I am new to the area and was so happy to find a UPS store so conveniently located. I have been to this one several times and am very impressed with the fast and thoroughly complete service they provide. Happy to recommend them for fair pricing and a quality experience.
I needed to shred 9 pounds of documents, etc. I was 1st quoted the wrong price, another clerk helped by calling their boss on phone to honor a website coupon. The shred box is locked with a padlock which I found questionable. No smiles in this store but no telling what the employees had been through before me. Not open all day like an office supply store.
Rick was wonderful to work with....he took such amazing care in the packing of a family heirloom and I will forever be grateful for his extra time and attention to detail. It made the journey from Olathe to Tucson in a timely manner and without a blemish! Well done UPS and Rick!!!
I changed careers mid-pandemic. We also have a young child at home with pre-existing conditions so we minimized external store visits and have utilized home delivery and UPS return often. Because of limited facility access, my new position requires frequent mailing and printing. This store is near my home and I frequent it multiple times per month.This store and the people in it, particularly Meagan, who is predominantly the face of customer service, have been nothing short of exceptional. She is incredibly personable and always wants to help. I have first hand seen her be treated terribly by other customers and respond to them with respectful kindness. This was particularly noticeable as irritation became high with shipping delays the entire world is experiencing, which are obviously out of her control. I have also witnessed her twice help elderly patrons with their technology in order to perform the task at hand, her compassion and empathy was contagious.The world needs more Meagans. Kudos to this store, it’s management and I hope they know our community is grateful.
Went to the store to drop off a package and pick up a package I get off work at 6pm the stores hours are posted as 630 pm both online and on the doors of the location for Mondays. Pulled up at 615 and the gates to the front and around the counters were pulled shut and no employees in sight 15 mins before closing. My trip in and out would have ended before closing time. Unfortunate that I had to make arrangements to get here before closing and was but wasnt able to be helped because the business doesnt follow their own hours.
If youre going to offer free shredding services, then the timely management of said services should be of importance. The locked bin is always full and its up to the the store to request it be serviced. In a pandemic, it seems like it would be better to have it on a weekly retrieval schedule....otherwise, stop have it in the store. Additionally, it doesnt look that secure and I think anyone could reach in and take documents when it is overstuffed.
Showed up at 6:21pm and they already closed the store even tho they dont close until 6:30.....all i had to do was drop off a package.
This place is terrible. People are rude. Do not honor shipping Contracts with major retailers who pay them good money to pack and ship returns for their customers. nope, if we pack it, you pay for it. I dont care what some corporate contract says. management is rude, and their long-haired female associate DESTROYED my packing slip and shipping label when I said I was going to go to another ups store that DID honor their Contracts and would never be back to this one again.THEY EVEN HAVE A SELF-MADE SIGN POSTED ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS BE A KIND HUMAN.Clearly they dont follow their own advice.DO NOT GO HERE.
I am grateful for this store and the services they provide! They are friendly, fast, efficient and have gone out of their way to help me solve a shipping issue or two. I also have my business mail box at this store. They are always willing to grab the mail for us if we stop in without a key. Andrea and Megan are always happy to help with whatever!
Ive gone to this location many times through out the years.In my experience the staff is always friendly and courteous.When Ive gone there, its usually for Amazon returns. Some returns require a box ready to go. Sometimes its just a scan on my phone and they take care of the rest. It really depends on the item youre returning.The cellphone coverage isnt the strongest, I make sure to pull anything up thats needed before hand, and save a screenshot to my phone.
I had quite the experience at this store last weekend. According to the sign at the store and Google, this store opens at 9. I get there a tad early and decide to wait in my car. Around 9:07 I thought I’d walk up to the window. Maybe the store opened and I just didn’t notice. Another customer walks up with me. We knock, thinking someone might be in the back. Keep in mind, it’s below freezing, we want to come inside! Shortly after we walk up, the employee shows up and yells “don’t bother pounding it’s me. I can’t help you guys yet, I’ve got to get everything ready” then SLAMS THE DOOR in our face and makes us WAIT OUTSIDE in the cold while she opens the store. I get it, things happen. You’re late sometimes, people are grumpy in the mornings. We’ve all been there. But never ever EVER should you make customers wait outside in the cold (remember, freezing) because you are late to your job. Not our fault, be responsible. Invite us inside and apologize, no biggie. Whatever. I was at loss for words. My jaw dropped. What “KIND HUMAN” shuts two customers out of the store because they are irresponsible? Oh, Andrea does. Or at least that’s what she said her name was. She is so far from a “nice human”, like your sign says. She was more like a rude and inconsiderate human. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely insane. The unfortunate thing, I know nothing will happen about it and she will continue to treat others like she treated us. I’m really sad for her because it takes a lot to treat someone else with this much disrespect. Maybe she needs some refreshers on what it means to be kind.
