This is the shop your grandpa used to shop at. They had carb rebuild parts in stock for a very old edger and I was able to get some other miscellaneous items as well. Whether you are a pro or a weekend mower, this place will have most of everything you need to keep your yard equipment going.
They got my mower tuned up and running like new. I couldnt believe the quick turnaround time, I took it to them on a Friday, and they had it ready to go by Monday. Very impressive considering this is their busiest time of the year. I recommend them!

Dealing with the people at Pro Power equipment has been nothing but a major headache. My first experience, I brought them two identical back back blowers. They repair them, I take them home without testing them on location. One runs good, one runs at half throttle. I take it back to them, explained the issue, and literally have three of there tech guys look me in the face and say that there isn’t any problem with the blower. After explaining to them that I own three of the same blowers, and I know how they should run. Another technician, young gentleman. grabs the blower, starts it, runs it at half throttle. He lays the blower down and explained to the other technicians that my blower isn’t running correctly.Now almost a year later I drop off a toro push lawn mower for a complete tune up. Initially I was told a week to a week and a half, but unfortunately it’s been two weeks and I’ve had to contact them to get an up date on my own lawn mower, that they still have yet to get to.
Ive been to this place twice and both times they charged me $30 and never took my lawn equipment apart. Ive talked to several people and they have had the same bad service. Wont be back there anymore. I would give them zero stars but thats not a choice.
From time to time it can take a little time to get help because they do get busy but, it is worth the wait. Ive been doing business there for years. Tommy and Glenn are great, knowledgable, helpful and, they have a great selection of quality equipment and parts.

Pro Power caters to the commercial lawn care and landscape pros but welcomes homeowners too. They sell Echo and Stihl equipment at prices competitive with the box stores. Theres an impressive parts department that will likely have the part you need at a competitive price.

I am a business owner. I started with my business here and purchasing much of my equipment from them. They have a great sales but customer service is not good. I dropped my mower off to them and didn’t receive a call back of it being done. I had to call 2 months after dropping it off and they said it’s been ready for a week. I was forced to purchase another mower due to the lack of action. And I was on a phone call wait for 10 minutes.However I do say Stacy was very kind and they acknowledged their mistake and are working to correct it.
Customer service here is a joke. Takes forever for someone to answer a phone and when they finally do they put you on hold for 15+ mins and then hang up on you. This has happened to me twice when calling here. If its this bad just calling to see if they have a part in stock, then I can only imagine what its like if they have your mower. Just ridiculous!

I dropped off my line/ edger trimmer on 8/14/2020 to get an end of year service (filter, spark plug, etc.). They said 2 weeks and I would get a text when it was ready to be picked up. I called multiple times to follow up. I was told they were really busy and it would be next to be serviced.On Saturday 10/3/2020, I called to follow up. They said it was still no worked on. I said to please have it ready because I was on my way to pick it up. A really nice gentleman had it ready for me to pick up, but he talked to the boss man and promised they would work on it first thing Monday morning (10/5/2020). I said ok (I like to support local businesses and my church has purchased zero turn machines from this location) and give them another opportunity.I show up on Monday 10/5/2020 and the service associate comes out with a machine of the same brand but it looks very different from mine. The service tech comes along and says I changed the cover because the one you brought was cracked from a drop (I have never dropped my edger). There was a gap and that was not letting it function properly (I took in my edger for end of year service, not because it wasnt working) and I didnt charge you for it.I was surprised and didnt totally get it, but I trusted.I got home and this machine starts turning off on me during use.I stopped and inspected the machine. I noticed the following: Rust on screws, muffler, and other joints. The handle was loose as well.I handled my machine on Saturday 10/3 and it was mine. No rust, no cracks because I store all my tools and equipment indoors and have never been dropped.I called and informed customer service. They said to bring it in.Today is 10/9/2020. Im going to take it in during lunch. I will follow up.So far, not good.10/9/2020 1412hrs: they found my trimmer and it had an attachment that did not belong to me, but it looks like some parts were switched. Hmmm. They will be working on it and will contact me once it is completed. I will follow up.10/20/2020 1425hrs: management replaced the weed eater. I thanked them for their service and the help provided to make it right.

