This store has totally made a long term customer out of us. Ive never been in before yesterday and stopped in while walking to another store to see if maybe they might have some recommendations for an itchy pup of ours and well the employee that helped us was so helpful and knowledgeable and caring that not only did she give me some good advice she up sold us on a different type of dog food that is better for the pups and within the same ball park on $$$ we were using in a large manufactured brand. They special order the Tuckers raw dog food that my allergy prone bulldog eats, and since covid started all I have to do is call in, pay with a credit card, and theyll bring it straight to my car (no contact delivery). Also good to see employees wearing masks! Jamie is so nice and helpful and a joy to talk to.

The employee who helped me was immensely helpful with picking out some dental treats and even helping me carry out my dog food since I had bags full of treats. There was an equally nice patron in the shop when I visited who was a regular who gave me some great feeding tips for some treats her dogs love. Its obvious everyone there is knowledgeable and pet lovers. They have a great variety of healthy food and treats for both dogs and cats.

The best place for quality pet food. I had never been, walked in and had the most educational and helpful experience. The guy working even gave me free samples of a bunch of different brand foods to try for my puppy. They had every single brand that I wanted to browse from reading dog food advisor, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Will definitely be back. Actually I probably wont be going anywhere else!

So helpful!!! These people really love animals! They thoroughly investigate the quality and ingredients of all products, and they KNOW the products. If you have questions, they will have appropriate answers.Prices here are more expensive than places like Petsmart; however, you really get what you pay for. The products here all contain high quality ingredients, the kind you would cook for your own meals. An extra $5 or $10 (for the larger bags) per bag of dry dog food is WELL worth the reduction in allergies and increase in quality. Also, they have frequent buyer rewards that balance out the prices quite nicely!!!

I was completely out of dog food and needed to find a place that carried grain-free kibble. I was told of this place by a co-worker and I must say, wow. The place has a wide selection of grain-free pet food and the service was beyond amazing. The pricing for the food was not as expensive as I thought it would be, but even so, only the best for your life companions! The whole staff was absolutely friendly and more than beyond helpful! Cant recommend this place enough!

I love this place! The best natural dog (pet) foods and treats at very reasonable prices compared to well-marketed below-my-desired-quality standard brands at the big pet food stores. If your dogs food first & second ingredients are (any kind of) vegetable or (insert meat name here) meal youll want to educate yourself and this place has knowledgeable and helpful staff! Theyve carried my 40lb dog food bags to my car countless times for me with a smile. Prince and Marty would remind me to mention the freezer bones are wonderful too! Im pleased this small local business now has 3 stores across the city and Edmond. They are also very active in helping our local rescue organizations! I cant say enough good...

The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have samples, and take the time to ask you questions about your pet to help you get the right thing for your animal. When I brought my skittish dog in there with me, one of the staff met me at the door and helped me slowly coax her in.

I was looking for a store that sold Stella and Chewys pet food products and this location was close to my doctors office in OKC. I live nearly 2 hours away in Sulphur but have to make the drive every 4 weeks due to my illness. I love my 12-year old Bassett hound Bo like family and I wanted to make sure I am doing the best I can for him in every way. He absolutely LOVES our purchases from A1 Pet Emporium. Rachel helped me pick out a feeding plan and treats, answered all my questions, and told me all about the business. We even shared pictures of our dogs while I was paying for my purchases. I even told her Id love to work there if I lived nearby, I was that impressed with A1s mission and business model. That was my first visit to A1 Pet Emporium and I can assure the owners I will be back every 4 weeks. I would really love it if they did mail-order as I ran out of Bos food early, but until then, Ill be a regular every 4 weeks. Thank God for the good-hearted, compassionate people who own and work at A1 Pet Emporium.

Toni and Jaedaen are FABULOUS! The most helpful people. They spend as much time as needed answering every question you have AND explain why. My Tootsie (7lb imperial Shih Tzu) is my baby and they get it! They always give me new samples to try and see what Tootsie likes, so I dont waste money on something she wont eat. I cant wait to go back tomorrow and let Toni know we scored on a new grain free food, finally!! I wont ever shop anywhere else. And the prices are very reasonable!! Give them a try!

Went in on August 30th to find some treats for my dog. Walked around for a few minutes without being greeted by anyone. Stood in front of the CBD display by the register and looked for a couple more minutes still without any acknowledgement of even being in the store...finally left after almost ten minutes of being in the store without being spoken to.
