The customer service experience at the copy center was great. This store is always clean and well organized. I brought in a bag of documents to be shredded. I guess you have to trust theyll make it into a shred box. Ive never had a problem and dont anticipate one, now.

I had a great experience at this store! Kurt was very helpful and made sure that I got whatever I needed. He laid out all of my options so I would know what would work best. He spent a lot of time finding what I needed. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you Kurt for all of your help!

My Fiance needed to use the restroom while at this location. The restroom was all the way to the back of the store. My fiance informed me that the restroom was awful, There was no sanitizer, the toilets havent been cleaned and the restroom was generally filthy. Upon asking the associate at the front desk about this issue, he appeared completely uninterested in what she had to say when stating her concerns about the restroom. He stared at monitor and said over the radio that the restroom needed to be cleaned. The manager walked by and stated that they would get to it after the employee restroom was cleaned. I figured they would want the customer facilities ready to go first as the customers are the most important part of any business, but I guess thats what I get for thinking, huh? Anywho, please make sure the restrooms are clean, especially in this day and age. Nobody wants to catch herpagonasyphilaids from your toilets. Thank you.

In the last three months, the two times that I have been to Office Max there has been no one to help me. However, both times there were three male employees standing in the office furniture area having a great debate about something. Maybe they could watch for customers and resume their debate after all have been helped.

Got greeted by an employee at the front door smoking a cigarette, did my shopping, got to the register and the gentlemen behind the counter seemed as though he was irritated that he had to assist me. Definitely a memorable experience, and definitely will go out of my way to never go back to that location.

OfficeDepot/OfficeMax are a great place to get small electronics and technology items for a great price. In the days where Walmart and Best Buy dominate the market, its nice to have another option. I bet more people would shop here if they did more advertising.

Excellent service in the Office Max sign and print shop in the 119th Street store! I almost always get Stephanie Pratt in customer service and I am so thankful. She knows her stuff! There isnt anything she cant do or figure out when it comes to sign shop jobs. Her experience and expertise is invaluable. I always appreciate her help and suggestions. Every project or job of mine thats come out of this shop has left me completely satisfied and a very happy camper.

Had an issue with a print job here, but Cameron took care of it. Excellent customer service to make sure I got my job done when I needed it. Staff at the print counter was knowledgeable for max binding sizes and recommended splitting a large order into two bindings to allow for more easy page turning.

Stopped by to buy a computer chair that was on sale. Lots of choices, but took a bit to find what I was seeking, since help was not readily available. Pretty good prices though. I will shop here again.

Brandon in the print and copy center is super nice and efficient. My copy project was last minute and Brandon kindly got it done very quickly. Great guy and customer service.

Once again this OfficeMax is the WORST AT customer service! I walk in and there is NO ONE else at the print center so I ask the guy behind the counter if he can print out two prints for me and he tells me two hours! Now I would understand if it was big order but I know from Experience that it literally takes two minutes to pull the email up and to hit the print tab! So I ask to speak with the manager (Mike) and he tells me the same thing that they have all these big orders. So what your telling me is the two copies need to wait behind the orders of hundreds! We are talking about two minutes of your time and I explained they were for a job that I needed now. Please... this is ridiculous! Two minutes of your time! What BS!

I frequent this office max location. The staff is always very friendly and everything is easy to find. Store is well kept and they always have good finds on clearance.

Went there to buy a laptop and was disappointed that they didnt stock very many. Had to ordered one that you wanted. I could have done that at home if I had wanted to.

Highly recommend. Awesome staff, gave me a sweet deal on my office chair.

I know other people said that they had poor customer service, but in my experience, I was greeted soon after I entered while I was browsing through the office chairs. They have a fair selection. I chose one, and the guy who greeted me got it from the back and brought it out to my car after I paid for it. He was very helpful!

Everyone was friendly and easy to communicate with. School supplies were not as easy to find as I thought. Overall, clean and nice.

Print Center Specifically:If I could give no stars I would. Needed a research poster printed as a 24x36. They lost my first print and told me they wouldnt be able to have another one ready until the next day. I come back the next day and the poster doesnt look like what they showed me would be printed. They wouldnt do anything to fix the problem and the man even raised his voice at me telling me they bent over backwards....except they lost the first one and got the second one wrong. Took my business to Staples where they were able to have my poster printed in an hour!

The people who work in the FedEx department are not trained and clueless. Too bad you cant rate them 0. Dont waste your time.

Just got GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Amanda. Helped me find a great chair, told me about their extended care package, provided best price and she even helped me load it in the car!

Terrible and embarrassing. My husband and I stopped her on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a package to be shipped via Fedex smart post. They couldnt figure out how to scan it to provide a receipt so we left after wasting 20+ minutes and having 3 people try.

Clean, and helpful people. Not too crowded and well stocked.

The copy/print center, specifically.Pros: seems cheaper than going to a FedEx print store?Cons: that is, cheaper if you can find the pricing guide, and if you keep an eye on the people ringing you up. Noticeably overcharged on two of two copy items (both times charged for more prints than were done). Caught the first one before left the counter, the second one later - second wasnt worth the hassle went through with the first one.Also, significant wait time, and employee (helping me, anyway) more interested in chit-chatting war stories from the late night copy center with fellows than paying attention to their jobs.Yea, dont think it was worth the savings.

Went in with some friends to buy some keyboards, and immediately the manager was following us and basically breathing down our backs. So of course we asked if he had a problem with us, and he said I only have problems with people who come in our store and dont buy anything. We just ignored him because there were some nice keyboards. But then when we were walking to the checkout he tells us that hes calling the cops. The store has very few staff, very unhelpful virgin manager, and a poorly constructed facility in general. I would rate negative if I could.

Some of the most helpful ppl Ive ever met. I got married in May 2016 and Abe the gentleman in the printing went above and beyond to help me with ALL my many print orders (and it was several orders...lol). I was able to get most of my bulk print items done within a couple of days. This was truly a weight lifted off my shoulders...as I created and had printed my invitations, rsvp cards, tent cards, seating chart and wedding program. They turned out beautifully. This OfficeMax really helped make my wedding day come together seamlessly! Thank you, again.

I ordered buisness cards on a monday and told I could pay for them when I pick them up. Then saturday I get a message to stop by the store. I drove 30 min to the store to be told that I have to pay for them first and now over a week after that and still no buisness cards!!! I wont do buisness there again or any office max for that matter. There are too many other places I can go that want to make their customers happy.

Slowest service ever. I come here often due to proximity to office and I typically spend over an hour printing 3-5 files.

People are very lazy at this location. While we walked around the store all of the employees stood at the front talking and not paying any attention to us. Stuff is in the general location of where it should be, but its quite messy and disorganized on the shelves. Even with so few customers.

Just stood in line forever to make copies while the other employees were standing around talking, took me forever. Ridiculous. Brandon was the only one working in the whole store.

They never seem to have what you would expect in an office supply place. Staff is never willing to help and when you approach with a question they look bothered and offended that you are talking to them
