Went in there because I had a voucher for work. I rushed through because the girl who was supposed to be helping had an I dont care attitude. Yes, she was new and going through training, but she didnt really answer any questions and when I was told they didnt have my size, that was it. There was no offer of checking at another location or of even being able to have them delivered to their location. Honestly, I felt she was kind of rude. Only giving two stars because I went through work. If not, Id gladly give 1 star and never return.

Very let down with the level of customer service that was provided at this location. Called Nathan at KC and said he would get back with me but never fallowed threw, now I’m stuck with 250.00 pair of boots that I can’t wear.

Been going here for the last 6 years for work boots. Always very helpful and knowledgeable on new boots and wear. And are able to suggest what kind of boot I should try. Thats why I keep returning. Today there were several young kids, didnt really seem to be able to inform me or suggest new boots that I could try out. Told me to just look around.

Staff is wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived 20 minutes before close and tried on work shoes until just a few minutes before close, I let her know I’d not keep her late as I knew it was about closing time and she said it’s truly no problem. I found a perfect pair of work shoes and she let me know all of the warranty information for that particular pair as she knew exactly what it was and said if I were to have any problems they would actually help with with the warranty if I just brought them back in. I was shocked to see just how many work boots and shoes they had in stock and I tried at least 7 pair and they had my size in every one which is very rare. Bottom line - clean store, nice and very knowledgeable staff, willing to help in any way, had no problems staying late if required to help customers. Keep your money local and support small businesses, the service itself is worth it.

Went in to get set up with work pants and boots. Immediately was greeted by Brandon - the GM - who confirmed my PO and directed me to the different areas of the store. When I had no luck finding the pants I was needing, Brandon pointed me to the front of the store where they were actually on markdown, and when I went to checkout with what I thought were a good pair of boots, he recommended a pair that had received better response from his customers regarding their durability. Then he had a second pair of pants in my size transferred from another store and ordered three of the newer version of them from Carharrt. Brandon was a great example of customer service done right, and a reason I will continue to use E Edwards for my work wear needs.

I wish I could receive this service at every store I walk in. The two ladies were more than happy to assist me finding a work boot, even as it was nearing time to close. Being new to town I didnt know of many places to go. I feel like I lucked out finding a store with such selection, assistance, and wonderful experience. If I need work wear I know where I will be going!

This place is a joke. They sold my husband a pair of overpriced boots and told him to wear them for a couple of days and return them if they didnt fit well. When we went to return them they refused to take them back saying the leather was scuffed, even though it was scuffed when we bought them. The manager acted like he was better than us and was completely rude. Go anywhere but here! Bought boots at Bass Pro and they are amazing! Avoid the rude manager at all cost! He is all about making a dime and doesnt care at all about customer service!

Amazing customer service . One of the Ladys assisted me in finding a good pair of boots and recommended exactly what I was looking for in a work boot . I am very happy with my purchase of Thorogood boots from them and am confident these will last me years . Also, I purchased Carhartt jeans from their downtown location and they ended fitting a bit too baggy and the Gm at this location happily let me exchange them for the right size . From now on. We went to replace some boots that were only 34 days old and they wouldnt replace them. Never going here again, they used to be good.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES I was told I could return my shoes within 30 days if I was not satisfied. I wore the shoes ONE DAY they were painful so I took them back only to get a over zealous store mgr inspecting them like I had done something wrong and would not take them back not to mention they were in excellent condition. I wore the shoes to a warehouse not a office job very disappointed. Now one year later and my feet are a mess and hurt everyday bc of E.Edwards worthless management!! The girl that was working there should be terminated for lying if she wasnt already!
