Limited selection of womens jeans. The only had small sizes in long so only reason to stop here is if you are a 6 foot tall model. The fitting rooms are locked and no one was interested in helping us unlock it. Wont be going back.

If you support military peeps, skip this place could t believe how rude this guy was. Guess he was fine when I dropped my wife and daughter off there to buy her some boots for her birthday, but when I showed up at the register with them his attitude changed. My wife daughter were suprised as he was fine with just them. I saw the sign on their wall about military discount and as I am in the military I showed him my ID and he just looked at it like So. After we paid sure enough no discount. Which is fine but don’t advertise it then be rude to a family spending more than 200 bucks on boots. Would have said something then and there but it’s my kids birthday and didn’t want to ruin it with confrontation, Will definitely not be going back.

Worst floor staff. Just needed that little nudge to spend my nearly $300. Tried getting a little input on some boots and nothing. No opinion on the boots. Coulda lied to me for all I woulda known, too many people got no life in them these days.Go here if youre only looking for something youve already purchased before I guess.

My husband wears size 14 (sometimes 15) shoes. Its very difficult to find stores that actually carry these sizes, but this location had a few to choose from! He was able to find a pair he loved. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This specific Boot Barn location was extremely disappointing. There were about 10 customers in the store and about 5 employees. The employees were all gathered around the registers talking about their night and ignoring all of us customers. I had to go over to them to have them unlock a dressing room for me. The clothing selection is so limited that it was a waste of time going to this location (Olathe, KS). I have shopped in other Boot Barns and my experience was great and the clothing selection was very good. I won’t shop or recommend this location to anyone. I will actually tell people to not shop here.

This was my first time at Boot Barn. The sales associates were very nice and the store had a large selection of boots. They ought to with a name like Boot Barn. I found, according to my four year old, the boots hes been waiting for my whole life! The store sells work wear and other clothing as well. For example, clothes from Miranda Lamberts line, which I didnt even know she had.

I had bought a pair of boots roughly 5 months ago and one of the boots had the interior being ripped up from a small abnormality Inside of it. I went in and told them the issue. Shout out to Billy and Travis, those guys are so great. They helped me find a new pair of the same boots. They where super helpful, friendly, kind, and reasonable.

Good store with a great variety of western items. Bought a beautiful western hat there a year ago which I wear often and have always gotten compliments on it. Plan to come back soon for a dress hat for church. Staff there was always very helpful.

Helpful and friendly service! Recently ordered some boots online from them on December 7th 2018. Had not recieved them and today was December 18th. This location had the my size and offered to call to cancel my order so I could purchase and go home with them! Even got me the online offer price! The boots are hand crafted and takes 90 days to put out an order, so that is understandable with hand crafted boots. I was just excited to get them sooner than later. 😁

Staff are disengaged with customers and cluster in chatting circles while shoppers try to find items to purchase. If you ask a question youre given a vague answer that should somehow help but doesnt.Besides being really frustrated by the lack of reliable customer service the in-stock availability is hit and miss on sizes, and no offer to order - I had to ask and was informed prices are higher online. Did they want me to find a different boot in-store? I was very baffled. Staff are not informed about sales, or earning bucks, and do not know how to find things because they havent been there in a while - this is what I was told by a person Id never seen before. Quite shocking since they were there on Thanksgiving to assist in the largest shopping event of the year. So disappointed. I expected to knock a few gifts off my list there.

My husband had to return a jacket and order a new size, plus look at different size boots. Brianna was great! She helped us make the right decisions and made the return process simple. New jacket on the way. I also had to call customer service earlier to ask a question and they were extremely nice a bc helpful. Will definitely purchase from Boot Barn in future.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection was extensive. What they didnt have they will order for you on the spot. Returns were easy with no questions asked. They will stretch your boots if needed for free. You will be greeted each and every time you walk in the door.

Great selection of boots in all sizes. The womens section is a bit small, but I saw on the mens side that they carried Docs in the smallest sizes. They have jeans, shirts too and are happy to.order + ship out of stock sizes.

Massive, well organized selection. Amazing ladies that were the MOST patient and helpful associates I have ever encountered in a footwear retail setting even though I did not purchase. Staff is pretty good. Seem willing to help. Not a whole lot of initiative to come and look for people to help. When the manager is standing around talk to some of the staff in the corner with lots of customers in the store, I think that sets the expectations. Went in there cause I like their stuff. However, they did have a sign saying that they were hiring and to go online to apply. I went in to ask what they were hiring for. The girl was very unfriendly and stated that they were not hiring at the moment but I can talk to the manger. Spoke with the manger who was very rude and stated that they were staffed to the max. I asked her then why they have a sign posted saying they were hiring and even started online. Both ladies acted like I was bothering them by just asking. Also, they would not honor a sale cause it was expired. If it was expired then why have a sign right in front of the shirt? I will not be going back in there any time soon.

When I was in there trying to find a pair of boots I had the hardest time finding a matching pair, boots looked like they were just thrown on the shelve with no organization whatsoever. Customer service was awful, I didn’t get asked one time if I needed help. I had to personally go up to the front and ask for it. I had to ask for a box for the pair of boots I purchased, wasn’t even the correct box. The boots where all scuffed up with no other pairs in the back. I was given a gift card and didn’t even want to use it because the lack of customer service and the hassle I went through to find a boot I liked and the match to it. I will forever go to Nigros for all my boots. They have An amazing selection, the most friendly customer service, and they will work with you. This was my first time at boot barn and it will be my last.
