Been all over and you just dont get this kinda care. 3 years ago I had no idea how to grow. These guys helped me tremendously. Over three years and personal trial n error along with there advice. I have finally reached TOP SHELF/Platinum status. Its really all about what u know. You cant learn it all in one harvest like many think they can. It takes many harvests and still soooo much to learn. These guys arent rude and definitely know a lot about growing trees than a tlc or a pitzers. If u know what i mean than this is ur stop.

We came in and bought some seeds from hembra such nice helpful people then after that we went shopping this guy named Eric man he was really awesome he knew exactly what we needed if I were his boss I’d give him a raise thank you guys for all the help.Rebecca n you need to stop being a Karen and get over it those masks don’t do anything anyway so stop trying to control other people.

I have used OrganicsOKC for a few seasons now with huge success. Two of the employees, in the last 6 of my previous visits there, were especially kind and helpful to me in suggesting different products for my plants; and I thank them for that. The results were awesome! I was hooked on y’all!On my visit today, I only purchased $29.38 worth of product. I took it to the counter where 2 people were sitting at their computers/registers. One lady was on the phone talking loud to someone, so I stepped up to a young man, that was staring at his computer. He did not speak or look at me. I am standing 4’ in front of him (he was not wearing, nor did he put a mask on; and I really don’t care). After standing there in an awkward silence until it was uncomfortable, I asked politely and with a smile if this is where I was supposed to check out. He said, without looking at me or smiling: “I’ll be with you in a minute.” When he finished with his priority, he asked me if it was cash or card. I replied, “Card please.” He totaled the bill and said, “Sign this for me.” I signed it and that was it. No courtesy in the least, no hello, no thank you, no how are you, no eye contact, no smile, no acknowledgement whatsoever that I WAS a CUSTOMER!!! And that was the entire customer/business social transaction? I literally walked away while looking at this guy. He never saw me. I was a ghost to him! Everyone has bad days…this dude must have been having a horrific bad day! I do understand that my purchase was small and insignificant; but his actions were large and very significant to the downfall of ANY business.It’s unfortunate to have to write a negative review on someone. But when all the good things that brought me to your place of business, to spend my hard-earned money, gets trashed by one employee having a bad hair day…go figure. Maybe JS could work somewhere in the family business that doesn’t require dealing with John Q. Public?I’m sure I’m just being silly. I mean…I’ll be with you in a minute, cash or card, and sign this for me, should be plenty for an employee to say to a customer. BTW, I just found out I can buy that product online for less than half of what you sell it for and get free shipping. Of course, I’ll be missing that human contact and I won’t be getting any more information from y’all; but I’ll dang sure enjoy not being socially distanced and treated like a burden by a company. The gm wasnt even wherein shoes I was asking for an estimate on a large grow and didnt know what lights I wanted. So I said what do recommend. His answer was what ever puts more money in my pocket.The only reason I gave them t stars is bc the gm or owners 15yr old daughter was super helpful and was a fellow anime weeb

I am sad to say that on a recent visit none of the employees was wearing a mask. When my husband asked the one who was helping him to please put one on, the employee put it on improperly, so that the top of the mask was completely below his nose. I have loved and enjoyed this store for years, so i called to ask the manager exactly what their official mask policy was. I was told that almost all of the people who worked there had conditions that made even a paper face mask deadly to them. When asked if they required a doctors letter to validate that, the reply was yes. She said they tell employees to put on a mask when within 6 feet of a customer, but I pointed out that the cash register doesnt provide that kind of distance and that the one employee who masked upon request did it in such a way that it was completely useless. She was very nice, and I feel like she believed what she was telling me. I have not been able to locate any scientific evidence to show that a thin paper mask does anything significant to impede the passage of either oxygen or CO2. I dont know what other issue could make someone think a mask was deadly, and maybe there is one, and maybe these rare conditions happen to affect virtually all the employees of one small business...in any case, my takeaway here is that I like the store and I even like the employees but I do not like the lack of masking and will not be visiting until either they start masking or the pandemic ends, because whether masks may or may not be deadly, I know for sure that covid can be deadly.

They have fair prices for their soils but their chemicals are a little pricey. My biggest complaint is they have a sign on the door stating Face Masks Required yet when you go in the store maybe one of the employees are wearing a mask. All the others are just wondering around without a mask. You check out with a lady with her mask around her chin and others dont have one at all.I wished they showed more concern for their customers but apparently they dont care that much. Covid 19 is NOT a Joke and needs to be taken serious by ALL. Dont post a sign saying something is required yet the employees do NOT follow their own written procedures.For now I will order products online. I would rather pay for shipping than chance catching a Deadly Virus!

Great store with a large selection! I was able to locate a simple dry amendment that none of the larger chain grow stores carried. I will be back in the future for sure!

Prices have always been on the high side, though they have a much broader selection and a lot more space than many of the urban grow shops in Oklahoma City. However, with the recent pandemic its hard to give them a positive review. Even after the city passed mask ordinances, employees are almost always unmasked, and while there is a sign up and free masks by the door, the majority of customers are also being allowed to wander around unmasked without correction from the employees, and there is no attempt at social distancing.