Stopped in to buy a Honda push mower but could not get any service or even acknowledged. They did have other customers but not super busy. A “be with you in a minute” goes a long way. Maybe they feel as though they make enough money. Oh well, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Lawnmower been in the shop 2 months and still havent gotten to it.When I dropped it off it was a 2 or 3 week window.
Cant recommend. While there are a few reviews on here about the lack of customer service, that was not the problem in my case. I brought in a older Craftsman mower to have the mower pull string fixed. They said they would look at it right away, which was a surprise, because it was an easy fix. After about 15-20 minutes they show me that the mower pull string wont work because the shroud is broken (cant say that it wasnt when it went in) and wont stay down to engage the engine. They said it would cost more to repair than it was worth, but were more than happy to show me a new mower. I took the mower home and after one youtube video (showed me how they had put the pull string together incorrectly), two screws and two washers the mower fired up and was ready for cutting. I am going to chalk the $30 that I paid them up as a learning experience for myself.

My mower has been in repair for a month. Nobody has reached out. Ive called in 8 or 9 times now, been put on hold indefinitely.Reach out to me and Ill remove the 1 star review. This is nuts.

Horrible experience here, dropped off a pole saw for a part that is covered under warranty. 1 month they didnt even touch it, we went in and finally said if we cant get any answer we are taking it somewhere else. Finally get a call back that day, that they are ordering the part, waited another month and they still didnt even touch the thing at all. This place has the worse service center. NEVER MAKING THIS MISTAKE AGAIN.
I have been there twice, once alone and the second time with my son. I was looking at stihl chainsaw as I want to start a small inventory to being a business in the tree removal service. Both times, not one single customer service rep approached me. I browsed for about 20 minutes and not even a hello how can we help you. Im positive they have a large inventory of equipment but the customer service really needs to improve.

I have done business with this company since 1985 I have never been upset with them until now. The last 4-5 years their service has gone down hill. If you order parts they never call when they come in or if you have work done they don’t call you when it’s done. I took my Honda mower to them for repair it the end of May first of June. I was told that I would hear from them on the estimate and what was wrong with in two weeks. I had to call them two weeks later to be told it would be longer to get back with me. They called me 4 weeks later with the estimate and price. I told them to go ahead with the repair. I got it back a week later. After two weeks of running it stopped working and was leaking oil at the point where the repairs were done. I opened the cover and found the part they replaced was broken again. I went to them and showed them the failed part and was informed by them they dont warranty parts. The part failed due to the failure of their mechanic to replace all parts connected with this part. I ordered new parts and waited a week for them to come in. Then I had to call them again to see if they had come in yet! When I got home with the parts, the most important part was the wrong one! I Found the parts online and they will be delivered in half the time. I try to spend my money locally but with this kind of service I will buy parts online and do it myself.

I needed to change from a 5 star I went on a Thurs to get a chain saw worked on and since I couldnt get ahold of the owners of the chain saw they said to come back on Monday since it was a holiday weekend after I got a response from the owner and bring 30.00 deposit and he said it would be a month and a half, well I returned Monday with the deposit and was told by a lady that was behind the counter that they dont work on huskavarna chain saws so I told her what I said from when I went Thursday and she called another guy over and he said the same thing and I said I would just take my business elsewhere after driving an hour up there on a referral from the guy who owns the chainsaw I will never go back
We are very pleased with the service we received. We called on a Saturday to discuss the issue with our lawn tractor and push mower. They said they could pick up on Monday, but they wouldnt get to them for 10 days. This was understandable due to the time of year. After 12 days we had not heard anything so my husband called and found out they still hadnt gotten to either of ours, but said they would see if they could at least look at them to see what it would take to repair them. They called the next morning with estimates and said they could fix them that day, but didnt know if they would get delivered that day or not, but would see. That same day the delivery guy called and set up delivery for that day. My husband was very pleased with this service and with the person who spoke with on the phone and their sincerity and understanding.A week later I looked at the invoices (1 for each mower) and saw where each had a pickup/delivery charge rather than it just being on one of them. I did not reach them that weekend, but did a week later and they agreed that there was a double charge and were very happy to reimburse us for the extra charge. When I arrived to get the reimbursement, the people were very friendly and the shop was clean and welcoming. Once home I told my husband how well it went and how friendly the people were and he exclaimed We finally have a mower shop! We highly recommend Pro Power Equipment.
Nice guy at counter but he would rather help the 20 phone calls than the customers in his shop wanting to purchase equipment. Its a tough balance but they talked to phone more than buyers.
Ive been there twice now. On the first visit they had exactly what I needed in stock. I didnt mind paying a few bucks more than online prices for the convenience of getting what I needed right away. On the next visit they had none of the items I was looking for. This kind of shocked me because I have a popular brand of mower and they didnt have the belt or replacement blades I needed. Ended up having to buy those items online. They offered to order the items, but Im going to have to wait for shipping I might as well order it myself and have it shipped directly to me (and save a few bucks even). I will still try to use them in the future (I like being able to get what I need that same day). Hopefully they will have the items I need in stock the next time I need something.
They lie about the time it will take for repairs and never call to advise of a delay. The owner is extremely unethical and couldnt care less about his employees lack of customer service. After decades of using them we will never return.