While I was shipping a package at this store today, a non-English speaking gentleman came in to pick up a pkg. He was politely informed the pkg was being shipped by USPS and he needed to go there instead. He was quite confused and it was explained to him once again. He looked so dejected when leaving that Misty called him back to the counter and showed him on his phone how to get ahold of USPS and showed him his pkg would be delivered tomorrow. Although it’s hard to see a smile underneath COVID masks, his eyes were twinkling as he departed. Going way above and beyond, great customer service was afforded a gentleman who was not even a customer. Love this store and found out today they notarize as well!
Ive always used this store and have found everyone to be professional and courteous. Its a very busy store, but they get the job done. Thankful that theyre my neighborhood UPS store!
I have never had any issues when I have gone to this location. They are always friendly and welcoming. I would rather buy stamps and mail letters here then the post office!
TO THE OWNER,I needed to return a Amazon package so I stopped by the store to drop it of Thursday 6-4-20, around 5pm. When I went to open the box to show the Amazon return info, she said I did not need to do that...in a rude tone and unhappy look . Then when it took me a few seconds to open my phone so she could scan the barcode..she gave me the look and made a huffing sound. After she scanned the code she gave me a receipt without saying anything. I left with the strong impression she thought I was a nuisance rather than a customer. Next time I will go to the UPS store father away. They are polite and friendly.P.S. When I went to write my review I noticed there has been several other reviews, similar to mine, for the past several months. Curious as to why this behavior has been allowed to continue? I also work in the Customer Service industry myself and found that customers who are offended, WILL take their business elsewhere.
Called and Andrea was very rude. She laughed when I asked a question then hung up on me. People like her should not be representing a business. This is your job and should be accommodating to the customers.
January 9, 2019It is 8:00 and there is no sign of anyone opening the store. I come here rarely, but this is the second time it has not been open on time in 4 months. Location is convenient for morning errands, but not when I have to wait more than 30 minutes for them to open. There have been five other people pull up or walk up to the door expecting the store to be open this morning. It is still not open at 8:30.September 2018Its 8:11 am. Store is supposed to open at 8. No one inside, all locked up and closed. Even when they are open, theyre not real anxious to do their job.
When the owner is there it’s great. There is a brunette with long hair that is a ruse as rude can come. I was doing an Amazon return and had two pieces of paper. A shipping label and one with another barcode that said include in the package in case the shipping label gets damaged. I asked her to put it in the box and she said it’s nothing. I said ok, I thought it was because it says to include. She then responded don’t tell me how to f’n do my job (abbreviated so it’s not blocked).
I love them! I have to mail things for work multiple time a month and it’s made easy and convenient for me. I love the staff and I’ll probably not mail from another store because of the relationship I have built!!
Went to this UPS store yesterday and the girls (wish I would have grabbed their names) were professional, fast and courteous! Will use this store again!
I really wish the old manager was still there, she was amazing. This new one has an attitude, could care less of customers are happy, was too busy with her boyfriend the other day when I tried to get help, and had an attitude again this morning when I came back for the same problem. Never had an issue here before but I won’t be back.
Honesty one of the best stores in this whole world when I walk in I feel welcomed. Every time I come in there I get the biggest smile from Sam (One of the hardest workers I have seen) I have seen her working with 3 people at the same time and leaving them satisfied If I could give this lady a raise I would.
The staff is always friendly and helpful 🙂
I had a package delivered at 11:21 AM this morning, when a family member went to pick up our mail at 3:20 PM, there was no package slip in our mailbox, so they didnt know we had a package. When he came home without it I called the UPS store. After getting a busy signal 4 times, I finally got through on the fifth attempt and was immediately put on hold. No one said hello, they just put me on hold. I was then taken off hold and put back on several times, with no one saying anything in between pick ups. It seemed like someone was just learning how to use the phone. When they finally picked up and spoke to me they asked why the person getting the mail didnt ask for the package, like this was my fault for not telling my whole family I was expecting a package. I expected a slip in the mailbox. Why do I have to justify myself? Not my best experience with UPS.
Should open at 8:00 am on Monday. It is 8:11 am now. Placed is closed. This is something that is the norm most days. Get real help.
I come in here a lot and the girls here are so nice and joke around and make it feel very welcoming! They have helped me a lot when i need things done correctly efficiently.

Terrible customer service. Rep cussed inappropriately and was not going to look up my tracking number for my package. It was to be shipped to my house. Never got a note of missed but tracking number advised it was at the location. She kept making excuses for not looking at the system for me and refused to provide ideal customer service. She denied my service with my over $300 dollar insurance covered package. And delayed delivery.
The gentlemen at the counter helped me tape up a box and was generally fast and helpful.
Rude and hung up on me twice without even asking for name or tracking number, so it was obvious that they had NO intention of helping.
I go to UPS Stores several times a month. My favorite UPS Store is that 159th and murlen in Olathe. The people at the 159th Street store are always very professional and kind. They even chit chat with you and make sure everything is up to your standards. Unfortunately today I was closer to the 135th and Parker UPS store and he was very unaccommodating and I will never be coming back.
Took time to get here by 8 and no one is here. I’ll be finding a new location. 😕
