My door opener gave up the ghost the day before we were leaving for a trip out of state. The dispatcher said a tech would be out late in the afternoon. Eric Miller called to say he had just finished a job and could be enroute shortly. He arrived promptly and went to work immediately. He thoroughly evaluated the problem, answered all of my questions, and made a recommendation that made sense to me. By then it was late afternoon and close to closing time. I explained my problem and the need to resolve things that afternoon. Eric immediately went to work and installed the new opener. He reprogrammed the openers on our vehicles for both the new opener and my second original opener. He insured that everything was working correctly and cleaned up all of the packaging and debris. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. He set the bar very high for any future service technicians we may need in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend the company and especially Eric Miller.

Called on Thursday afternoon and they made a point to get us on Friday! Was on time and very courteous. Replaced the opener in about 1.5 hours. Explained all of the features and made sure I found the app and it worked before he left! Gave a quote for the attic access ladder too (didn’t know they did them too). He even took the time to program the opener in the car. Would definitely use them again!
