I have used them for years, and while I miss pharmacists Sladja and Carol a lot- Inna has been awesome. She has been more than helpful, and they are always crazy busy. It means a lot that she will always take the time to help or answer questions.
Longest wait times. Never enough people in the pharmacy.

Bathrooms are poorly maintained no soap or towels. Picked up an item listed at 6 dollars we got to the counter it rung up as 17 and I asked the cashier about it he said it must have just been in the wrong place mind you there were about 20 boxes of this product behind the tag that said six dollars so unless it got misplaced 20 seperate times I am not quite sure how it was in the wrong place

I visited the store and needed help finding a binding to help treat my claw toe condition, and the manager of the place Danny, vaguely pointed me in the direction they were supposedly in, I spent a solid 20 minutes looking for a product that they didn’t even carry which I only found out after the pharmacist informed me. Go to a different pharmacy. They CONSISTENTLY short my husband of his prescriptions after calling him to tell him his script is ready or they wont have it at all (after a phone call alerting him that its ready). PAINFUL. There are so many other nearby pharmacies that have it together.
Beware!! Several items purchased had red tags advertising much reduced prices, if the Walgreens rewards are used. These items DI NOT ring up as reduced at the checkout. When I asked the cashier, of course she knew nothing about it. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
Im finally done with this location. The one female pharmacist there is so blatantly rude to customers its a surprise she still works there. Every time I have to deal with her is painful and slow. She doesnt care about the customers at all. The manager there is nice and all but I cant take the abuse anymore.
Very poor service. I transferred a prescription from CVS and did not hear from Walgreens for 3 days. I had to call then. Seems they contacted my insurance and were told it was not covered. They did not have the courtesy to call me with that information. Guess I need to find another pharmacy.
This place has shorted me on meds at least 3 times. When I call them nothing happens because it says that there should be 30 in the bottle so that means that I am a liar. I had hoped the first time that it would be a one time error but that has not been the case. Either their employees do not know basic math or one of them is stealing meds. I will be going to Hyvee from now on.
Just dont go to wallgreens pharmacy. You will eventually be bwry disappointed or un satisfied with them. Wallgreens also somehow manipulates the review web page to make them seem like they have good service.. just look at how old the dates are for there good reviews..you will be sorry for trying to use them for quality service...
Like another reviewer, I just switched to HyVee after spending literally 3 hours getting no service at their pharmacy. Dropped off a Rx in the AM and was told it would be 10 minutes. 330pm, I go back and am told I need a preauthorization after literally waiting in line for 45 minutes, when other pharmacies will call you and let you know. I Come back with a card for a free refill, and wait in line for 45 minutes again....and am told they wont take after waiting for the male pharmacist (for 15 minutes) to even look at the card. Ask for the Rx back, go to HyVee and, in 1 minute, find out what the problem is.While waiting in line 45 minutes the first time, while literally one person is waiting on a customer for 15 minutes....that customer had also dropped off her Rx in the AM, was told it would be 10 minutes, and now finds there is something wrong. I walk to the front of the line and tell the pharmacists and assistants that the line is literally down the aisle and they need more than 1 person checking. The assistant says a bunch of people quit today (not my problem....also doesnt explain why there are 3 people in the back leaving 1 to check).In addition, sent my son to Walgreens this AM to get orange juice. The orange juice is literally 1 month PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE. I also had to go back to return the EXPIRED orange juice. Another ordeal.It is a consumers world. After 10 plus years of using Walgreens, I am done. Anything is better than that.
Pretty standard compared to the other Walgreens locations Ive visited. The pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful.
Sign on door and website both say this location opens at 8am on Sunday, but when I stopped at 8:30am the one worker would not open the door. Took my business somewhere else today and will not be back!
Had to use the photo labs services today and lucky for me I ran into a very knowledgeable and helpful Blake along with his fellow associates. There were 2 girls with him and all 3 teamed up and helped me through my photo enlargement and print dilemma. I say dilemma because I didnt bring a very favorable file size with me and I made it quite difficult. They all met the challenge and after some trial & error, I left the store one relieved and happy customer. Its nice to see people that take there job seriously and go the extra mile to help a customer. Walgreens brass, if youre listening you have a winner with Blake and the two girls there (Im sorry I didnt get their names) but these are people that represent your company the way youd like. I just wanted to make the powers that be aware of the great experience that I had this evening!!!!!
The communication and service over all at the pharmacy at this location has been a problem for at least the last year and only seems to be getting worse.
Do not use this Walgreens as your pharmacy. It is a mess everytime I go. I get many of the same prescriptions for my kids every month (they have asthma and allergies). Nothing is ever ready on time and the techs seem incompetent. I am switching to HyVee, after being at this Walgreens for years.
I have used the pharmacy at this walgreens for the past year and a half, my experience has been 50/50, when they are nice and prompt it is usually through the drive thru, however when I have gone inside the ladies always have an attitude or do not even acknowledge that you are standing there, I went inside one night because I knew I was going to have a few extra questions and I had a new script, I walked up to the counter and there was no other customers around and the pharmacist and her assitant both kept typing and did not look at me once, after a few minutes I cleared my throat and the one closest to me rudely responded we will be right with you... wow... more recently I took my daughter to the Dr the other morning for a sports related injury, our Dr sent the prescription over electronically, it takes me about 15 mins to get to the walgreens and they open at 8am so I go in right when the doors are opening, again I walk to the counter and am not acknowledged right away by the lady (she is older with a pixie cut dark brown hair) someone pulls up to the drive thru and she bypasses me and helps them, she comes back to me and asks how she can help me and I tell her my Dr sent a prescription over for my daughter, right away she gets an attitude and responds I just opened I probably dont have it yet... okay lady obviously I know you just opened I can read, so I just give her a look and she then tells me it takes 15 mins or more its not instantaneous.. omg at this point I was about to go off on this lady, I am the customer and I did not even come in with an attitude all of that is neither needed or appreciated, I had to just walk out, I will call and get that script once I have calmed down... but really what would be a better response, maybe oh I am sorry I do not have that one yet, can I take your number and let you know once it gets here, or maybe I could even just ask your name and properly check my system for you information something other then her rude ass would have been nice. just rude for no reason.

Just like any other Walgreens and that is ok!
Rude employees. They obviously dont want to have to deal with families or interact with customers. Ill go down the street to CVS from now on.
