My husband just returned home with a double scoop of ice cream in a single cup. The female who scooped it must have used the kids scoop for what was supposed to be two adult sized scoops. Via phone, a female proceeded to tell me each scoop is supposed to be an inch & 1/2 of ice cream which is something I’ve 1) never been told and 2) have never seen such small scoop sizes. Each scoop literally amounted to 3 spoonfuls of ice cream. If you’re too busy to provide excellent service and the appropriate amount of ice cream for the money paid, please call someone else in to fill your shift. Please do better than this.

An hour prior to close and all you can order is one scoop of ice cream?? The ice cream which was awful by the way. .. so freezer burnt that there were solid chunks of ice...not worth the money or time....drive a minute farther down the road and just go to Dairy Queen.

They have no stock. Fridges are empty. Out of basic items. Wait times are ridiculous! 30 minutes for a drink. I got a milk shake and it was mostly ice. Who puts ice in a milk shake??? Worst place ever. Will never go back.

I wasnt impressed. I was still somewhat satisfied because I AM a foodie and not terribly picky.... however, I was craving a hot fudge sundae...basic vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and whip cream. We arrived rather late for our ice cream break, 845pmish and they had a minimal selection of ice cream to choose from and NO vanilla. So I hunted through and found the next best option, vanilla and chocolate with swirled caramel ( I forgot the name). I then asked for hot fudge, to find out they didnt have any. 🤦‍♀️ So I settled for chocolate syrup. I asked for some strawberries and thankfully they had some. This sundae is unfortunately not what I was craving, but it was still yummy. I recommend Baskin-Robbins...maybe they will have all you need if you go earlier?

Tried to order a hot fudge sundae through drive thru and was told they don’t have the stuff for sundaes, they don’t know why it’s still on the menu. Okay second choice is chocolate shake. No they don’t have chocolate icecream. If you want to get out of the icecream business and just be a Dunkin that’s fine take the signs down. And if you still want to be I. The icecream business.. this really isn’t how you do it.

Came here today and they were almost out of all ice cream flavors. Had to change our order 3 times to accommodate what they had in the case. They did not have the ice cream of the month nor did they have the new mango drink they were advertising. I personally ordered a smoothie and they said they could not make smoothies right now. After my family and I had sat down the workers were screaming at each other and throwing things around the building. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Would not recommend coming here

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. This Baskin Robbins has been bad the last couple of times we have been there. They only had one case of ice cream - all of which were scraping the bottom of the barrel. We waited a while to get waited on turn when I asked for one scoop the girl behind the counter didn’t even know what a cake cone was. I showed her and she gave me a cone with about a 1/3 scoop of ice cream. At that point I just said never mind. Geez. So disappointing.

Customer service here is not good at all people let the phone ring when youre trying to call them for a simple question and its always hard for you guys to get something that you want from here.

I didnt even visit this place and Im giving it 1 star because I had to read through so many bad reviews. Someone at this establishment needs to get their life together, along with this business and start making customers happy. Glad I was able to avoid this place due to other peoples bad experiences.

Wanted the mangolata, they were out. No smoothies at all. Seemed stressed that we had three audacity to want ice cream at all! Very disappointed!!!

I went in for sundae. They had no hot fudge. They complained about each other burning it all the time. Fine. I’ll take the mocha sauce from your coffees. They made a sundae. They had no Reese’s. Fine. I’ll take peanut butter sauce. They had no peanut butter sauce. Fine. I’ll take a chocolate malt. They had no malt. They actually gave me the address for another Baskin Robbins. I wound up leaving with nothing.

I am not really sure why this place is even open.... they are out of pretty much everything on the menu.... they also just make up there own schedule and close down whenever they want..

The worst experience ever! Employees are rude, their uniform is dirty. My first experience was bad too! Asked for many things and their out of everything! The second time i visited was even worse. Short in employees with attitude. Uniform even more dirty and out of most of the ice cream flavors i asked for and cherries, bananas, nuts and much more! Oh and they put you the smallest scoops ever! But seriously the attitude of the girl working there is horrible!!! THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY! Only one employee and when asked for manager there is no manager!!!

