My boyfriend and I were coming in to grab some drinks on our way out of town and while we were inside the manager named Jesse I believe (my boyfriend saw his name, I didn’t get a chance to look) was screaming from the register at one of his employees behind the kitchen counter. I don’t know what the issue was or the circumstances obviously but as a managers of several years (my bf and I) it was completely inappropriate behavior in the workplace. ESPECIALLY in front of guests coming into your store having to witness and listen to that while trying to get what they need and leave. It was apparent that said employee was talking back as well but for the most part he was just trying to do what he was being asked to even if he wasn’t reacting in the best way. As managers we are supposed to coach our team not belittle and scream at them or you push your employees away. I have always had a very good experience at this location and my boyfriend and I are shocked at what we saw tonight. I never ever usually write reviews in general but I felt as though this needed to be spoken about.

Love this location. Staff are awesome! As with most Quick Trips, there is a huge selection of pumps, food is great, and a great location. Go here!

Been using this QT for years now, always good staff handling busy hours and keeping everything clean. Never have issues!

Paid for two one liter nestle waters through quick trip app for on lot pickup the gave me one one liter water and one twenty three ounce water. The guy that brought my order out didn’t even mention it. I got home and realized it. Tried to call store. Of course I got no answer

1/27/21 10:30pm Main cashier not wearing a mask. Essential business get to stay open with no restrictions because they are essential. Everyone needs to go to the grocery store and gas station. If she has a med cond then why not have her work one of the other jobs like stocking? Think of how many people this person will come within 6 feet contact per shift. Her medical condition exemption means she should be out of the main traffic area. Why is Qtrip failing?

The middle aged glasses wearing cashier at no point wore a mask to ight. She had a blue hair clip at exactly 6:57pm l(12/24/20)for reference. This is not technically legal in KS for any food serving establishment. Why is she allowed to do this?

Ordered using the QuikTrip app. Got on lot pick up. I ordered a Diet Pepsi among other things only to get home and realize they gave me a regular Pepsi. Could have been an honest mistake but should not have happened

Cashier not wearing a mask and saw 6 customers not wearing masks. Due to a medical condition Im high risk for covid, but that doesnt mean I can just drop everything and stay inside for years. Guess I wont be returning.

QuikTrip staff not wearing masks. When clearly they have signs says it is mandatory on their doors

Went in today about 3 pm and the cashier was not wearing a 😷 mask!!I thought QT was better than this!

Fast service and clean QT. Would be nice to have the street exit reworked as it makes it difficult to exit onto 119th going east

QuikTrip is always a quality stop and I usually hit several different locations in a week. The staff here are truly the best. I usually stop in Wednesday and Thursday nights and I am always greeted and helped by friendly people.

They move all the items in the roller grill to the ready to sell point without checking the temperature of any of the food items. How do they know that the food has reached the proper temperature of 165 degrees? Gross and a very easy way to cause food borne illness.

It was clean but this morning I treated myself to a almost 4 dollar drink from kitchen. There was two workers trying to find lids. It took couple minutes so my drink was not so hot any more. When the girl came to put lid on I was really nice after waited a while and asked if she could stir my mocha so the chocolate was off the bottom. She went to the back grabbed a large spoon and put it in my drink stirring once and put it on the counter and walked away. This is one thing out of all the times I go in mornings after dropping my husband off at work before I go to work.

We always seek out QT. They are the best. Like all the good snacks from muffins to hotdogs, lots of others too and all the flavors of ice teas! Gasoline is usually the best price in town!

Consistantly the worst quiktrip i have ever been too! The food is always awful and they forget half my order every other time im there!

Pumps arbitrarily shut off at $100. Thx for *most* of a tank of fuel and for wasting my time. 👎

This store is clean and well kept

Their sprinkler-covered cake donuts rival donuts from any donut shop. Get them early in the day, or you wont get them at all.
