For an item that is 1 lb .35 Oz to ship to Fort Lauderdale FL was $67 a golf shaft. They give you on pricing like you cant believe - I will never use FedEx again.I will from now on use UPS the second time this has happened from this location. They must make a commission at the counter and I even had an account. Not to mention there was only one person working and I had to stand and wait for 12 minutes.:(

Almost would not give me packages I was having held because I didn’t have proof of mailing address. I brought in ID, business credit card, business brochure and was wearing business shirt! I had tracking email. And I’d regularly picked up packages here before. I had to dig through paperwork and show her multiple stuff. I’m glad they protect from fraud but this was WAY OVERKILL Will use another location in the future.

Ive had pretty good luck at all FedEx locations but this one seems to go above and beyond every time Ive had a package to ship making sure I get the best price possible. shorter middle-aged lady is extremely nice and accommodating five stars for sure.

Their service is great and I was pleased. The lady who helped me (didn’t get her name) was very nice! Printing service was surprisingly way cheaper than officemax. I’m going to continue coming here from now on.

This store is the worst fedex Ive been to. staff is unknowledgable on there services and always refuse to ship my packages. Just now stood there while the girls on there phones for Several minutes before even getting acknowledged. I will continue go to blacckbob store instead

Ive been to several FedEx locations in the area, but in my experience, I have found this location to be the most convenient and have found the employees to be helpful and not condescending (unlike other locations). During my last few visits to this location, Corinne provided exceptional customer service. If FedEx really values customer service, then she should definitely get a raise and be considered for a promotion if she desires one.

Extremely friendly service, sometimes they get a little busy so ya gotta plan accordingly and not demand miracles.

I called first to ask a question: The lady whom I spoke with was very polite, patient and answered my questions. She also was polite in her hang-up (I come from the north East and have noticed the courtesy level of the end of phone calls within Mid-Western businesses are rushed, tone of voice change and not well mannered regarding saying the word Bye or Thank you or Have a great day ) This woman, was very nice and had great customer service. When I walked in, I was greeted from afar by an employee, who took a second out of his time to greet me, then continued on with helping the current customer he was with. He did this in a manner that was not overbearing and polite to both me and the customer whom he was with.

I noticed that the word file I was trying to print wasn’t showing properly in the preview. JT helped out and, hearing how I had had an issue like this before, took care of my 2 pages to print and didn’t charge me. FedEx office has the best quality of printing and the service matches the quality.

Nearly every time I try to drop off a package at a FedEx store they come up with an excuse why my packaging is inadequate and that they need to repack it for a fee. I have an eBay store and ship over 1000 packages via FedEx & USPS each year. My damaged Shipping goods is around 1.7%. Im pretty good at packing my items Ive sold. Quit making excuses why you need to repack my packages. All I do then is take the same package to FedEx on Front Street and they take the exact same package and it gets shipped safely and securley to its destination. Dont waiste your time visiting this store theyll want to charge you an arm and a leg for an unneeded service.

Great service! Would have given 5 stars but the toner in the fax machine was low and the employees stated that they are not allowed to change it until it wont work at all.

Agree -- worst customer service. The girls that wait on me was rude and told me she couldnt help. I took the exact order to the Fed Ex on Black Bob. They did it in minutes and were kind and respectful. I went back another time to make copies and the machine messed up. When I told the guy at the front desk, he was rude and not helpful. This store needs help from management!!!

Customer service was okay. The only thing was that they were a lot more expensive than I though they would be on a lot of their services.

My fiance and I went in to try and get address labels printed, nothing special just some very basic labels. The first woman working said they didnt do them house, and pointed us to some labels on the shelf. So we decided to leave, but on our way out Marilou stopped us and asked us what we requested. We told her and she said no problem and help get us the labels we need.
