Overall not a Fan of Grow Generation, as a whole, but had to leave a 5 star for the staff they acquired from the former Grow Warehouse. Mike, is hands down the most knowledgeable guy on the floor of ANY hydroponics store across the state. If you need a true and honest opinion on how to run or set up your grow this is your guy. This place is awesome! Grow Generation has the equipment and the staff that is so informative on their products, that their staff, a man named Weezy was able to assist me in picking out the right equipment and other products to make my crop grow. Weezy is so helpful and a real gentleman, he took my purchases out to my car. I will recommend this place to others and become a regular shopper here.

Prices are okay but no one knows anything about growing. Had to go through 3 different employees to find one who knew what pumice was.

I’ve been coming to this store since they opened it as a grow warehouse. I gotta say that Mike over there is as good as it gets for knowledge and making the experience amazing.

This place will well equip with your growing needs. Mike pointed me in the right direction and had lots of helpful advise to set up for success.

They actually took the time to find out what would benefit my garden mostly, other places I have been to just try to get me to buy stuff and this place even saved me money in the long run. Always going back here for what I need and very happy with customer service there.

Good size chain grow store. Employees are friendly, but prices were a little higher than what I expected.

Update. I gave them a second shot. I will not be returning. Extremely unhelpful employees and they were locked and closed prior to closing time. Changed my rating from 4 stars to 1.Great selection. Prices were a bit higher than average. But the employees werent super professional. Several of them were cursing loudly when I was asking another one questions. Id come back, but only as a quick in and out.

Best customer service that you can find. I purchased my first grow tent here. Dimensions were 2 1/2 ft. W x 2 1/2 ft. L x 5 ft. H. Brand name of the tent is iPower, you must put the frame of the tent together first, then the shell of the tent (the outside layer) goes around your frame like your hand would fit into a glove.

Oust to be a good place to go before they sold out. No one can give you direct answers and there other stores give different prices. Place is trash now. Only use for last option.

Everytime I visit this store Im greeted by the staff. They ask what Im looking for and take me right to it. A couple of times I was just trying to find something to help the garden. They ask me some questions and give me free advice. The staff has been great! Dont forget to checkout their demo rooms! All this AND you get a discount at checkout! Ive spent thousands of dollars in this business, but today I called in a bind because I ran out of CO2 earlier than expected due to an errant temperature setting.I called ahead to request they have a 50 lbs tank ready because I was bringing mine in to exchange. They told me they were out. I said Id take a 20 lbs tank and made the simple request to get a full store credit (instead of partial) for the 20 lbs tank when I returned it because I dont ever use those, and the only reason I was accepting it was because they were out of 50 lbs. They told me they couldnt do it because they cant anticipate when theyll run out of 50 lbs tanks and their margins were too low on the tanks.Well, Mr. Manager, now you can take no margin on any future business from me. Ive been too good of a customer to you all for you to do me like that. One of the reasons I come there is because I prefer going to physical locations where I can talk to people. But I wont deal with poor treatment. Ill buy all the new equipment from Amazon for the expansion I had planned by the end of the year. As a business owner in several industries, I can tell you that your customer service skills leave much to be desired.

Great selection of products and the knowledge from the staff is bar none. I’ve been having issues in my garden and after asking around town with some of these other grow stores, Grow warehouse was the only place that went above and beyond to help correct my issue. From now on this will be the only place I shop for my garden. Mike something is who helped me by the way.

Friendly staff and a bit of everything you might need for your grow. Reasonable prices which are in range for the product and other stores in OKC, with some things being just a little cheaper or more expensive depending on the product. Their tent equipment is a bit limited and on the expensive side, which is the main reason for the 4 star but overall a good place to grab something if you want it now.

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to cannabis. Huge staff full of information and willing to help and answer any questions you have. If you go... Ask for Van The Man! He will get you taken care of like none other. We went in and asked about a SIMPLE start up... He was telling us different places to go and different things to use to get started.
