMAZING! There are some places that have a beautiful and unique presentation, but kill the taste. This place conquers both, tastes and looks good!! 10/10 reccomend!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star but I had to put it to write a review. My daughter and I came there to get some ice cream and a young lady inside sent two men to come out the place yelling saying that we couldn’t park there or get ice cream and threatening to have my vehicle tow away. I was scared for the safety of my daughter and my life. The men was yelling and walking towards me swinging there arms so I got back into my truck and went to a different ice cream place who has respect for their customers. My daughter just wanted ice cream with the mermaid inside it but the employees was acting very racist and aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody especially for your children to come to.

As soon as I walked in I could smell the garbage like it hadnt been taken out for a few days. When I was at the counter ordering I saw a dead roach in one of the toppings tubs so I walked out. Very unsanitary. Id suggest choosing another place to get ice cream.
