What a great experience! After working with other grow supplies in Oklahoma this was a shocking change! Mike was very helpful and quick. He opened boxes to make sure all pieces were included and hooked us up with everything we needed at very good prices! Even though we are 2 1/2 hours away this is our new go to for grow supplies!

The guys at HTG are a great bunch. My first time in I was as green as the... plants. With the exception of a few odd looks, who orders coco and a bag of lime? They were patient and got me on the proper track. No one tries to push products on me that i dont want or add-ons at the register. I can look at anything and no one bothers me. And when i have a question they are quick to respond. And i havent had a wrong answer yet. They are my first stop for all my needs. They have military and repeat business discounts. You gotta try them!

We walked in having an idea and we walked out with supplies for practical application and even better ideas than we came in with. Chuck helped us when we walked in and spent the better part of 20 minutes explaining what some of our options were for what we wanted to accomplish. He knew a lot about everything we asked him and was super helpful! Prices were not bad either!We will have potatoes in no time!

I drive in from Ada for my growing needs and want and have shopped at other stores in OKC, but HTG checks all of the boxes for me so thats where I go! Go check it out for yourself!!!

Either manager or one of the employees there, im not sure could have been owner was super rude and very disrespectful. The guy got upset because I didnt buy the light he wanted me to and talked smack about it to others until I left. Will never go back to this store. They dont deserve my money.

Relaxed atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff. They appeared to have a very wide and extensive stock. Unfortunately they did not have the soil i wanted when i went. I went with some Black Gold that was recommended too me by the employee assisting me. I am quiet happy with the results so far. I will definitely be going back.

If youre new or even a seasoned grower of all types of plants this place is for you. For those that are new growers, it can be intimidating to know where to start and what you need. Mike and the guys can help you figure it out. Anything and everything for hydro and soil they have it.

One of the few grow stores anywhere near OKC that carries a wide selection is (almost) never out of stock, and when the are they are quick ti order what you need or they may have already ordered the product and simply awaiting arrival.The employees are not just helpful, but knowledgable.Driving from east of shawnee to get here ends up being worth it every time.

I drive out of my way to come here. The guys at the shop are always super helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that they always recommend the product that is best for my situation not what costs the most. And that’s important. I also appreciate the fact that they have personally have thanked me for being a military veteran. It’s nice going to a shop where they treat you like a person not a customer, especially these days.

Great service, friendly staff, Irish is a cool dude. Selection is great and they know their stuff. Definitely carry top quality products. Prefer this place to Organics but those ppl are solid too. Give Irish a shout if youre looking to get some excellent soil or feed for your grow!

As a black woman/ first time grower, they were not very excited about helping me get all the items of my grow tent. I paid half of a thousand dollars to STILL be missing a couple of items such as a simple fan. I went back the very next day to explain to HTG items were missing that I paid for..... the white male (long hair in a ponytail) didn’t believe me & wanted to make me pay again for the fan HTG left out of my grow tent supplies. The same guy who sold it to me !! Will NEVER go back to HTG. I’ll spend my money with a black owned supply store!

I was cussed out by the tall guy with long blonde hair and messed up teeth because I asked him to match the prices that I was quoted and had a screenshot of the quote from the previous nutrients that I bought. the first guy I dealt with was awesome and in the mix of him arguing with me over the prices the guy that I dealt with first came over and said she took a screenshot of her quote, honor those prices and that’s when he began to cuss me out and threw my receipt at me. Worst part about it is the owner was standing right there and he did nothing about it and when I asked if he allows his employees to talk to customers like this all he could say was “he can go home“ I definitely won’t be back. And I encourage anyone who does go there not to do any business with the guy with the long blonde hair and messed up teeth.

I’m a disabled veteran with a service dog. I decided to put the computer down on Thursday and not order online. I decided to try and support my local grow store. Since I got my start with hug in Charlotte, NC I decided to go there. I got there and noticed no one outside the door but a sign on it that said 2 people at a time. There was no one at the door to let you know how many people were inside. So I opened the door and took a step in to see if it was ok. I was treated with yelling at me very rudely to get outside. I’m a professional grower that was ready to drop over ten grand in there. I took my business elsewhere were I was treated with respect. If a store treats a disabled veteran with a service dog like this they either have no respect for veterans with disabilities or are so arrogant that they feel it acceptable to yell at customers. I’ve never been so disrespected in any cannabis business. There loss!!!

This store has pretty much anything a hydroponic grower could possibly need.The store manager is a really smart guy that helped me resolve some DWC issues that I was having.Took awhile to get through the line, but they were training somebody, and trainees need to start somewhere to learn.I was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Went there the end of March for the first time, waited a while before anyone would even help me. Was very short with me when he did help and didn’t even help get everything I came for. Showed up today, waited 5 minutes before I could even ask someone to help me get the pots I came for. 30 minutes later decided I would figure it out myself, still needed the screw pieces that hold the pot together. Figured I would ask them for them when I checked out. Waited 15 minutes at the register with no one else in line to never even be able to check out. I ended up walking out without my stuff because no one would simply even check me out let alone help me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good stock of everything, friendly. 2-7, went in looking for item, couldnt find it so I asked an employee. While helping me another customer asked the employee a question and all of a sudden it was like I was forgotten as he kept talking to the other customer so I just left. Not happy.