Very poor service the shakes are more like a glass of milk with a little ice cream added, they seem to always be out of items they should always have..more pride should be into doing their jobs especially when it comes to making shakes..

Went to get some ice cream, they had only 10 maybe flavors and they looked disgusting, definitely not good flavors. They didnt have doughnuts either. Maybe I am missing something, but arent you supposed to have ice cream and doughnuts at a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin location?

This location is always out of what I want when I go with my family. After the third time we decided we would no longer visit this store. Rocky road ice cream, waffle cones and bananas are all staple items for an ice cream shop. Yet the three times Ive visited since moving nearby they have been out of rocky road and waffle cones. On the third visit they were also out of bananas.

The 3 is for the icecream! It is delicious.. the lack of a 5 is due to customer service.

The person working the drive thru couldn’t handle taking an order and someone’s money at the same time. To order 3 ice cream cones. It took over 15min.

Terrible experience! First I was told I would have to wait to order because there were two large orders ahead of me. When I was finally able to order I asked for two milk shakes. I was told there was no ice cream available. No ice cream available at Baskin Robbins?

Came here with the family Friday night for dessert. The kids wanted single scoop of ice cream. First off, they were out of oreo ice cream, which I can understand happens, nonetheless it was disappointing to the kids since that is their favorite flavor. Picked another flavor and the girl working behind the counter scooped up two of the smallest single scoops Ive ever seen. No joke, I honestly could have scooped up more in a single scoop with a kitchen spoon. The kids were like seriously?. Carry on to my order, a single scoop warm cookie sunday. Not only was it a tiny scoop, the cookies were hard, dry and not warmed. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling it a warm cookie Sunday doesnt it? Not sure if its this locations policy to be cheap with scoop sizes or if the girl just sucked but we will probably drive further and go to Cold Stone in the future.

Not good. Waited 10 mins before someone took our order then the guy never heard of a strawberry sundae before. Pointed on the menu and he still said no

TERRIBLE customer service. Rude employees. Dirty facility. They didn’t even have cholate ice cream because it was “frozen” and needed to thaw over night. Same situation with regular strawberry ice cream. When I asked to cancel my order before I even paid it finished telling her my order the girl at the window responds with “Are you serious?”. Well yea if you don’t even have regular chocolate ice cream, I’ll go somewhere else. This was the second time I’ve been here. During the 1st experience I noticed how dirty the place was. I forgot about that experience and came back months later. I drove through the drive thru this time. Terrible employees who are rude and cannot provide basic requests. I mean, it’s just ice cream... How can you fail at that?... Oldsmar Baskin Robbins off Tampa Rd. sure can though...

Bought ice cream here with my kid, thought it would be better treat then the Checkers at walmart that I usually take him to down the street. I was very wrong. The over priced cones were stale and the ice cream old. Big mistake coming here! Sticking to Checkers from now on.

We r not from this area so we googled the closest Baskin Robbins, this is the one i found google said open 24 hours . We walk in about 9:50pm and ordered 2 ice creams, first the manager said we dont have mint chocolate chip which we saw in the case, he finally agreed to make it . Then we go sit down to eat our ice cream and about 5 mins later he says just so you know the lobby closes in 1 minute ?? Wth ? We already ordered u think we could of finished, although workers had their friends in the lobby hangging out as of 10:15 they were still there when we left the parking lot ! Very very rude workers we will never go back !!

Waited 5 minutes in drive through, when we pulled up to the window the young lady looked like she just woke up.

Great ICE cream!

So..i havent had any ice cream in over 2 years..stomach..old lady..you get it..i cave..order a 2 scoop sundae i get ice cream, they dont have any whip cream, no peanut butter sauce, and watered down chocolate syrup which i didnt even ask for..so very disappointed.

Workers are nice but this location is the worst Ive been too, mainly time and quality
