I have just received my Sanova TV Connector from Hearing Group in Kansas. The installation was quick and easy and the unit worked immediately. This is going to greatly enhance my TV experience. Now to my experience with HG. I called the company to ask if this unit was compatible with my Costco (Phonak) aids. The customer service rep told me EXACTLY what questions to ask my hearing aid provider to make sure of compatibility. She was clear about that and also made sure I understood the return policy. Additionally (and this is important for a deaf person) she spoke VERY clearly and crisply! I will absolutely be using HG for my future needs. I am one very satisfied customer. (And, oh yes, the unit came in only 3 days!)

I have been going to Hearing Group for a long time now and I can not see myself going anywhere else and I will tell you why. #1. The employees, they are friendly and helpful to all my needs. #2. When ever I need some assistance they are right there to assist me. #3. When I need something, I do not need to wait a week or even make an appointment, they will work me in ASAP. #4 I do not get any run arounds. I had a problem with my Phonak TV Connector biting the dust so I called the Hearing Group for help. I spoke with Lee concerning my problem, and she said she needed to find out how to get me a replacement, and would call back. Within 5 to 10 minutes, she called back and got the manufacturer to direct ship me another connector at not cost to expedite the shipping time. WOW!I got the same kind of service when I originally ordered the connector from them, and they need to give classes to other companies on how to give exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them for your hearing aids needs, with special kudos to Lee for outstanding service! Keep up the great work!

I love my new hearing aids!!! I went to the Edmond, Ok, store and I found Janet the manager to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She has even helped me to understand everything about taking care of them and how everything works with blue tooth. I love answering the phone with my hearing aid which keeps my hands free to continue finishing what I am working on. I am older so she worked extra hard to help me understand because I have never used blue tooth. I love them so much I told my father-in-law he needed to get some. His were terrible they squalled all the time and he couldnt hear very well with them. He paid more for those than I did for mine. Guess what?? He went and got a pair too. He loves them. If you want a good hearing aid and have well informed help then look up Hearing Group in your area. Wherever you have to drive to get them it is definitely worth the drive.

I had no idea my hearing was diminishing until a friend jokingly stated I was deaf. Although retired, I attend executive and training meetings and became very aware of how many times I asked people to repeat a statement. Hearing Group was such a blessing. Janet Collie explained in detail every step of the hearing test and the process of adjusting to wearing hearing aids. I am so thrilled being able to hear the birds sing in the morning as well as being able to give actual input in meetings rather than constantly requesting repeated information. I was so impressed by the welcoming environment and the sincere folks! I am a veteran with tinnitus and wondered if hearing aid would help me. I was allowed to test drive some hearing aids for two whole weeks to see if they would help. I have been a customer since 2014 . They have always been customer oriented . Drop in service (cleaning, ear wax checks, batteries etc ) is readily available. Annual hearing retests are thorough and not rushed . Results are explained thoroughly and necessary adjustments are made with explanations. I couldn’t be more pleased with HG! Boy was I ever wrong they gave me a more comprehensive hearing test, and more importantly explained the results to me better that the VA ever did. They got me set up with an excellent pair of hearing aids that fit my situation better than what the VA did. Best of all the kept me in the link for the whole process. I have had hearing aids for 18 years, that was inside the ear. When I came to Hearing Group, I chose to purchase a Unitron hearing aid, which was the best thing I could have done! I’m a musician that plays in a band at church . It was very difficult to hear with my old hearing aids.
