Awesome Job! the first place I called came out and said I needed a whole new door which didnt make sense to me. I was referred to Discount Garage Door by a good friend. Kory came out and quoted me a more sensible solution that cost a quarter of the price I was quoted elsewhere. He had the job done in about 30 minutes and it looks great.

We had to replace our garage opener system and James did a wonderful job. He was professional, timely, and explained everything in a way we understood. He was nice and took extra time to answer the questions we had. He went over installation and warranty service. I would definitely use Discount Garage door again.

Discount Garage Doors called me very quickly and had the Sales Manager come to see me a couple of hours later ... same day. The man was quick, highly professional, was great at figuring out the problem and announced that they will honor the warranty. Unless, of course, the operator is abused in some way then they would not honor it. I think they handled it in the proper manner... it is exactly what I would do if it were my company. Sometimes the head person doesnt know all that is going on.Anyway, I withdraw the very poor review I gave.... Use what I just said. I think they will make you happy... when it comes to your garage door. :)I just called this company to see if they would come to see if there is anything wrong with a garage door they installed within the last few months on a house I just bought and moved into. The garage door just seems to slam shut and makes a ton of noise. Their response is that their warranty isnt transferable. THAT... to me, is ludicrous, at the least. I would bet that they knew the seller was going to sell the house so they didnt need to do a good job. So not right. I, personally, will never do business with a company that does that. Perhaps if they knew I was going to replace those doors with a brand new, high quality, 2 car garage door in the near future they would have been more helpful.

Today I had a garage door opener installed by Discount Garage Door, and am very pleased by the results. It is the second time I have used Discount Garage Door, and once again I would give more stars if it was possible. The technician was Michael Franz, who did a perfect job. He was efficient and knowledgeable, doing his work in a timely manner, and with pride in his work. I had no concern about him working in my garage where I store my tools. All in all, I believe Michael Franz is a professional installer, and I commend him for his work.

We purchased a door opener through the local Home Depot. We went ahead and let them do the install. They used Discount Garage Door for the install. This is probably one of the BEST experiences we have had with ANY installer, plumber, roofer etc..Eddie from DGD was just AWESOME! Respectful, knowledgeable, and not on time, but EARLY! Eddie came in the garage grab his tools and went to work..My garage door is almost silent after 10 years of squealing and loud noises.. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Eddie! I had a garage door problem, gave them a call because of the 5 star reviews and was in no way disappointed. After calling I was told Eddy would come out between 2-4 Saturday and that Eddy would take care of me and boy was Eddy on top of it. He called me around 1:15 and asked if he could come earlier which was already a HUGE plus. He arrived at 1:30 and the job was done at 2:30. Incredibly fast and efficient, all of the problems I had told him about were fixed and I have no complaints, only praises about this company.

Requested services for another garage door opener install after the first install from Chris.08 July 2020James arrived to install my already bought Chamberlain Smart Garage Opener and was quickly able to assess current issues with my door to include a slipped drum that was causing uneven stress on my garage door. James was quick to fix the issue, install the garage door opener, tested functions of the install, and inspected the finished product to include something as specific as applying new lubrication to the rail system.To top it all off, James even provided additional services to the previous garage door job to include installing a sturdier rail bar for the garage opener and fortified bar for the top of the door itself (essentially everything done to the new install with no additional charge). I cannot express the impressive expertise and professionalism of the entire installation experience. Our garage door opener stopped communication with any remote, keypad, and homelink in any of our cars. Rather than just replace the whole unit, our tech replaced the board which was great since the opener worked great otherwise. He was early and provided excellent service. Discount Garage Door did an amazing job installing our new door. Our old garage door fell off the track and would not go back on. We didn’t know what to do and looked up Discount Garage Door and they came by quick and reattached our old garage so that we could at least close the door over night. Presentation for any prospective work was done in a manner much like that of a used car dealership. Had another company come out, and they determined that only a bolt needed to be replaced. Honesty is not one of their strong suits. Tread carefully with this company. Not pleased at all. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for conducting business this way.

Great service! I called Friday because our door lifter had jammed. The polite woman on the phone scheduled someone to come out the very next day! Randall arrived promptly at the time scheduled and worked quickly. He took the time to explain all necessary repairs and make recommendations. He had to go back to the office to get some parts and immediately returned. He finished his work and cleaned up after himself, even taking our old replaced pieces with him!
