This gas station is garbage, it obviously needs new management asap.

Rude customer service. 3:35pm on 3/22. Lady definitely needs to be let go behind the counter.

We were from out of town, it was late, we were tired after our sons hockey game and on the hunt for ice cream. David was personable and helpful.

Gas pumps are horrible 😫 buttons dont work bet your older customers love them

Used to be quick and good but now seems to be cutting quality. Pumps take forever to finish fueling and for the last 4 times I had to step inside to pay up even with a credit card. Let me know if somebody felt that they were charged for more gas than what their fuel indicator said - I had a suspicion last time but will try to confirm if I see it the next time.

Restrooms both closed and cashier is standing outside smoking a cigarette at the door. Disgusting trash hole excuse for a convenience store.

Went in to your establishment this evening at 11:50 PM to get coffee chocolate milk and cheese sticks. The cashier David was acting very rude. When my son asked for the name of the manager David’s reply was Jack me off was the guys name was the man’s name who was the manager. As an older woman I was very insulted by his comment.

The gas e85 pump #12 water in side,mix when gas.check the gas please.

5:30 am the Cashier wasn’t wearing a face mask while waiting on customers

Ive been going to Thorntons for a while. Been to several stores. The one I visit most is on Tampa rd. Oldsmar. Since the management change Ive found myself going there less and less. The management team is aware of employees doing illegal activities as well as behaving like an employee not management. There are a couple of employees, an older lady and a tall guy that seem to know more than management . As an older female I do not think its appropriate nor do I feel comfortable going here anymore. There are much better run stores, but I think Im going back to my old regular....Was as.

The general manager is a PERV, if they don’t get Reid if him, then people need to see how much of a perv he isFrom a ANGRY CUSTOMER
