No refunds. Dont but those CBD juul pods they were all leaking. Given another pack and opened it in the store and showed them how much it was leaking out of the box, and given no money back. Very sketchy too.

Awesome place, very inviting. The owner was a really cool dude and we had a good conversation. I loved the space and openness or the store and it had a good variety of items to choose from. I think everyone would like this store 😁🤩🤗.

The guy working was really cool and had a lot of knowledge. But he wouldnt let us pay with a card only cash and his ATM was broken so we had to go across the street. Also the hookah he sold us was rusted and Im pretty sure it was used.

They were awesome people. The product we got is one of the best! Ill be back. For my first experience in a dispensary they were very helpful.

These guys need to stick to selling bongs! Went in to look around and noticed the plants for sale were completely infested with Hemp Russet Mites (fatal to Cannabis kills 100% of the time) for $50 each apparently these PIRATES! dont care if these will never make it to flower or that you will take these home to your garden and infest all your other plants! As long as they get theyre 50 bucks, Come on ziggy have some class and be responsible...wont be buying any of their buds for sure, no telling what they sprayed with.

I went here during posted hours on Google. I pull up and the open sign is on, but no one is around and the doors were locked. Not sure whats happening there, but please at least turn the open sign off when closed and update Google.

How can a place have so many locations as well as be around for so many years and still have the sketchiest vibe ever.If youre looking for a first time experience with jazz cabbage aka devils lettuce aka ganja gree aka cronic, look for a place that doesnt have droves of homeless people harassing you for money around every corner.Theres great tacos behind the store if you can handle the subtly aggressive schizophrenic mumbling from the areas critically acclaimed vagrants. Just dont go to braums, they sell crack out of their store.

Do not buy marijuana from Ziggyz, its not good. I bought a quarter from them and never got any thing from it. I was very disappointed.

Very nice and knowledgable staff. I didnt know the prices before I came in. When I came in I found out that the cheapest thing like their brownies and rice krispie treats are $20 and the cheapest oil is $40.Though dont bother applying for a job at any of the Ziggyz in town. The hiring manager for all of them is just at location and he is ONLY there from 10am-2pm Monday-Friday. He is extremely difficult to get a hold of.

I bought a 1/4oz of lemon haze og and was very upset to find that it was literally dry as straw. Staff is friendly but besides the poster that says the shelf prices it doesnt tell you which is which and I wasnt given much direction to work with by the young men who work there. I will likely not be returning to this dispensary and Id like to steer clear of their other locations.

It seems like ziggyz is growing and its always been one of the friendliest shops around

Nothing there. The OLD Ziggyz was great!

It was much better when the asian famiky owned and ran it years ago. Frequently out of stock of staple items. high prices. took numerous requests over multiple visits across several months before someone would actually order something. many of the employees frequently seem confused/high. Frequently the weird doomsday prepper from next door will be in there either breaking down large amounts of tobacco and rolling cigarettes or just puttering about doing unidentifiable tasks. while there is a lot more open space than when under different ownership, the end result is a lot less diversity of merchandise (they used to also stock a lot of non-tobacco related merchandise), and oddly significantly higher prices. go to Drew s instead.

This place is a joke for a medical marijuana dispensary, I am a patient that needs meds so I go to Ziggys to get two seedlings for $140 and now that they are in the beginning of the flowering process one is a male and all they can say is yep seems like time and money wasted, better luck next time!

Overpriced and all the peices are relatively the same. The guy was really nice though.

Very bad experience... I feel like all the works are disrespectful & unprofessional. And they dont have any kinds of customers service! They sell faulty equipment with a no return policy. And dont offer replacement parts. So you have to buy the whole piece over again. DONT SHOP HERE!

I didnt see any cannabis when I was in there. Heres what I did see, a lot of empty shelves and display cases. Ziggys has run its course. Go back to selling whippets

They do sell replacement parts for various different products, know what your talking about before placing a review, never have had a bad experience, they are kinda pricey tho
