An hour wait after arriving 15-minutes early, as requested. 5 minute office visit only to be referred to another doc...after 7 calls and 5 weeks later, the referral was finally made by my PCP because we got tired of waiting. Received a bill in the mail for $312 FOR a worthless 5-MINUTE VISIT. Yeh, NOT HAPPENING!!!
Dr. Orgill was very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and will recommend his services.
Dr. Orgill and his staff are very professional and kind. The facility is impeccably clean, organized to protect employees and patients from the COVID-19 VIRUS. Dr. Orgill allowed enough time with me to address all my concerns. I definitely recommend any one interested in a good ENT doctor, Dr. Richard Orgill is the one to visit.
I was a patient for 2 years. Unfortunately my care by Dr Orgill ended up in me having a procedure that wasnt in the end what I actually needed and complications I wasnt warned of arised. I ended up having to be seen elsewhere and having a corrective surgery sadly. The regimes that Dr Orgill told me to do couldve actually been counter productive. If I could say one positive thing I would mention he is kind, but use extreme caution and do your own research before having any type of procedure done by him. My situation was so unfortunate and I feel it could’ve been avoided. Patients must know and understand the risks of any procedure done to them, and that wasnt the case with me sadly. What started as a moderate annoyance of symptoms ended up in a complete nightmare for 4 months after. Use extreme caution with this provider.
You couldn’t pay me to go back to this guy! He stood like 10ft. Away from me like I had the plague, looked at my freshly fractured nose and told me to use Flonase and the swelling would go away! He spent 5 minutes Max with me and I felt he was very disinterested in anything I had to say. Something definitely seems off.
Terrible office staff, sent us on a wild goose chase just to get my medication after my tonsillectomy. I saw Dr Orgill twice before my surgery for about 5 minutes and ended up having to pay a $40 copay both times. At my pre op appointment, he gave me little to no information about my surgery. I’m now worried about my recovery. Office never answers calls and staff is very rude and condescending over the phone. Will not recommend to anyone else.
New patient/new to the area with 20 pages worth of recent diagnosis and treatments from my hometown. Continuous documented recommendation for a septoplasty. Dr asks me no questions and just says “i don’t think you need the surgery. Typically the surgery is for people we throw the whole kitchen sink at and still have an issue”. Mind you, i have various steroid trials, breathing therapy, voice box videos, cat scans in those documents. I tell him i do not react well to steroids, and he prescribed me two steroids anyways. It was documented on the new patient form I am allergic to Penicillin and all throughout that packet, and he prescribed me Amoxicillin. Did not take my B/P, height or weight and just disregarded me. Do not recommend.
I went to see doctor . i wouldnt recommend him for any one. i got there 15 minutes and waited 45 minutes to go in . the doctor came in for 5 minutes he didnt even let me explain to him what i have, he just write medications for me and said he want to see me after i finish them. i told them i have an allergic reaction to penicillin and steroids meds. yet he send me with both medication amoxicillin and prednisone. i took them because i didnt know that prednisone is steroid . i almost died that night from the side effects. i will never go there again.
Its ok. Cant get anyone to return my voice-mail.
I was in emergency because of this clinic, be careful before you go to them.No one responded to the calls
Hes an awesome Dr had been helping me with throat cancer for almost a year.
Dr. Orgill really helped me. He has a great personality, is professional and his staff are great. He performed a non invasive sinus surgery on me and my sinus infections have disappeared. I highly recommend Dr. Orgill.
Office staff is incompetent. They cant return phone calls, call in prescriptions for a couple of days, or bill until 2 months later. I cant trust a doctor with this kind of business for my surgery so I found another ENT at Mercy that was wonderful and trustworthy.
My first appointment was for 12:15, I arrived on time and did my hearing test. Then I waited 40 minutes while the doctor ate his lunch. I finally got to see him and he spent 5 minutes with me before saying I just had allergies. Ive lived in different climates, different states, and havent been able to breathe through my nose since the age of 15. We scheduled a follow up appointment after trying out a nasal spray (it did NOT work), and when I arrived for my appointment they said they had it down for 1:15 and to come back. Safe to say, I cancelled my appointment and will never go back to this doctor again.
My 1st and last visit. I read the reviews before I went, but because I was referred I gave it a try. I was there all of 10 minutes and he did not do what I came for. I am just waiting to see what he bills my insurance for because picking in my ear for 2 seconds and writing a script for cream did not do anything for my problem. His bedside manors are off! Way off!
Everything about our experience with Dr. Orgill and his staff was amazing and we were very pleased with his services ❤️
Just had an operation with Dr Orgill. Very professional and easy to work with. Explained and executed the procedure very well and my recovery has been a breeze. Id recommend him to anyone.
He is great. We had a wonderful experience with him. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Orgill is so kind and even called me the evening following my daughters surgery to make sure she was doing okay. I knew she was in great hands, her surgery went perfect. Would definitely recommend!
Had a appointment at 3pm and had proof, before I left home I called and verified had it all recorded on my phone. They argued with me and I had to wait until 4:30pm to see the Dr. My Ride had to wait till after 5pm when I got out.
Dr Orgill and his team at office and hospital were absolutely the best. Today was my third sinus surgery and my first with Dr. Orgiill, it’s very comforting to have him as my forever ENT doctor . Thank you Doctor
Dr. Orgjll is very observant ànd quiet. I had complaint of difficulty swallowing and getting choked at times. I have Sjogrens syndrome which doctor treats. He ran a tiny camera down my nose to access problem. My problem identified and one med increased to two times a day. I will return for any issues I have with Sjogrens. Staff were efficient and pleasant.
