My favorite pralines & cream with Carmel sauce. Yummy, no I dont need it but when having an done something that helps someone else, or just having a calm, peaceful day, do something to make You happy. You are worth it.

I ❤️ Baskin Robins. Everyone there is so nice and efficient!😄 A girl with curly hair recommended what she called the “whopper drink”. It’s a chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream. Super delicious!😋 I would also recommend the mocha cappuccino blast with Carmel Macchiato ice cream!☕️ It’s so yummy and the sizes for drinks are amazing for the prices (way better than Starbucks).🤪 Definitely stop at this location because all the staff are so friendly!!😁

Excellent place. I like the place they are. Quiet place and not near the road yet very accessible so that kids can sit outside and eat too. They have a drive way. So problem of getting ice cream in winter solved. Good customer service and kids friendly. Will come here again. They definitely love giving out coupons for customers.

For a traveller this was a nice little stop right off the highway after we had supper. This is a nice ice cream shop with friendly staff. My wife and I were very happy that we stopped in. Thanks to the staff.

Love the different varieties of ice cream this store has. If you have never tried a flavor, you can sample a spoon of it here with no charge. They offer more than one kind of cone to put your favorite flavor of ice cream in as well. There is so many different ways of getting ice cream here like ; shakes,sundaes,cones or in a bowl.

I just left 5 minutes ago. I ordered 1 scoop of cherry jubilee. When I got it I had 2 licks off it and didnt like it because it was melted. I asked the young redhead girl with freckles for a different one since I dont like melted ice cream(the freezer must be not working well). She had the nerve to tell me i would have to buy another one! Horrible customer service. I wasnt trying to get something for free. That was unbelievable.

The place definitely needs to be updated and remodeled. For starters, it needs to be cleaned. There were used napkins and cups/spoons all over the corner table and floor. There was visible dirt everywhere.. The place looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. To add to these concerns, they weighed my ice cream cups before I purchased. The cashier had apparently filled my cup over the weight and took some out. I mean come on, how much of a loss is the manager/owner going to lose if the employee gives me a little extra that I am apparently over paying for anyways.I can honestly say I had to force myself to use my gift card at this place. Thankfully, I will never have to return.

I liked this place. Their German chocolate cake ice cream is really good. The only thing to make it better is if it were a local business. The good thing about baskin Robbins is the consistency across the country. Its nice knowing there is always a place with quality ice cream near by. I have a gift card to BR, but after it is through Ill probably stick with Sylas and Maddys. Unless Im far from sylas and next to a BR and Im dying for some ice cream.

Ice cream...this place is nice, clean. The staff is nice, someone wears too much cologne. Good selection of ice cream. Only the cost of the items, be ready, if youre not coming alone...just in case.

Does not answer phone & answering machine does not identify business name. Have tried on 3 different occasions to custom order items. I called multiple times but they never answer. Not leaving my personal phone number on an answering machine that does not identify the business. I will continue to give my business to Mission location that will answer their phone!

Im giving 1 star so I can reply. The 2 girls working on Friday nite, one redhead were EXTREMELY rude and ungrateful to have a job! They are hateful, no thank yous, no smile, act like theyre being punished to help you! Not a pleasant experience for getting ice cream after dinner! Ill go to 95th St next time, the extra drive will be worth it.

The ice cream is great. But the worker that was their when I went was horrible. I don’t think I will ever go back. To me you sell your product by your service to your customer. The guy taking my order was tapping the ice cream scoop on the water container while I making a decision on what ice cream to get. He had the most awful attitude ever!!! Never again I would much rather go to Sylas and Mandy’s right a across the street!

We had a horrible customer service experience. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, we got to the speaker to order. They took at least another 10 minutes to attempt to take our order. He asked us to pull up to the window to place our order, which did not seem like an issue; hiwever I tried to order my daughter a sundae with the strawberry topping. The man told me he could get me a strawberry shake, but he didnt know what it was that we wanted unless I had the exact name of the menu item from the board. I explained the menu said there are sundaes that you pick the number of scoops and the toppings, which had strawberries listed. He said he wouldnt help me because if he makes the wrong thing he is not going to take it back. I wanted a simple sundae with strawberries for the topping. I couldnt believe that after it was all said and done I had been there for over 30 minutes and had to leave without getting my kids ice cream. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We are never going back there and recommend everyone else do the same.

I have been going to the Olathe Baskin Robbins in Olathe on Strangline road religiously for almost a year. the service has been horrible the last month and watch out for the scale on the counter, they are now weighing and making all the scoops extremely small. I have had multiple bad experiences for the last month with their customer service and their smaller scoops each time I go. I will never go back to this Baskin Robbins again. I will now take my business to Cold Stone where you get what you pay for.

Stingy company, dont waste your time go to orange leaf instead. They are behind in technology. You cant show a coupon on your phone it must be printed out. A fact that isnt stated anywhere on the coupon. I was denied my birthday scoop. I wont ever visit another br location.

Overall, this Baskin Robbins is decent. When I came in, there was an awful smell that smells musty and rusty, like a leaking pipe. The ice creams in the containers look like the have melted and refrozen again. The ice cream itself is pretty good. The atmosphere is okay, but the customer service isnt the best. One employee when we walked in greeted us while on his phone, and then went into the back and left us standing there for a couple of minutes. Another employee came from the back to serve us, and he came back once we were checking out asking her if she got it. They are a bit snippy and come off like they dont want to serve you, to get the job done with as fast as possible, and then to get you out of the door.The prices are high for what you get, but coupons can help.Also, the drive-thru menu is completely faded making it unreadable, so I wouldnt try with that.

Ice cream was good. Employee was a little rude, and the experience was uncomfortable. No, I did not ask to sample anything. I took less than 30 seconds to make a decision, and I was not blocking anyone elses way, but still felt like an inconvenience. I would agree with other reviewers on this location.

Frequent other Baskin Robbins very often so while in this area decided to stop here. They attempted first to give me less than I asked for per their own scale and attempted to charge me almost $10 for 4 ice cream scoops. A quart is only $9 and I had no where near that amount. When I asked if they could put back part of the ice cream as the other stores I go to usually charge the 4th scoop as an extra scoop. The owner refused. He offered to take off a dollar but continued raising his voice at me asking if I couldnt read the sign where the prices were. Again I tried to explain my shock was due to not paying that at other stores. He continued being rude so I just asked if he could give me back my money and I would go. He gave it to me and told me next time to pay attention then proceeded again to point to the price signs. I noticed the price for the quarts at this point and asked if i had more or less than a quart. He grabbed an empty quart and said this is bigger than what you have. So then i asked him why is it cheaper than? Can you just put mine in thete with more ice cream to make a hand packed quart and Ill buy that. He yelled at me to be quiet and wait my turn then proceeded to throw the already scooped ice cream in the trash while telling me to shoo and go away.

Ive always supported this establishment. The owners are nice. Tonight however ruined it all. Ordered a three scoop sundae to share. Young man handed me the cup. I paid $6.01 an left. After removing the whip cream there wwre 2 little dabs od ice cream in the bottom. No it didnt melt. It was about 2 tablespoons. It ruined my night. I dont mind the weighing, thw smaller scoops for the higher price. I do mind 2 drops for $6.00. Maybe its time to go to dairy queen, sheridans, culvers or silas & maddys.