Does this company have problems? Yes, as do all service centers. I have spent thousands with Pro Power through the years and have always been pleased with their service. I own a landscape company and my equipment gets used hard. When it breaks down, they are always quick at getting me up and running. They understand how tough it is to own a lawn service or to be without needed equipment. Great staff, sometimes. And they typically have my parts on hand. I recommend them highly.

Home owners beware, this company has a unhappy mechanic in there shop,he turns out shoddy work,I bought my mower in for a service and belt change, got it home,clutch would not engage, called them up,they said they would check it out,so this morning I went out to pull it out,I heard a thud,looked behind the mower,my whole pulley was laying on the ground.i chose to not deal with pro power any, yall blame me?
I took my riding mower (SNAPPER) in 3 weeks ago and they told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for repair and to get it back, (it ran, and really did not need much but general servicing, air in the tires, greasing, oil change etc..... I try to take really good care of my Little Red Snapper I LOVE it!) So .thats fine I need it to cut my over grown grass ASAP! (I had to put down a $40.00 deposit.....thats fine as well). I had to call them to check on my riding Snapper mower after about a week or so and they said it needed a new Carb. kit. Thats also fine, put one on I said . (They said it had already been ordered it....great!) No one ever called me back after 3 weeks SO AFTER 3 WEEKS HAD PASSED I WENT (did not call) TO YOUR STORE AND THE Carb Kit WASNT EVEN IN YOUR STORE YET! WHAT LESS INSTALLED! SO I ASKED TO TALK WITH THE MAN WORKING ON MY SNAPPER MOWER (I was told his name was JOHN when I asked for his name) THEN THE YOUNG LADY WAITING ON ME SAID SURE ILL GO GET HIM FOR YOU (SHE THEN WENT TO THE BACK SOME WHERE ). SHE WAS GONE TO GET JOHN ON WHAT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER (I was starting to think maybe she had gone to lunch in between?.....LOL.) AND THEN FINALLY SHE CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID HES NOT HERE TODAY, AND DIDNT KNOW WHY? (SURE HES NOT HERE TODAY AND YOU DONT KNOW WHY????) My trip from Norman was all in vane I felt ! Now Im wondering if they have even started on my Snapper yet? She did mention she was going to turn the matter over to her manager? I never saw my mower while I was there? I felt like I was being rushed along to just leave! IM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE PRO POWER (OR MAYBE I SHOULD SAY LACK OF..... NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO REALLY CARE, JUST HURRY UP AND PAY ME)! Purchased brand new Honda mower. No one seemed interested in selling me a mower. After a month it broke. I called and spoke to a very rude service department. I was promised to get my mower looked at immediately since it was brand new. Three days later and no one has even looked at it. In this business customer service is everything and they don’t have it. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
They were very helpful in person but hard to reach on phone. They would answer and say please hold 15-20 mins later you where still on hold
EDIT: 4 to 1 star. I dropped a blower off on 4/15/17. I was told it would be 6 weeks to fix. OK fine with me. Called on 5/31/17 (just over 6 weeks) to check on the blower. I was told it would be looked at soon. 6/1/17 (the next day) I get a call saying its fixed. 6/2/17 I pick the blower up. 6/4/17 I actually try and start the blower and it wont run. It was in the same state that I dropped it off. 6/5/17 I drop it off again saying it wasnt fixed (after I paid $50+). 6/16/17 I call to check on blower, still not fixed. 6/22/17 I call again (Im pretty pissed at this point) to check on blower. I was told it would be fixed in one hour. I said put the blower down I dont want you to do another thing to it. Whoever I was speaking to (Im told it was the owner Glen) was trying to talk me into letting them fix it and I wasnt having any of it, I just wanted to put the blower down and I would pick it up tomorrow. Whomever (Glen) hung the phone up on me while I was trying to tell him to just put it down and dont touch it.You be the judge if this is the right place for you.They have a lot more equipment than I expected. Service was nice but a little slow and unorganized.

