Really easy payment options, they are quite friendly in the office. Its just like any other bill, just pay it on time and youll always have water.I do wish they included a trash service.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. It is 2021. Trying to set up auto pay is like pulling teeth having to send paper documentation. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service.
They will disconnect you in a heartbeat. They dont care about the people, just the money. Pay on time or else. No sympathy for 1000s of people struggling during covid-19. Shame to ruin such a beautiful city being greedy.
Even after having proof that my identity/card information was stolen, I was charged insufficient funds fees.. twice. Unfortunately I can’t go to another service for water and they know it.
I made a payment online giving my account number And routing number apparently something went wrong And the payment didnt go threw. However instead of emailing me or calling me too fix the problem right away cause you are made to give this information so i know they have it. They charge me a 35$ nsf fee! This was not a nsf it was glitch in the system And too charge me this fee which almost doubled my bill i believe is a suckers way of getting more money. I think these people should have called and given me a chance to resend my info instead of charging me And sending me a notice by mail.
They do great job. Keep the water flowing