Not a single employee wearing a mask during a city wide mask mandate. To top it off theres a sign on the door requiring customers to wear masks at all times. Incredibly irresponsible.

They have everything I needed however I will never be back. We are in the height of a pandemic and not a single mask in sight, despite a required mask sign. Nobody was wearing a mask, nor did they put one one when I was near, completely irresponsible with a total disregard for other people’s safety.

This business has everything you could want for growing with many choices of nutrients, soil of all blends, pots all sizes, all techs of hydroponics, aeroponics, etc etc. And all at half the price of every local gardening supply shop. They also answered every question I asked without rolling their eyes.

I drove over by myself and checked out their location and was surprised at how helpful Mark and Janine were. They didnt try to sell me everything in the store. They gave me free catalogs and told me where to do more research BEFORE I made my purchase! When I came back with my list of items they helped me narrow down my order to only the items I really needed to get started and saved me a ton of money! They are great people willing to teach someone that is willing to listen and learn! Im so thankful I found them. Customer service is great at this little place where Ive found the staff to be very helpful and kind. They offer everything from seed starter planters to (many kinds of) growing medium to live lady bugs & worms to seeds and even live organic (mostly herb, tomato & pepper) plants. They offer a cash discount so I hit the ATM before I go. I always learn something new when Im there, and I even got to pet a baby goat one day! :)

Love these folks!...been buying here for a couple years, theyve never let me down, they always know what I need and always a great inventory, the prices are very competitive and the whole staff is so helpful and willing to take the time to help you be a successful grower, Im sure BIG BOX companies are coming to town but for my money Ill stick with Organics Okc!!!

We stopped in for the first time today, I had a lot of questions about indoor gardening. Everything was answered in a relaxed no pressure way that made our shopping trip a very pleasant experience. They also mentioned that they have some beginning gardening cl;asses for kids. Very neat.

Good store good products, called and asked about a specific product was told they had it, drove 35 mins to get to the city and got there and was told nope they never had what they said they did.

Awful! Expert told me to go buy a book(basically f#*^ off) they wouldnt show me around muchless sell me anything.If Im being completely honest for the first time in my life I felt discriminated against. Not sure why they wouldnt help...? A guy there told me to go back that they will help w anything I need he seemed genuine. Funny I thought thats what I was already doing.Just do your job and show me what I need and what will work for me I dont care about the other bs.

These guys were great. I tried going to Lowes first to try and find indoor grow lights for my dwarf orange tree. No one could help me and what I ended up getting was practically worthless. Organics taught me about what orange trees need in the winter and showed me a variety of different options depending on what I wanted to get from my plant. Great customer service and great selection for what I was looking for. Also, when I went there seemed to be a lot of great deals on a lot of the merch.

Well it is listed as a Farmers Market which is far from the truth. They hardly ever have plants on sale when I have been in there, and when they do they are infested with spider mites and aphids. Any equipment I was interested in had to be special ordered, and considering their absurdly high prices, it was obvious the internet was a better alternative. I would take any advice they give you with a grain of salt, its pretty clear as soon as you walk in the store that theyre not professionals. The owners there are extremely aloof and have given me some flat out WRONG gardening information.

Best grow-shop in Oklahoma, hands down. The staff has over 40+ years of combined growing experience, two or 3 of the staff are Horticulture majors at Oklahoma State University, and the GM is the owner of Oklahoma’s premeire craft cannabis company. If you are looking for friendly, knowledgable staff, look no further!! If you are coming in to complain about prices compared to amazon or ebay, don’t waste your time or breath. Supporting a LOCAL company, owned by Oklahoman’s, should be a priority for every grower in state. Of course prices are higher at brick and mortar stores, they have overhead and a staff to help you with any questions you cam think of, and if they do not know the answer, they have contacts and connections that they will gladly refer you to in order to get an answer to your question. Talk about going above and beyond!!!

I trusted they would give me a straight answer and a fair price. this is a 600 light we got a great deal on them they are on sake for 270. I left went back next day when I googled and found out there was no sale that is adverage price. unopened boxes all sales are final. I just wanted store credit. long story short they will feed you what ever needed to make a sale. take your phone and fact check them or I see you having the same buyers remorse I do.the owner is the one the sold me saying these are 600 light on sale for 270. because we got a sale so we are passing the deal on to you when they are gone it will go back up. So yes I got a better than adverage price deal but when it is implied that you are getting 50 percent off 10 percent off it isnt the best feeling when you get home and check.I asked the front counter about a refund or exchange and it was a flat no and pointed to a piece of paper taped up among 10 other pieces of paper. in 9 years you think you would have purchased a sign by now or have you just started having the problem of a miss sale or misleading customers that you needed to recently print one out.anyway long story short I blame half my problem on myself I should never assume at any store that I am getting everything I am assuming. and half on your store i still believe you where misleading in the sale as far as savings go. I would have just purchased other things from you and not a 1000 worth of lights because I thought I was getting 50 percent off. So I used your salesman ship as a investment advice in my grow not what I should have purchased. when I tried to correct it and get what I should have purchased and trade you back your product ( heck inassumed inwould be paying a restock). instead you shut me down with nothing but a well it is a 600 light somewhere.