Nice people, but it took three weeks to get one a portion of my order. They originally had it, however, someone opened it and pulled pieces out. They had too order a replacement, which seemed to slip their mind a couple of times. They said they would call when it came in, they never did. I had to call.
Bought some lawn equipment last week and was very pleased with the service I received while I was there. Glen was the salesman and in my opinion he is #1 and knows his stuff. When it comes time to buy again I will be going back to Pro Power Equipment

As a lawn care business owner for 16 years, Ive done business with every mower shop in the city. But my go to place is Pro Power. They have almost every part in stock that I need at great prices. And if I want a piece of equipment fixed ONCE and RIGHT it goes here. Yes sometimes it takes some time, but if you take your car to the dealership for repairs it takes time. Also be prepared to answer questions when you go in looking for parts. Just like buying an air filter for your car at OReillys, you have to know what youve got so that they can get you the correct part. I purchase all my new equipment here, all my parts and they do all my major repairs (I complete my own minor repairs)
I just took in my equipment yesterday at noon. I was told that I would receive a phone call with an estimate of charges before they start working on it. I was also told it would be sometime today. It is now 12:51pm on 7/29/2016. No phone call received 24 hours later. But Im very hopeful. I will update as soon as I receive a phone call with the estimate quote. At that point they will receive another star with a 5 star rating after the service is done - - should it go as good customer service should. Im looking forward to doing business with this company. Fingers crossed! *** I will edit and update once I receive the phone call and again after the service has been completed.****

Ive tried using other mower services. Ones close to home (Moore), but I just keep going back here. I had a Honda commercial mower trans rebuilt, Ive bought parts for my very old lawn boy and even parts for a Tecumseh powered go-cart. Always helpful, always friendly and professional.
These guy helped me with a tire and wheel when three other places would not... They were friendly and il drive 30 minites out of my way in the future to make sure they get my future busness every time!

My cousin came to purchase something here and his truck wouldnt start when he went to leave. He called me for a jump. When I got there we jumped his truck off and it died again. I had a spare battery from car audio in my car but no tools. The guys at pro power equipment were a huge help letting us use tools and coming out to make sure we didnt need anything else. If I need anything for my lawn equipment from this experience I will definitely shop with them.
I called these guys up to have my two riding mowers serviced before the start of the season. Im n business with now my 12yr old son for two years now trying to teach him the value of a dollar. I arrived 30 min to close and unfortunately they were busy helping other customers so we patiently waited our turn which was about 5min till close. I was asked to move my truck because it was blocking the gate, Ronnie was very courteous and did everything very professional.. I cant speak the same for the guy working in the back because he cursed and used profanities to the point that Ronnie told him to stop due to the fact my young son was standing beside us. Never the less the guy went next door to the store and purchased some alcohol products while Ronnie was tagging my two mowers and the guy steadily harassed us because it was past 5pm and he was ready to go. Once removing my mower from my trailer I told him not to ride it off the trailer because the deck would hang on the trailer which I didnt want.. He looked at me and said it would be ok and drove my mower off hanging the deck badly, Ronnie, my son and I was at disbelief! I immediately went to the manager and asked them to reload my mower! the owner of the store was not in, the manager on duty didnt investigate what happened, he just walked outside and said load it up boys and turned and walked away!!!!! I have never seen anything like this nor will I ever go back!