Took 2 days to call in my antibiotics for sinus infection, meanwhile I had to call both the office or answering service. No reply. Finally got them and they were so strong that I had severe drug flu symptoms, called the office and left message with Casey, medical assistant for help. Two days later, still no reply. They managed to file an insurance claim on the same day of my appointment though. Taking my business elsewhere.
He explains the auditory tests that had been performed in a way that the person either needs or doesnt, but will let it be up to the person denying that hearing aids are needed. He is a very personable doctor and very good with kids.
Great Doctor and amazing service.
Dr. Orgill performed my sons tonsillectomy and adenoid removal. He was caring from the beginning to end. I have referred several friends to him. I trust my own children in his hands and you should too.
Mas looked at all my paper work and said I do not trust anything done in ENID so I want all new biopsies, as far as I am concerned you have cancer and the thyroid needs to come out. The girls up front will schedule that! That was Dec 18th. As of today Jan. 6th I h ave yet to hear back from them! Took 15 minutes for him to say that.
I cant say enough good things about Dr. Orgill and his skill. So many people whine about an earache and get upset when the Dr. doesnt treat them like theyre 5. I on the other hand needed the precise skill of a gifted surgeon when I had to have a cancerous tumor removed from the side of my neck. Very frightening. So many things can go wrong with so many nerves and facial support structures there. Dr. Orgill was the best! Took his time and was careful and thorough. I have suffered none of the potential side effects due to his care and skill. He is very gifted!
Was told by my dentist I needed to see an EMT about a canker sore that had gotten completely out of control. Explained this exactly when I made my appointment.Doctor Orgill spent the entire visit on his laptop just pounding away on who knows what, gave me a quick look and then told me he doesnt treat canker sores, and wrote an rx for the same mouthwash everyone else prescribes.Waste of both of our time, and my insurances and my money.I do not understand why they even bothered taking my appointment, aside from getting to bill my insurance and me.
I’ve been there 4 times, I keep telling him that I have swallowing issues, But he keeps talking about sleep apnea and sending me to sleep study, CT scan, .... costs me thousands of dollars and 0 Result.DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS DOCTOR
Doctor Orgill is a great and caring doctor who knows his stuff, BUT you nearly have to drive to his office to make an appointment. Otherwise good luck. His staff rarely, if ever, answers the phone or if your lucky enough to leave a voice mail it it doesnt get returned. Frustrating. If he wasnt such a great doctor for my son Id find someone else.
Was very good to my little girl in a stressful situation with her adenoids and tonsils. We are about to take my grandson to see if he needs ear tubes because of his recurring ear infections. Dr. Orgill is a wonderful Dr.
Front office staff/scheduling is sad. Have placed multiple calls, that always goes to voicemail, where guess what, you dont get called back. Dr maybe good, but if his staff fails to schedule...well, not a very good business owner
Waited in the office an hour while 3 people got called back before us and was told there appointments were before ours. when I asked how much longer the wait would be because others had gone before us one of the office ladies got an attitude about it so we walked out. Called my insurance and they are referring me to a different doctor. I never had the pleasure of meeting the doctor but his front office staff ruined it for us!
I went to Dr. Orgill when I was 16 years old (24 now). I have dealt with sinus issues my entire life. I never could truly breathe through my nose and every month I had some sort of sinus infection. I was hopeful that this doctor would change my life which he assured me he would... From December 2009-February 2011 I was put under 3 times for a total of 7 hours. I dealt with the same issues prior to surgery and in some cases I felt worse. In his office, I will never forget what he said. You are one of the worst patients I have ever seen. I literally gave up after the fact and decided this was something I was destined to live with.I had my 4th and what seems to be final surgery for sinuses. I met a doctor in the city that truly cares about the patient and has about 25+ years of experience more than Orgill. This new doctor and I made a decision to do another CT scan and review them. After reviewing he said he would need 60 minutes of surgery time maximum to get me fixed. It took him 45 minutes to complete my surgery and he found a bone in my mid-turbinate that was 5x larger than the normal persons. Please reconsider when looking for an ENT. Do your research. At 17 and 18 years of age, surgery felt like a normal thing to do with Orgill and he never fixed the issue. 1 week after surgery with this new doctor and I am already breathing better than I ever was.
Performed my surgery n comforted me the whole timeHad to deliver difficult news to me after surgery and hugged me and made sure my girlfriend was ok with the news as wellHis staff (3 ladies i met n office) are sweet and understandingThat hug really ment alotHe will never fully understand
Took wife for follow up with Dr. Always nice and helpful staff, thanks.
The odiologist was great she was so kind and was very sinsere in wanting to help me. Doctor Orgill on the other hand didnt do squat he was on his computer pretty much the whole time looked in my ear wrote me a prescription for steroids saying it would fix the problem even though I told him I had already been prescribed the same thing and it didnt work. I told him I was pregnant and asked if it was safe to take he said it was fine so I checked with my ob and found out its very unsafe. He obviously doesnt care about his patients.
Went with my wife to her appointment dr.orgill didnt listen an he didnt care about anything my wife had to say, so I started to ask a few questions an couldnt get much out with him interrupting me so much. He is a very bad doctor that does not care for his patients in the very least. I wouldnt use Dr. Orgill even if he was the only ear doc around.
I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. He’s done a great job with both my children on tubes, adenoids and tonsils.
Great ENT doctors!
Great experience!
Is pathetic is not a good doctor 👎🏻😤
