I lost one of my hearing aids by removing my mask I would have to assume. I called and spoke to Phoenix who said it was under warranty and helped me get a replacement ordered. It came in faster than expected. When I got there to pick up, the hearing specialist helped me understand and learn how to get the most out of my type of hearing aids. Turns out they had features I didnt even know I had.
