George the store manager and Janet was great thank you so much excellent customer service. The team is always helpful.

The manager went our of his way to help me find something then suggested the same item different manufacture and it was on sale!

I walked in to purchase a bottle of aspirin and not to my surprise, no one was at the register. When ever I am at a store I like to scan my own Item from the customer side of the counter to see if it works. Two employees were standing around talking and when they heard the beep, she wrapped up the conversation before heading over. She rang me out I told her thank you have a nice day, and just as I got outside I heard some comment. I came back inside and said Im sorry? She said rudely, Dont try to ring up your own Items next time or you will get in trouble I said Ok next time I will go to jail and I left. I didnt hear nor do I remember if she responded. the store was cluttered and dirty and stock was still not put away, and this lady has the audacity to scrutinize the silly thing I did. I hope that she realizes that if she was doing her job and not gossiping with a coworker that I would not have been able to scan my own item because she would have been there to do it. I also hope its in the back of her mind that if there were robots that could stock the shelves, she would not have a Job. I was in such a good mood when I went in, and was immediately furious after.

Pretty good store but getting in is easy but out all depends on which way you need to go. But store is nice.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Stopped here with zero time looking for 2 items (coca-cola) energy drink and the Honey Cheerios (small cup) and you didnt have it. Other CVS locations do. Went across the street to Walgreens and walked out with what I needed...not cool

Pharmacy- when calling- placed on hold for a minute or two, which is understandable as they could be busy.. otherwise not very good experiences with cvs pharmacy. The lack of professionalism & consideration. Unsure if she was upset or having a bad day, but she carried herself as a teenager.

Shelves are half empty.

Very helpful staff. Usually very considerate. Love the minute clinic been using that urgent care since it opened almost 10 years ago. Its a wonderful all in one place.

The staff in the pharmacy as well as the store are the friendliest people I’ve eve met! They know us by name and ALWAYS greet everyone as they walk through the door.

This is the least empathetic pharmacy staff Ive ever encountered. Everyone I have dealt with has either been unfriendly or inept. My insurance forces me to use CVS and it is nightmare everytime. Ive used the one at Boot Ranch and they seem much better but it is way out of my way. Do yourself a favor and go to any other CVS or better yet any other pharmacy chain and save yourself the headache.

The girls in the pharmacy were great, informative and helped me save money on my prescriptions.

I have been filling my son’s my daughters and my prescriptions at this location for over 3 years. It is horrific almost Every single time. The Pharmacy has phone wait times over 15 mins and there is always an issue getting my prescriptions filled, insurances issues ... I don’t even know where to begin. The employees actually complain to my husband and I regarding having “no staff “ on a friday night and that’s why they can’t answer the phone or fill my child’s script?! I luckily can switch pharmacies to Walgreens as my insurance allows for that, unfortunately my children’s insurance is contracted Only through CVS so we are stuck with this ridiculous pharmacy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy in my life

Called pharmacy to ask about my prescription..& new insurance cardput on hold 3x...finally after 3 long waits..speak to charlene..totally unhelpful & rude ..my pharmacy questions, never answered....asked for manager..left number..NEVER RETURNED CALL!!!simply, horrible customer service..TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Horrible yesterday with the pharmacy Janette was her name..she hang up the phone on me without telling about my son medication is they gonna transfer to other CVS. Planning to xhange pharmacy.

Very nice people but the automated phone calls from the pharmacy is very frustrating!!! It keeps calling to tell me that prescriptions are ready but more often than not, theyre not ready! I waste so much time on this every month! They need to fix their system!

Was my first time here. Kathleen the on shift member did not seem to be happy for some reason.

The pharmacy is so slow. Their hours are inconvenient (9am open?) so I cant get a prescription on my way to work. Waited 15 minutes to hear if they had a medicine in stock, never got the answer.
