Always patient people speedy checkout, and have most basics you would need, and the people that work here have an apparent good heart!

This store use to be decent but has really gone sown hill.. Some of the employees really need to take a tiny bit of pride in there appearance as well as their customer service.. Store is usually a disaster

I wanted to return a diffective trash bags and the manager objected to my return accusing me of using the bags I had my receipt all I wanted is to exchange it. A very nasty manager cant wait to contact the corporate office hoping I will talk to someone with common sense it seems dealing with such low life companies you will get no where.

All that happy talk under Health and Safety above is just that, talk. As of March 2021, they seem to have abandoned any protocols they may have had. The unmasked cashier told me she was not wearing a mask because she is allergic to them. Really? All materials, all styles, so I guess she is a pretty sick cookie and should not be working. Customers made their own rules, as their conscience proscribed, since none were posted where I could see, despite a city ordinance still being in effect. Reported to the City and to corporate office. I hope that Biden OSHA policy kicks in soon, because that cashier needs adult supervision.

Friendly helpful staff (Charles is one of my favorite customer service people) and as usual they keep the prices affordable... Only... theres no way to get bread for under $1 there theres no way to get it for under $3 really, so I just went to the next aisle and bought a pound cake for a dollar. It reminded me of Marie Antoinette let them eat cake... but I wouldnt go around saying that, cuz look what happened to her

I know they dont have enough manpower to stock all that inventory; but its in boxes blocking part of every aisle (which are already very narrow) even one customer with a very small has difficulty getting through. If there are two customers with shopping carts one of them has to back out and wait. The prices are good, although not as good as Walmart; & within walking distance from me.

I want for a walk and decide to go by family dollars and it was a good time why I was there.tge staff has always been nice.

Always dirty, shelves rarely stocked, be prepared to empty boxes of merchandise to do your shopping. And next to impossible to use a shopping cart from the freight always in the floor. I actually drive miles to go to a clean store just to avoid this one thats literally around the corner.

Do not come here! If I could give 0 I would. Stores a wreck.. no wonder why there is so much lost and damaged items.. I came to get my son a sippy.. waited 10 minutes at the register. Then someone else came up behind me and they helped him first. When I voiced my opinion about the store being a shame the worker laughed and went about her way.

Could you please get the front door fixed? Its been a board for over a month. How trashy. Also, the milk in the hot, broken cooler expired 2 months ago & it is chunky. Lemon colored chunky milk. Yum-yum! Repairman came & left out of disgust.The poor employees. No ac half the time & they have to work around a lazy manager who leaves them alone most of the time.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!! No one wants to go into a store for NO reason. Other than this. NO ONE is ever at the register. Also employees ARE AAAALWAYS having personal conversations WHILE checking customers out. That is so awkward and unprofessional. Has been done to me SEVERAL times and I have witnessed it towards other customers. These people really just work for a check and not for the actual job position and to upscale their positions. No wonder they act this way. Idk how theyre being treated but they act as if they dont care about their job at all! 0 star.

It seems like there is too much stuff for the size of the store. Although they carry the regular and double size roll of Charmin TP when WM only carries Mega rolls. Living in a older house Mega rolls do not fit in the tiled holders Thank You for a store that provides all the sizes and selections.

The place is cheap of course and generally in some state of disarray. But the current Assistant Manager will light up your day no matter your mood. The rest of the staff are a rather cheerful bunch as well.

I like the people that work here, unfortunately the parking lot is always trashy and so is the area around the dumpster. The prices are ok, not the best but still better than orher places.What makes me come back here again and again are the employees that always have a positive attitude.

The outside of the store is absolutely covered in garbage. The inside is completely disorganized and messy. The saving grace was the very sweet cashier but even that was ruined by her manager admonishing her in front her customers.

Got boxes everywhere on the ground.. even blocking the exit door! Get the feeling the employees really dont care at all. When shopping just expect what you see and dont trip when you do shop.

Total Garbage Location. Has had a broken-glass front door for a month now, trash littered throughout store, and the place randomly closes throughout the day to allow the employees to take smoke breaks. Much of the food is spoiled, and the employees are completely indifferent to the idea of customer services. A terrible place.

This is the dirtiest and most unorganized Family Dollar store I’ve been in. General Manager never does anything to change it! I’ve complained before and it just gets worst. Surprised Health Dept doesn’t close the store. DONOT SHOP this store.

Everything is a mess. You always have to wait for a cashier because theyre busy doing 3 peoples job.

For some reason this location doesnt carry a lot of options and its always messy and ppl hanging out in front of the building but the up side is the workers are so helpful and friendly no matter the time of day you go. its close to my house so thats the other reason I go..

I was in the store about 45 minutes ago me and some friends and the young lady at the register looked scared out of her mind... I asked her was she ok and she said to me that the store had been robbed at gun point last night and she was working alone in the store. What kinda manager puts an employee in a store thats just been robbed at gunpoint alone right after the incident??? The young lady was in tears.

THIS STORE IS DIRTY AND THE PARKING LOT IS SUPER NASTY. THERE WAS A WET SOGGY USED DIAPER THAT HAD BEEN SMEARED ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT AND FLIES EVERYWHERE. NEEDS SOME HELP GETTING IT CLEAN
